  • canned pineapple - 400 gr
  • hard cheese - 70 gr
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • walnuts - 20 gr
  • light mayonnaise
  • salt - to taste.

Cooking method:

Boil the fillet. And for this we lower it into boiled water and bring it to readiness.

For aroma and subtle taste, I add bay leaf. After cooking, so that the meat retains its juiciness, leave it to cool in the same broth, and then finely chop.


Open a can of canned pineapples, drain the juice and chop them finely.


Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.


We wash the walnuts in slightly warm water, dry them and finely grind them.


The egg is also boiled, peeled and finely chopped.


We shift the required amount of mayonnaise into a bowl and squeeze the garlic here. Then mix well.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chicken breast - 350 gr
  • hard cheese - 100 gr
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • canned pineapples - 250 gr
  • canned corn - 150 gr
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l
  • greens - to taste.

Cooking method:

1. First of all, chop the boiled breast in small pieces and immediately place it in a deep bowl.

2. If the pineapples in the jar are already in cubes, leave them like that, the size that you need. And if in rings, then it is necessary to cut into cubes and also add to the bowl to the meat.

3. Next, open a jar of corn, drain the liquid we do not need from it, and transfer the corn to the rest of the ingredients.

5. Squeeze out the garlic through a special press.

6. From the greens, I chose dill, finely chopped it and sent it to the total mass.

7. Now we fill this whole mass with mayonnaise, mix, taste for salt and, if necessary, add as much as you need.

We remove the finished dish for half an hour in the refrigerator so that it brews a little.

2. Drain the liquid from the pineapples and also cut into cubes.

5. We shift all the ingredients into a suitable container, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.

  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

Boil the mushrooms in salted water for 15 minutes. Dry, and then finely chop together with onions and lightly fry in oil in a pan until soft.


Boil the fillet for 20 minutes, then cool and chop.


Hard boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater.


We rub the cheese on a fine grater into a bowl, squeeze the garlic there, add the mayonnaise and mix well.


Now we combine all the prepared ingredients in a deep bowl, add the mayonnaise mixture, mix everything well enough. We shift the salad to a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped walnut crumbs on top.


Also, for decoration, put a sprig of greens on top and remove the finished dish for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
