  • 1 potato;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • Salt, spices to taste.

How to cook:

  • Salt the washed and dried fillet, add spices, refrigerate for an hour;
