Ingredients

For test:
  • Flour - 350 g
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • Soda - on the tip of a knife
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Ice water 6 tbsp. spoons
For filling:
  • Pitted frozen cherries - 250 g
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons
  • Potato starch - 1 tbsp. a spoon

Cooking

  1. Sift the flour with a slide, make a depression in the center and pour soda, sugar and salt into it. Mix. Add oil and water. Knead the dough, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
  2. Then roll out the dough into 2 layers. Put the first one in a greased form, making the sides. Mix thawed cherries with sugar and starch and place on a sheet of dough. Cover the spread out cherry with the second sheet, pinch the edges.
  3. Pierce the pie in the middle and several places with a fork, grease the top with vegetable oil and sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
The whole cooking process takes 1 hour 10 minutes, and the indicated amount of products is enough for a pie for a family of five.

This dessert will be appreciated by both adults and children: it looks attractive and bright, tasty and satisfying, and fragrant in summer. Cooking won't take long.

  • Cookies (any) - 9 pcs.
  • Frozen raspberries - 150 g
  • Corn starch - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Sugar - 30 g
  • Curd cheese soft (Philadelphia, Almette) - 300 g

  • Cold water - 250 ml

Cooking

  1. Grind cookies (you can use a blender). Frozen berries in a saucepan (cauldron) slightly warm over low heat. Strain the juice that stands out, add half the water to it, then starch, and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Add the remaining water to the berries, add sugar and put on fire again. When the mixture warms up well, in a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour the juice with starch into it. Ready jelly to cool.
  3. Whip the curd cheese, adding a little cream - we get the curd cream.
  4. Put crushed cookies on the bottom of the glasses. On top - a layer of curd cream, on it - raspberry jelly. Repeat: lay out alternately a layer of cookies, curd cream and berry jelly. Decorate with leaves, berries, cream - and the lazy cheesecake is ready!

  • Cream 35% fat - 100 ml
  • Savoiardi cookies - 10-12 pcs.

  1. Mix cream and cheese thoroughly into a homogeneous mass, add vanilla sugar. Cream can be whipped beforehand (but you can not whip). Add powdered sugar (to your taste - so that the resulting cream is not too sweet).
  2. Brew strong coffee with sugar (any - instant or natural, according to your preferences). If natural, then strain. If tiramisu is prepared for adults, you can add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of coffee liqueur. Defrost the berries, drain the juice as much as possible.
  3. In prepared glasses (wine glasses, bowls, glasses or crystal bowls), put a layer of mascarpone cream with cream on the bottom. Savoiardi cookies (whole or crushed into pieces - depending on your idea and the size of the dish) quickly dip one side into coffee and immediately put on the first layer of cream cheese cream.   4. Further, in the same sequence, we alternate again cream cheese cream, cookies and berries. Above is a layer of cream. Send the finished dessert for an hour or two in the refrigerator. Why do I like desserts using frozen berries? Simplicity and quick preparation at any time of the year, as well as the ability to change flavor combinations indefinitely.

I suggest making a quick layered dessert of frozen strawberries in a glass.

The active cooking time takes literally 15-20 minutes, but you need to get the strawberries out of the freezer in advance so that they thaw a little and let the juice go, which is then useful for soaking the cookie layer. Yes, and it is much more convenient to cut a slightly melted strawberry.

My cookies are strawberry flavored. But cookies with a creamy taste or with the aroma of baked milk also go well with this dessert. And with chocolate cookies, the dessert will be not only tasty, but also more colorful.

Mix yogurt immediately with powdered sugar. The amount of powder - to taste, depending on the sweetness of cookies and berries.

Drain the juice from the thawed berries and mix it with cognac - this is an impregnation for cookies. We cut the berries ourselves arbitrarily. Grind cookies with a rolling pin or in a blender to the desired consistency. I left out the big ones.

Dessert ingredients are ready to serve. I propose to arrange the dessert in portioned transparent glasses or bowls so that all layers are clearly visible.

At the bottom of each glass lay out 2 tbsp. cookie crumbs, tamp the layer a little and sprinkle with a small amount of strawberry juice and cognac (about 1/2 tsp of the mixture).   • 500 gr. fresh strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 100 gr. Sahara
  • a pinch of salt
  • 120 ml. milk
  • 250 ml. cream 33%
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • berries, for serving

Cooking:

  1. Pour the gelatin over cold water in a small bowl and let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine strawberries, sugar and salt in a medium saucepan and place over medium heat.
  3. Cook, stirring the berries with a spoon, until soft, thick and smooth, about 8 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl, also mashing up the solids.
  4. Return berry puree to saucepan; add milk and bring to a boil (small bubbles appear on the edge of the pot).
  5. Add the gelatin mixture and stir for 1 minute until completely dissolved. Remove saucepan from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Add cream and lemon juice until smooth.
  7. Prepare six (each approximately 120 ml) molds. To avoid air bubbles on the surface, pour the mixture into the molds through a fine sieve.
  8. Cover with a lid or cling film and place carefully in the refrigerator. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Serve with fresh berries. Enjoy your meal!

  1. Rinse the strawberries and remove the sepals. Cut into medium sized cubes.

  5. the cake is frozen for several hours, and before serving, the delicacy is rearranged from the freezer to the refrigerator.

Stuffed strawberries

Per kilogram of selected and the same size berries you will need:

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese for children;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a little vanilla and grated chocolate for decoration.
  • For adults, Philadelphia cheese can be used instead of cottage cheese curds.

The technology for preparing this treat is simple:

  1. cut each berry with the letter "X";
  2. whip cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla into a cream and fill the cut berries with it;
  3. top with grated chocolate.

With cream and chocolate

In addition to strawberries, you need cream, chocolate and a little orange juice (adults can replace it with liquor). Chocolate and cream are heated separately to 40 degrees, mixed with juice. The top of the berries is cut out and filled with a cooled chocolate-cream mixture.

With cream cheese

Prepare a mixture of whipped cream with sugar, add cream cheese there. Then, similarly to the previous recipe, stuff the berries. It is better to do this with a pastry bag or a syringe.. This delicacy is good served with honey and roasted walnuts.

Cake with cottage cheese and strawberries

Ingredients:

  • dry breakfast, oatmeal or crushed cookies - 2 cups;
  • 2 cups strawberries;
  • 300 grams of fatty cottage cheese and the same amount of fruit yogurt;
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar;
  • gelatin - 1 pack.

Cooking technology:

  1. First, dilute the gelatin according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Then put the dry base into the form with a small amount of melted butter and sugar.
  3. On top of this, tightly spread the strawberries cut in half.
