"Fox coat" with herring and mushrooms

You will need:

  • slightly salted herring - 200 g;
  • mushrooms - 150 g;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • rast. oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Step by step cooking procedure:

  1. Boil potatoes whole, without peeling, and let cool. Eggs are hard-boiled for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Chop the mushrooms. It is best to use canned or frozen mushrooms. Fry them with a little sunflower or olive oil and add the chopped onion.
  3. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and lightly stew it for up to 5 minutes. You can just use raw vegetables. It is important that the carrots remain crisp.
  4. Cut the herring into small cubes and mix with a little mayonnaise. It is important not to overdo it here.
  5. Peel and grate the potatoes, then place them in a salad bowl. Don't tamp - just level.
  6. Next come the eggs mixed with mayonnaise, then the cooled mushrooms. They also need to be leveled.
  7. Herring is placed on top, which is sprinkled with carrots.

The salad should be served immediately after preparation. It is not recommended to store a snack in the refrigerator for more than a day.

Layered crab salad - quick and tasty

You will need for a pack of crab sticks:

  • canned corn - 400 g;
  • three large eggs;
  • rice - a third of a glass;
  • green onions;
  • mayonnaise - how much salad will take;
  • greenery.

Step by step cooking procedure:

  1. First of all, boil the rice. Rinse it and put it in a colander.
  2. Green onions are finely chopped with a knife and mixed together with mayonnaise and rice.
  3. Cut the sticks or grate them. Leave a small amount for decoration, and mix the rest with mayonnaise.
  4. Rinse the corn to remove excess liquid.
  5. Boil the eggs and grate or chop with an egg cutter. Add mayonnaise to them.
  6. Start layering your snack. First, put rice with onions, then corn and crab sticks with eggs.
  7. Sprinkle grated chopsticks on top and serve to guests.

Festive salad with smoked ham

For 300 grams of ham you will need:

  • one piece of carrot, pomegranate, beet and apple;
  • potatoes - 4 medium tubers;
  • eggs - a couple of large ones;
  • a couple of pickled cucumbers;
  • a piece of cheese per hundred grams;
  • mayonnaise;
  • garlic clove.

Step by step cooking procedure:

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots without peeling.
  2. Boil the beetroot as well and let it cool to an acceptable temperature. The cooking time will take about an hour and a half.
  3. Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
  4. Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
  5. Eggs must be hard-boiled and then chopped with an egg cutter.
  6. At this time, potatoes and carrots should already cool down. Remove the skin from them and cut into medium-sized strips.
  7. Ham is cut into cubes, like a cucumber.
  8. Start picking up layers of lettuce in your plate. The potatoes are put in first. Each layer is smeared with literally a couple of teaspoons of mayonnaise. Follow this order: cucumbers, ham, grated apple(it is not necessary to put mayonnaise after it), eggs, carrots, chopped garlic, beets and pomegranate seeds.

Let the appetizer brew for a couple of hours and serve.

"Malachite bracelet" with breast

The unusual combination of fruits and chicken in this salad will leave few indifferent.

You will need:

  • chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
  • kiwi - 2 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • eggs - 4 pcs.;
  • apples - 2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • mayonnaise - 250 g;
  • spoon lemon juice.

Step by step cooking procedure:

  1. Boil, for starters, fillets, carrots and eggs. Leave to cool to an acceptable temperature.
  2. Cut the chicken into small cubes.
  3. Peel the carrots and cut them into small strips. Or just rub.
  4. Grate the apple as well and drizzle the lemon juice on top so it doesn't darken while you work on the rest of the salad ingredients.
  5. Cut one kiwi into thin slices that will be used for decoration, and the second into cubes.
  6. At boiled eggs separate the yolks from the whites. Grate both parts and arrange in different bowls.
  7. Grind the garlic with a mortar or garlic press and mix with a small amount of mayonnaise. Add it a little to each ingredient, except for the yolks.
  8. Place a round jar in the middle of the plate and start laying out the ingredients in layers in the following order: chicken, kiwi, protein, carrot, apple.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Cucumbers - 3 pcs.
  • Radishes - 150 gr.
  • Small bunch of green onions
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l. riding
  • Yogurt - 1 tbsp. l. riding
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Salt pepper

Cooking:

Boiled potatoes cut into small cubes, put it in a bowl

Cut boiled eggs

Cut fresh cucumbers into quarters

Now comes the radish, you can cut it arbitrarily

Cut a bunch of onions

You can fill the dish with vegetable oil with the addition of a tablespoon of lemon juice, but it will be much tastier if you mix mayonnaise with yogurt, add a little ground pepper and a tablespoon of lemon juice, stir the dressing well.

Season, mix well, put in a salad bowl, you can decorate with herbs and serve

Simple birthday salad of chicken hearts with corn

Ingredients:

  • Chicken hearts - 500 gr.
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 4 pcs.
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Green onions - 0.5 bunch
  • Canned corn - 50 gr.
  • Mayonnaise - 200 gr.
  • Soda - 1 pinch

Cooking:

We prepare all our components of the dish - the hearts need to be washed well, cleaned, boiled in salted water until cooked, carrots and potatoes should also be boiled in salted water, peeled

Now you need to prepare an omelet, mix the eggs with flour, soda, beat well with a whisk, divide the egg mixture into two parts

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry two omelettes, fry on both sides

Mix mayonnaise with finely chopped green onion and spread a thin layer on top of each omelette

Roll the omelettes into rolls, cut them into slices about a centimeter thick

Take a deep bowl, cover with cling film and tightly lay the surface of the bowl with slices of roll

Grate potatoes, mix with mayonnaise and green onions

Spread 2/3 of the potato mixture on the rolls and spread it over the entire surface

In a separate bowl, mix the hearts cut into rings, grated carrots on a coarse grater, finely chopped Bell pepper with mayonnaise

Spread this filling over the potatoes in a bowl and smooth

Spread the remaining potato mixture over the filling, cover with cling film, refrigerate for 2 hours
