    4. Finely chop pickled cucumbers with chopsticks.
    5. Remove the peel from the apple, cut into slices, chop the onion.
    6. Mix all ingredients, season with classic mayonnaise sauce, salt and pepper.
    7. Pickled cucumbers can be replaced with pickles, after squeezing them to prevent the liquid from draining to the bottom.
