Ingredients:

  • crab sticks or meat - 200 - 250 gr.;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • boiled rice - 1 cup;
  • cucumbers - 2 - 3 pcs. medium;
  • sweet corn - 1 can;
  • green onion - half a bunch;
  • parsley or dill - half a bunch;
  • mayonnaise - to taste.

To salt or not to salt - decide for yourself. I advise you to solve this when you try the already prepared salad. After all, we will cook rice in salted water, and salt is present in mayonnaise.

Many advise cutting the components of crab salad coarsely or into strips. But I recommend all the same fine cutting. But anyway, it's up to you.

First, boil the rice in salted water. I take one bag of parboiled rice, put it in boiling water so that it just covers the bag, and add a little less than half a tablespoon of salt. Steamed rice does not stick together in a salad, it is easy to mix it.

Crab sticks or meat (I prefer to take it) are finely chopped and sent to a spacious bowl, so that later it would be easier to mix the crab salad.

We do the same with hard-boiled and peeled eggs.

It is better to cut the peel from the cucumber, especially if it is tough. Cucumbers are also finely chopped.

Add finely chopped greens, rice and corn to the bowl.

ATTENTION! It is better to dress salads with mayonnaise immediately before serving. festive table. Optimally, for 15 - 20 minutes, so that the snack is saturated with dressing.

AND FURTHER! Put mayonnaise in any salad in small portions. A large amount of mayonnaise will not only make your salad “wet” and unattractive, but will also clog the taste of the ingredients.

Cucumber in crab salad can be replaced with a green apple. And mayonnaise, which we use in most holiday salads and which, perhaps, someone is fed up with or does not like at all, is perfectly replaced with sour cream-based salad dressing!

Ingredients:

  • crab sticks or meat - 200 gr.;
  • boiled eggs - 5 pieces;
  • sweet corn - 1 can;
  • boiled rice - 1 cup;
  • green apple with sourness - 1 pc.

For refueling:

  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • apple cider vinegar 6% or lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • dry mustard - 1 teaspoon;
  • sour cream of any fat content - 1 cup;
  • salt - a couple of pinches.

Set the rice to boil in advance. How to do this, see the previous recipe. And if you are going to use loose grain, then take half a glass of it in dry form. Regular rice will double in size.

Steamed rice, take in dry form only a quarter of a glass. It will quadruple in size when cooked.

While the rice is cooking, you can do the dressing. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Apple cider vinegar can be replaced with the same amount of lemon juice. The consistency of the crab salad dressing should be like mayonnaise.

Finely chop the crab meat or sticks and the egg. Peeled apple also cut into small cubes. As soon as you add the apple, add some dressing. so that it does not darken, and mix well.

Now add the corn (remember to drain the liquid from it) and chilled rice.

Dress the salad with the remaining dressing. If you got a lot of it - do not be discouraged: it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 5 days. And you can always use it to make another salad.

Crab salad with fresh cabbage

Ingredients:

  • crab meat or sticks - 200 gr.;
  • boiled eggs - 4 pcs.;

Classic cucumber recipe

As the saying goes, classic salads have always been and are in fashion. I know two options classic look with corn and cucumber. In the first option, rice will not be used, i.e. the dish will be with crab sticks, corn and cucumber, but without rice. And in the second option there will be rice and a home-made dressing sauce.

So, let's consider the preparation of these two options with crab sticks, step by step with a photo.

Option number 1

We will need:

  • canned corn - 1 can
  • crab sticks - 1 pack 200 g
  • fresh cucumber - 1-2 pcs.
  • onion - small head
  • egg - 5 pcs.
  • mayonnaise and salt

Cooking method:

1. Cut all the ingredients, i.e. hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers, onions and crab sticks into cubes, preferably into small ones.

2. Add corn to the ingredients obtained.

Option number 2

We will need:

  • crab sticks - 200-250 g
  • canned corn - 1 can (about 300 g)
  • boiled long grain rice - 100 g
  • chicken eggs - 1 pc. + 2 proteins
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • onion (optional) - 1 pc.


For sauce:

  • garlic - 1 clove
  • boiled egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • freshly ground black pepper - a pinch
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • kefir - 1 glass
  • table mustard - 1 tsp
  • extra virgin olive oil - 1 tbsp;
  • salt
  • turmeric - ½ tsp

Cooking method:

1. Finely chop the fresh cucumber, crab sticks with a kitchen knife and place them in one bowl.


2. Peel the eggs and chop one of the eggs into small pieces. Cut the other two eggs in half to separate the white from the yolk. Chop the protein into cubes. Keep the yolks aside for the sauce.


3. For flavor, add finely chopped onions to the bowl. Boil the rice in salt water, drain all the liquid through a colander and add it to the rest of the ingredients.

Important! Rinse cooked rice cold water to make it crumbly.

Add yellow fragrant corn.


4. Prepare the sauce. Mix egg yolks with turmeric, squeeze about 1 tsp juice from a lemon. Next add chopped garlic, salt, mustard and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Season the sauce with olive oil and kefir. The result was a sauce reminiscent of homemade mayonnaise own cooking.

Delicious puff pastry with tomatoes and cheese

What ingredients do we need in this dish? Everything is simple as always, from the name you can understand that the main components of such a quick and tasty dish will be crab sticks- 200 g, without them anywhere, tomatoes 4-5 pieces, eggs- 4 things, onion, salt, mayonnaise and dill(optional), cheese - 100 g.

Cooking method:

1. Defrost crab sticks first, and then cut into small pieces.

2. Tomatoes, eggs and onions are also cut into small cubes-cubes.

3. Mix all the ingredients in a beautiful bowl and season with mayonnaise. You can lay out all the ingredients in layers. If you like, garnish with a sprig of dill or parsley. And you can do such a miracle with cheese, if you wish. Too good combination flavors will work.


New easy rice recipe

This option with crab sticks and rice will give you a pleasant shade, and seafood will simply win you over in this combination. It turns out useful and cool!

We will need:

  • Boiled rice - 150 g
  • Crab sticks - 1 pack or 200 g
  • Shrimps - 150-200 g
  • Cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Boiled eggs - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • mayonnaise for dressing
  • Canned corn - 1 large can

Cooking method:

1. Boil the shrimp in salt water, they are cooked for about 5-7 minutes, depending on the size. Clean them, remove all the insides. Cut each shrimp into approximately 3 equal pieces.


2. Cucumber is best peeled from the outer green crust. Chop into cubes.


3. Remove crab sticks from the refrigerator and defrost. Cut into cubes to pair with the shrimp and cucumbers.

4. Put the eggs in the egg cutter and chop them into cubes too. If there is no special tool, cut with your hands.


5. Add canned corn and season with mayonnaise if desired. Salt is not recommended.

6. Using a special form, lay all the ingredients and get a round beautiful curiosity. That's what happened! Decorate as you wish. Have a great appetite!


Crab salad with chicken and croutons

The option with crab sticks and chicken, and even sprinkled with fragrant crackers, looks very interesting and delightfully beautiful. And olives also certainly look good together with breadcrumbs. It turns out very satisfying and spicy.

We will need:

  • chicken breast - 0.5 kg
  • crab sticks - 200 g
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • crackers - 300 g
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise for dressing
  • salt
  • black olives - 50 g


Cooking method:
1. Chicken fillet must be boiled in advance and cut into pieces of small size, which will be conveniently placed on a tablespoon and consumed.
2. Chop the crab sticks the way you like, preferably finely.
3. Grate the cheese special device or use an ordinary coarse grater, I like to grate cheese on a fine grater, then it seems that there is a lot of cheese 🙂 I love cheese in such delicious treats.
4. Salt, season lemon juice and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients with a spoon.



5. Sprinkle croutons on top. Crackers can be cut and dried by yourself or you can buy ready-made ones, without any additives there.
6. Garnish with chopped olives. Enjoy your meal.

To make the crab dish more juicy, you can add cabbage to it, you can take any white cabbage, Beijing cabbage or even Iceberg lettuce. Well, of course, in the summer, when all the products become available and you can collect them from your garden.

We will need:

  • cabbage - 200 g
  • crab sticks - 100 g
  • fresh cucumbers - 100 g
  • dill and parsley, salt and mayonnaise

Cooking method:

1. Chop the cabbage and knead it with your hands in a cup so that it gives juice.


2. Cut the sticks arbitrarily, it is best to cut them into circles in this form. Cut the cucumbers into circles, then cut each circle in half.
