  3. Wash the onion, remove the husk, cut into half rings or cubes. Scald with boiling water, then pour in a little vinegar, let marinate for 6-8 minutes. Then drain the brine, lightly dry the onion;

  1. Boiling a live crab is not difficult at all if you follow correct instruction. To begin with, pour water into a large saucepan, it should be about 2 times larger in volume than the mass of the crab. Let it boil, add lavrushka leaves, peppercorns, cloves and sea ​​salt. Along the way, peel the garlic and push it through a press, add to the broth. citrus fruit wash, cut and squeeze the juice also into the pan. We mix everything and let it boil again;
  2. Then we throw the crab into the brine, wait for it to boil, cook for 15-17 minutes. With prolonged digestion, we can get a “rubber” and tasteless fillet, and if we cook less, we risk severe poisoning. The finished crab turns out to be a rich red color;
  3. We take it out of the brine and put it on the back to cool, this will avoid loss of juice from the meat;
  4. While the main ingredient is cooling, proceed to the rest of our recipe. We wash the tomatoes well, then cut them into not too thin circles, which we then divide into quarters;
  5. My cucumber, remove the skin, cut into medium cubes;
  6. We cut the cheese in the same shape and approximately the same size as the cucumber;
  7. Drain the brine from the sweet peas;
