And our task today is to consider all this diversity.

Currently, there is simply a huge number of options for this beloved by many dishes. And today we will try it in different versions. But we remember that the real "Caesar" is the original sauce, Romano leaves and parmesan.


So let's cook the very one, at least once, to understand what it is - real.

We will need:

  • Fork of Romano salad
  • Parmesan fifty grams
  • One loaf
  • Dry crushed garlic, salt and a mixture of Provence or Italian seasonings to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling crackers
  • Two eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste or 3 anchovies
  • half a lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan fifty grams
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • One third of a glass of olive oil

Cooking:

We will need:

  • Lettuce leaves one bunch
  • Chicken fillet three hundred grams
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Thyme, dill, garlic to taste
  • Baguette
  • Mayonnaise, sour cream, seven tablespoons
  • half a lemon
  • Olive oil for croutons

Cooking:

1. Chicken fillet, skinned, cut into pieces of arbitrary size. In the meantime, heat up a frying pan and heat oil in it. And fry the prepared pieces on it until pleasant golden color.

Cooking:

1. First of all, let's deal with the most important task - we will prepare the dressing. The taste of the whole dish as a whole will depend on its taste. In a deep bowl, where it will be convenient to mix everything, lay out the mustard and egg yolks. Note that today I decided to take quail for this purpose.

Immediately add a pinch of salt and pepper, the main thing is not to overdo it. Better to add later!


2. Turn on the mixer and beat, slowly at the first speed. Then add egg whites and mix again until smooth. And you can slowly introduce the oil, do it in small portions, each time whipping the mixture into one whole.

3. We take anchovies and separate the loin from the bone, we do not need the latter. Then we chop them very finely and send them to our gas station. Mix thoroughly, and then add just a couple of drops of fragrant balsamic vinegar and mix again.

4. We will use shrimps that have already been peeled, so we remove the shell from them and immediately salt and sprinkle with red and black pepper. Just in moderation.

We put the pan on the fire and heat it well, then pour in the olive oil. We give it 10 seconds to warm up and send lightly marinated shrimp into it. We do not go far, and fry on both sides. This will take just a few minutes. Once the shrimp change color, they are ready.


Spread the fried shrimp on several layers of paper towels. They will lie there for a bit and part with excess oil. Plus, they get cold.

5. Well, while this is happening, you can fry crackers. Cut the white baguette into slices about two centimeters thick, rub both sides with the remaining garlic and send to a dry frying pan. It is not necessary to pour oil into it, otherwise the dish will turn out to be too oily.

While stirring, we achieve a state when they dry slightly and begin to blush. Fry on both sides.

After cooling, cut the pieces into fairly large cubes.


6. The last details remain.

As always, wash and wipe the tomatoes with a towel, then cut them into optimal cubes, or halves, if it’s cherry, or quarters, well, or as you see fit ...

We also rinse green lettuce leaves under running water, let the water drain. Someone prefers to cut it, but it is better to tear it with your hands, which we do and immediately transfer the fragments into a deep bowl.

And here we pour our dressing. Mix this whole thing up a bit.


7. We cut the parmesan on a cheese slicer or on a flat grater, if neither one nor the other is available, you can simply use a large one.

We spread greens on a dish, then tomatoes, shrimps, cheese, croutons. We lay it all out like in a mess, however, so that the composition pleases the eye.
