Pizza with ham


Ingredients: 150g smoked lean ham, 125g Swiss cheese, 100g milk, 4 tomatoes, 2 eggs, yeast or unleavened pizza dough, pepper, salt.
Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet. Cut the ham into cubes, fry. Finely chop the tomatoes and cheese, mix with the ham, put the mixture on the pizza base. Beat the eggs, mix with milk, pepper and salt, cover the pizza with this mass and bake for 20-25 minutes in an oven preheated to medium temperature.

Ingredients: 800g leeks, 200g onions, 125g smoked pork, 100g grated cheese and milk, 3 garlic cloves, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. butter, pizza dough with herbs, pepper. Finely chop the leek, garlic and onion, chop the pork into strips or cubes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Stew onions and leeks in butter for 5 minutes, add garlic and meat, fry everything until lightly browned. Put the filling on the rolled out pizza dough, sprinkle with cheese. Beat eggs with milk, pepper and salt, put on the filling, bake pizza for half an hour.

Ingredients: 250g lamb, 200g cheese, 5 fresh tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 onion and egg each, 1 glass of dry rice, black pepper, salt, puff pastry for pizza.
Boil the washed rice until crumbly, cool. Boil the lamb, cut into strips, cut the onion into rings, finely chop the garlic and boiled egg. Combine the prepared products, pepper and salt, mix. Ingredients: 200g boiled meat, 100g grated cheese, 18 smoked sausages, 10-12 black olives, 4 tbsp. tomato puree, 3 tbsp. olive oil, yeast dough for pizza.

Ingredients (for one standard pizza 30 cm in diameter): 175 grams of flour, 125 ml of warm water, a large spoonful of olive oil, a small spoonful of quick dry yeast, salt on the tip of a knife.

Mix flour with yeast and salt, and water with oil. Gradually pour the resulting liquid into the dry mixture. Knead the dough, which should be homogeneous. Once thick, turn out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes. Lubricate the bowl with oil and put the product there. Cover, leave warm for 30-40 minutes (to fit). Then knead a little more and roll out the dough into a circle. Put the circle on a baking sheet. You can put stuffing on top.

Note: pizza dough can be made with kefir, beer, and sour cream. Use fresh, puff, yeast - as you like. The above example is one of many options.

With beef (or veal)

With beef and pickled cucumbers - excellent and hearty meat pizza. Its recipe is easy to prepare. We will need (the ingredients are indicated for making one pizza, if we cook several, multiply by the quantity): 300 grams of boiled soft beef, 3-4 medium-sized pickled cucumbers, 1 bell pepper, 1 large tomato, 1 onion, cheese (mozzarella or some something else) - 150 grams.

  1. Put the prepared and rolled dough on a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the beef into strips. Pepper, onion - half rings. Cucumbers and tomatoes - thin slices.
  3. We spread: first the beef, then the vegetable mixture. Top with grated cheese.
  4. Put the baking sheet in the oven at medium temperature. Bake for 20 minutes.

Meat pizza with ham and egg - a real hearty meal! We take 200 grams of smoked ham, not too fatty, 150 grams of hard cheese, 100 grams of milk, 2 eggs, 2-3 tomatoes, spices, salt.

  1. Cut the ham into cubes and fry a little in a pan.
  2. Cut tomatoes and cheese into cubes. Mix with ham. We lay out on the basis of the test.
  3. Beat the eggs and mix them with milk, adding salt and spices (you can herbs) to taste.
  4. Pour this mass over the filling laid out on the dough.
  5. Put the baking sheet in the oven, heated to medium temperatures, and bake for 20 minutes.

With lamb and rice

Meat pizza with lamb and rice, seasoned with spices and cheese, as if it combines Asian and European cuisine. It is very satisfying and your family will surely like it as a great alternative to a birthday cake.

We take 250 grams of boiled or (the main thing is that it is not tough), 200 grams of boiled friable rice, 3 cloves of garlic, 3-5 fresh tomatoes, 1 egg, 1 onion, seasonings.

  2. We crush the garlic. Boil the egg and cut into cubes.
  3. Tomatoes are peeled and mashed in a blender (well, or grated coarsely).
  4. We combine all products (plus boiled rice) on a basis prepared and laid out on a baking sheet.
  5. Cover the filling with tomato puree.
  6. We rub the cheese and sprinkle it on top of the entire structure.
  7. We put in the oven for 20 minutes.

With minced meat: little tricks

Homemade meat pizza can also be prepared with minced meat: beef, veal, pork, chicken. Here we propose to use a little trick and take Georgian puri (round and lush, not thin) for the basis of our dish. With it, any pizza can be cooked very quickly: you don’t need to make the dough.

  1. On a round pita spread overcooked minced meat with onions - 200 grams.
  2. Place tomato slices on top.
