Today, many are tired of the noise of urban life and seek to buy or build housing outside the city. If you have purchased a country site and plan to start a construction site there, pay attention to the house in German style.

Facade of the house in German style

House built in german style, distinguishes the rigor and ease of details, rationality and practicality of the appearance of the building. On the facades of houses in German style there are no courses and other sculptural decorations.

Today, one of the popular German architectural styles is characterized by vertical framework structures, diagonal discharge and horizontal beams. Moreover boy structures Most often made in contrasting shades compared to the basic background of the building decoration. On the facades of the houses of the German style, the half-timbered elements with finishing from a natural or artificial stone are perfectly combined.

German style can contain elements. Such houses with pointed roofs and vertical elongated windows look short and outstanding. Cottage With a veranda in German style often has columns that carry not only decorative function, but also serve reliable support For roof veranda.

It looks great in the house in a German style, having protruding erkers. During their account, the house increases the living area, and the Erkers glazed around the perimeter serve as an excellent decoration of the house.

Internal finish at home in German style

The interior design of the houses in the German style is practical and reliable. The premises are light, since the German style assumes the presence of large windows and even glazed roofs.

In the German interior, muted calm and warm tones are dominated. Traditional is the combination of dark sex and bright walls.

The furniture for the German-style room is distinguished by practicality, accuracy and high quality of manufacture. It uses only natural and simple materials for its production.

From a long time, German architecture was famous for its beauty and practicality. As in other countries, it passed the long way from the Romanesque and Gothic style to High-Tek, from castles and half-timbered buildings to the ultra-modern buildings. Due to its thoroughness and economy, the German architecture has become an impersonation of high quality and rationality. Some elements vintage houses - For example, Fakhverk - still use in the construction of modern buildings. And university students study the works of the famous German designer Ernst Neuryfe and follow in their works found by the standards and laws.

House with imitation Facrow on the facade

The XX century became a turning point in the history of Germany as a whole, and, in particular, in design and architecture, marking a consistent care from the classics. With the advent of the school Bauhaus in the 1920s, modernism gradually suppressed the remaining architectural styles. Architects abandoned the ornament on the facades, simplified the form of buildings, subjugate its function. These principles were reflected in the post-war architecture, when the designers intentionally left any historical analogies and preferred to create "from pure sheet". The first place has enjoyed the practicality of the building and its economy - both during construction and operation. Architects are actively learning new materials and technologies to increase energy efficiency and easily manage home. In recent decades, the projects of "smart" homes are increasingly developed using automation and computer equipment.

In the architecture of a private house, traditional and modern elements were combined: a simple form of the building and a duct roof appeared in a new reading, and a long-known zinc roofing coating has spread to the entire surface of the house. Klaus Schlossen Architekten.

1. Dimensional features of the German house

Private architecture in Germany is quite diverse. As in Russia, here you can meet both ultramodern buildings and quite traditional buildings. In addition, many cities with old houses have been preserved throughout the country, which were reconstructed in connection with the new realities of life. If we talk about newly under construction buildings, most of them are erected by typical projects.

Many residents of Germany live in individual cottages in small towns, and they go to the nearest metropolis. There are both single-family houses (EINFAMILIENHAUS) and duples (Zweifamilienhaus). Having studied the German catalogs of private residential buildings for the middle class, we can note the general principles for the design of modern country housing in Germany. Practicality, efficiency, rationality - these features, distinguishing the entire German architecture as a whole, are at the heart of each private project. This approach is manifested both in the planning and facade solutions.

The structure of the German house is simple and laconic. No frills, no impractical and economically unjustified jewelry and architectural elements:

The shape of houses is close to the square, additional volumes often attach to it. It can be an entrance group, forming a balcony on the second floor, or a garage attached to the house or connected to it covered terrace;

The building consists of two floors, or one floor with an attic;

The roof is most often a double (sometimes four-tie);

There are no turrets in the architecture of the house, but there are erkers and balconies.

The building plan forms a rectangle. It complements the volume of the input group, which serves as a balcony on the second floor. Kampa.

Stylistics of modern house Largely relies on the principles inherent in functionalism and minimalism. Unlike traditional German phosknikovka architecture, functionalism implies the complete absence of hard canons and the application of the new features of modern building materials. The focus is drawn to the function of a particular element. The form is determined by the function, and the facade of the form.

Such principles are declared in minimalism. Buildings in this style, as a rule, are built by individual projectsand differ greater expression. Easy execution, lack of decoration and decorations, natural materials in the decoration, single color gamut, simple geometric shapes - features Style. Special attention is paid to the effects associated with natural lighting. Therefore, cottages in this style are inherent in the presence of windows on the entire wall and flat roofs with glass fragments.

All this is reflected in the facade solutions of German houses, among which you can select common features:

- Balconies, terraces, canopies, large roofs, which provide a variety of facade solutions that attach individuality;

An additional volume of the loggia gives expressiveness to a simple building. Juretzka Architekten.

- large areas of glazing, corner and panoramic windows, double glazing;

A large area of glazing makes a typical rural house with a bright representative of modern private architecture. Landau + Kindelbacher.

Lack of decor on the facade;

The use of large undeclared planes from homogeneous material or one color;

Light texture stucco and black wooden plankin shape expressive contrast. Drevohaus.

Volume and planning solutions correspond to the structure of the house and are built under the general principles:

The living room and dining room, as a rule, are combined into a single space;

The kitchen is most often not isolated with solid partitions, and separated from the total space by element of furniture (bar counter, rack) or decorative common. Lack of partitions and corridors, combining several functional zones in one space creates a feeling of space, saves useful Square. As a result, the prerequisites for interesting interior solutions arise;

Single space kitchen living room in the interior. Landau + Kindelbacher.

The total area of the three main functional zones of the main premises (living room + dining room + kitchen) is approximately 40-70 m2;

The entrance unit is separated by partitions (entrance hall, toilet, wardrobe, staircase);

Floor plan in a typical house. Kampa.

The apparent dryness of rectangular spaces is often enriched with rectangular erkers - both on one floor and doubled;

On the second floor there are traditionally private apartments (bedrooms, office, bathroom, wardrobe);

All rooms are highlighted by partitions, most often broken shape, for the functional arrangement of furniture, equipment and more efficient use of space;

In the layout of the building you can find all the characteristic features of the German house. Most of the first floor occupies the combined space of the kitchen, dining room and living room. The second floor leads a single-hour staircase. The complex shape of the bedroom and the bathroom allows you to divide the rooms on the functional zones. Drevohaus.

To move between floors, a single-hour staircase is often used, and on the second floor it is arranged a spacious illuminated staircase hall.

2. Construction of a house for the German project

German practicality and rationality often attracts future homeowners from Russia. Simple and restrained, and at the same time very functional homes in German style are very popular. How promising foreign projects and how they are coming out on Russian soil, clearly demonstrates the history of the construction of the "German" house by the company "ABC of construction".

House project

The project of the cottage with a total area of 219 m2, created by the German architectural and construction bureau, was interested in our potential customer. In 2009, he made photos of the exterior and interior of the exhibition sample in Germany and appealed to the "ABC of construction" with a request to develop AR (architectural section) and the Kyrgyz Republic (constructive section) and further build a house for this project.

After examining the photographic materials, our specialists analyzed the architectural and volume-planning solutions of the cottage that the customer liked so much. Rectangular in the plan Cottage crowns traditional bartal hip roof. Symmetric facades are attracted by their purity and clarity. French windows built in one line first and second floors give the ease of end facades with Valm frontons. On the second floor of the window decorated with a metal balcony fence.

Exhibition sample of the German house. Corner rusts in the color of white front boards, windows and doors frameds make facades festive and elegant.

The "business card" of the project is two symmetrically located volumes that are adjacent to the rear facade and together create a P-shaped composition. This is a glazed room winter Gardencombined with the living room, and the covered terrace, the exit to which is designed from the dining room. With its proportions and shape of the roof of the extension, a canopy over the porch of the main entrance and form a small inner courtyard - an isolated cozy space for family holiday open air.

A distinctive feature of the planning solution of the cottage is a light translucent staircase located in the center of the house. This planning "raisin" and attracted the attention of the customer.

As the main composite dominant, the staircase conditionally builds the boundaries of the main functional zones: hall, kitchen, dining room, living room, while providing the entire space. Thanks to light and openwork designs and a wide staircase hatch, the lines of the second floor is clearly visible and becomes part of the total, visually expanding it.

Openwork staircase, located in the center of the building, provides through the view of the entire parade space.

According to the idea of the designers, the staircase does not adjoin carrier structures and building partitions. As a sculpture, it can be free from all sides. Thus, the functional object turned into a kind of kernel of the house, around which the vital processes are rotated in the literal and figurative sense.

Easy, airiness and additional volume of two window openings cut into the roof in a truncated front of the roof. These windows also illuminate the ladder hall of the second floor. This item makes the interior more diverse, and the facade of the building is rich and interesting.

The second floor is attic, but due to the sufficient height of the walls to the rope slope - the space is cozy and functionally. In residential premises and bathrooms are installed inclined mansard windows that are not only saturated with daylight space, but the interior is noticeably revived.

Mansard windows make the space of the second floor light and cozy.

Construction history

By different reasons "German" project was not implemented. But the photos of the cottage attracted another customer. These design solutions almost fully responded to its requirements and wishes for the organization of the inner space, the composition of the premises and the architecture of the building.

However, the customer wished to make some changes in the design and layout of the building to adapt the project to its needs, Russian climatic conditions and the existing market for building materials. The construction process was preceded by the design stage, as a result of which the house has undergone a number of changes.

The cold climate demanded a warm tambura device, which turned the covered terrace of the main entrance. For the same reason, they abandoned the stained glass glazing of the winter garden, replacing it on the walls with a large window opening. To increase the living space, it was necessary to abandon the second light in the living room. In his place, the Cabinet appeared in the attic. For better lighting, five windows combined into a solid belt block.

The belt windows of the attic provide a room good insolation.

The terrace adjacent to the dining room also became warm. In this room, there was a home cinema. At the request of the Customer, on the site of the first floor room, our specialists launched a rest room with a steam room, shower and a bathroom. A small redevelopment touched on the technical premises.

Standard windows with the height of the windowsill 0.9 m instead of French - from the floor to the ceiling - helped improve the heat engineering at home, which is important in winter. On the second floor, the height of the windows remained the same, but there was a balcony with a wooden fence and exit from two rooms. On the facade of the house there was a ventilated block, lined with a stone - he passes in outdoor wall technical premises.

The end facade of the house has undergone a change: the height of the windows has decreased on the first floor, and the balcony appeared on the second.

Despite all these changes, our designers have retained artistic image Cottage, a surround-planning structure and, of course, the main feature of the internal space is a sculptural staircase in the very center of the house. The construction of a building for this project was carried out by our campaign in 2010.

The end facade of the house has undergone a change: the height of the windows has decreased on the first floor, and the balcony appeared on the second.

From economic considerations and aesthetic preferences of the Customer, our architects have shifted decorative accents in the exterior of the house. From snow-white rust and platbands, they refused, and an expensive dark face brick of outer walls was replaced by brick of light tone. At the same time, to preserve the contrast, the window frames, windscreen boards and waterproofs were performed in a dark range. For more reliable operation of the roof with a large number of funds and ribs, it was decided to replace the metal tile on the bituminous tile.

Despite all these changes, our designers retained the artistic image of the cottage, a surround-planning structure and, of course, the main feature of the indoor space is a sculptural staircase in the very center of the house. Building construction for this project was carried out by our company in 2010.

Soon on our site we will present you new photos of the interiors of this house, as well as a video interview with its owners.

Currently, we actively cooperate with the German architectural and construction bureau Anke Disterheft. The leading experts and management of the company "ABC of construction" are often in Germany, where they exchange experience with German colleagues, increase their qualifications, study new technologies and materials in construction.

We have accumulated a large number of ideas for the design and construction of country houses based on German standards and technologies. Many original literature on German architecture. If you are interested in the material of this article, we are always waiting for you in the "ABC of Construction".

Back in the distant XV century, the first houses in Germany were built in Germany. They combined elegant ease along with reliable, warm and very durable housing. Over time, the style has spread throughout Europe. So the appearance of a large number of cities was created. Relatively recently, interest in this style was revived, Russia became an exception. Immediately it is worth noting that there is a building of the house in the style of the Facrow and the trim of the facade in the same style.

To build a house Fakhverk, you need to purchase certain skills on the construction of a rigid frame, diagonals and beams that could take on all carrier loads, including the weight of the roof. After the frame will be ready and installed on the foundation, the installation of the roof will be carried out, you can proceed to the next step. Now it is necessary to fill in the inner space of the frame. This can be done with different building materials. In the 20th century, crushed stone, stone and bricks were used for this. Today it is possible to apply lighter materials that are characterized by high thermal insulation properties.

As for the finishing of the facade in the style of Fakhverk, then this is a kind of "makeup" of the finished house. For its device, as a rule, polyurethane false beams are used. In this article, you will learn how to build a house in the style of Fakhverk, about the architectural features of such a structure. In addition, it will be set out how to proper the facade under the download.

Architectural features

As the basis of the house serves as a force frame of timber, steel or reinforced concrete. In the design, horizontal beams are connected, vertical stands, as well as inclined and diagonal disclosures. Outside the frame is not masked, because this feature is a wint of style. Bearing elements seem to share the facade of the building, giving it expressiveness.

In the past, the intercrowl space was filled with the oneman. Now it is used for this foam block, brick, aerated concrete, double-glazed car and various types of the latter generation insulation. Ideally, modern houses made in the style of the flash, up to 75% are glad. But, in the conditions of a harsh climate on Russian lands, such construction is often unprofitable. As a result, the larger distribution has acquired the walls of the walls under the style of the Facrow, using overhead decorative elements.

Note! The roof of the house in the style of the Facrow is made of a duplex with wide skes, without a attic. This special design protects the structure from the negative impact of atmospheric adverse factors.

In the old days as roofing material Natural tile was used. Nowadays, this material is very expensive, so most often. To build a house Facrower is quite real, the main thing is to explore the design features and clearly follow the project.

House Fakhverk has high energy efficiency. This is possible due to the application in the construction of modern insulation. The advantages of the structure should also include stability and durability. The special design of the framework provides the ability to save on construction, because for walls you need less brick or aerated concrete. In addition, the weight of the house is significantly reduced, which makes it possible to build it even on piles.

So, collect parts of the frame follows apart from each other. In their place they, as a designer, are collected using the lift. Most often, the basis of the design is the planed, polished glued bar produced from the species of coniferous wood. It is treated with special antiseptic and antifungal agents, which protects wood from the temperature difference, moisture, mold and insects. Sometimes for the frame uses metal beams. It only improves the strength of the house. However, its price will increase significantly, because the metal is more expensive than the tree.

Upon completion of the build of the wooden frame of the house in the style of Fax, the bars should be seized and handled with special compositions. After that, it is necessary to immediately carry out the installation of the roof. It will help strengthen the design and protect it from falling precipitation. At the finish stage, the empty frame of the frame should be filled, after which you can start the installation of windows and doors.

Like all kinds building structures, the houses have undergone some changes. Modern features of the house are more focused on the overwear of roofs and massive beams. Wood roundings are no longer used. Externally, the house Fakhverk reminds the combination of the styles of the eternal classics - Japanese and European. Using big glasses He led to the improvement of the style that acquired a new name is a glass header.

Note! Do not think that in glass house The half-timber will be cold, because for its construction, energy-saving special double-glazed windows are used, which are produced from low-emission glass with argon filling. Although externally, the house may seem fragile, in fact this impression is very deceptive.

The glass house Fakhverk is saturated with light that beneficially affects the health and mood of its inhabitants. There is another modern material used to fill the walls of the house Fakhverk - these are cement-chipsticks (CSP). What is it? It is a rectangular sheet made of portland cement and wood chips. It adds special chemical compounds that protect against mold, fungus and moisture. The CSP costs relatively inexpensively, despite the fact that it has excellent sound and thermal insulation properties. The material has low bending strength, however, it is perfectly withstanding longitudinal loads. And this makes it possible to strengthen the frame. Aerated concrete is also economical, it is very convenient in the decoration, has high thermal insulation characteristics.

Facrow-style imitation

The house that will be finished in the style of the Facrokrock may be slamming, brick or wooden. Polyurethane is most often used as the main material. From it make bars and boards that distinguish from natural tree Extremely difficult even at a small distance. This material is resistant to moisture, mold, precipitation and insect. It is not amenable to deformation and does not crack. Yes, and the cost of polyurethane beams is much lower than their analogues of natural wood.

Facade Facade Facade Facade - This is a great solution! Polyurethane boards are installed with liquid nails. Before buying glue, take a look at the instructions. It is very important that liquid nails come together for external work. After all, glue must be resistant to temperature drops and atmospheric precipitation. To fit the joints and performing a clear cutting, use the end and circular saws. If you decide to fill the CSP framework, then the plates can be easily cut with an electric bollar or a grinder. Sliced blanks color water soluble or oil colors. After the CSP dries, they can be screwed to the beams to beams, filling the space between them. The house that is covered with panels is warmer, it has improved sound insulation of walls. This technology is perfect for skinning houses from bricks and blocks that were strongly worn out. An example of such houses in the style of Facrokrock can be viewed in the photo.

If you decide to make a house under the Facrokrock personally, you will first shuffle all the walls. After their complete set, color the walls in some light tone. To do this, use an acrylic emulsion. False beams should have a contrast color, for example, brown or black. Today you can buy in a specialized store Composition, which gives the blackboard the effect of patina.

Note! All overhead details should be opened with paint in 2-3 layers, dry and only after that they can be mounted on the wall in the project drawing. On paints, it is not worth saving. Otherwise, the house will have to repaint each year!

If you decide to use as false beams natural boards, then treat them with antiseptics, and after paint on both sides, including ends.

Technology of the finishing process of natural board

Before you start finishing the facade, it is important to make a working drawing. To do this, check with genuine houses of Forms.

Note! The layout of the imitations of the beams should be as accurate as possible as possible to the principles of the construction of the houses of the head, because otherwise, this idea loses all the meaning. The panels that fill the frame are tied to the design of the house.

Beams, discolutions, riglels, upper and lower strapping should be like carriers. In no case, it is impossible to allow them to resemble decorative elements.

To perform work, you will need such a tool:

  1. Roulette and level.
  2. Electric drill.
  3. Marker for marking.
  4. Saws - end and circular.
  5. Metal hacksaw.
  6. Metal anchor.
  7. Stretch and machine for grouting.

Moreover, you will need dry construction mixture, Synthetic glue universal, sealant, reinforcing mesh made of fiberglass. The main material will serve adhesive board or polyurethane, as well as insulation. The lumber should be pre-cut in size, then polish, handle with antiseptic and paint.

At the first stage, the facade finishes are gluing to the outer walls of insulation plates. If you want the house to be environmentally friendly, the foamed polymer will be the best material. After select the grooves in the plates under the board. To cut the polymer, you should take advantage of a special hacksaw of metal or, in the extreme case, a sharp knife. Initially, pick up the thickness of the board in such a way that the sufficient layer of the insulation remains under it. This will exclude the formation of unwanted cold bridges. The glued insulating plates should create a flat plane that does not have depressions and protrusions. This is due to the fact that later it should be applied glue composition, and after let him grab. Then press the glue with fiberglass. It will serve as a reinforcing layer for plaster.

False beams come to the wall through the insulation layer. First, install the racks and beams, and after the discoloration. The gaps generated between the board and expanded foam fill in the sealant. After the final crystallization of the glue, you can start plaster, and then paint into the desired color.

What is important to know builders

The facade finish in the style of Fakhverk is applicable only for low-rise houses. The width of the elements that mimic the power frame must be at least 15 cm, despite the fact that the minimum distance between the racks is 60 cm. The frame racks can be mounted flush with the facade, or, on the contrary, they can perform above the walls of the walls. False beams are fixed by the same method.

The visual separation of floors can be emphasized by two or three rows of beams located horizontally. As for window frames, they must have a small binding. Facade doors under the download must be deaf, without glazing. The overall style picture will not be balanced, if you fill a little or, on the contrary, a lot of dark beams. All technical elements of the house must be brought in accordance with the Stammerk style. The foundation should be chosen by natural stone. The plastered surface of the house can be decorated, for example, plant ornament or coat of arms. Traditional half-timer includes a framework of a frame of a fatty black line. So, the beams will seem visually massive and more reliable. If you decide to implement

Finish Facrow - How to transform the facade of the house with the help of CSP and boards

Specialization: Master in the construction of plasterboard structures, finishing works and laying outdoor coatings. Installation of door and window blocks, finishing of facades, installation of electricians, plumbing and heating - for all types of work I can give detailed consultation.

The Style Fakhverk has many associated with the charm of the small towns of Western Europe. But if you wish, you can arrange your home in detail. Read this review, and you will see how simple and easy to create a corner of Bavaria in my yard.

Description of the workflow

In the original, the style involves the construction of a frame of a thick bar and filling the space insulation. We will use modern solutionwhich is suitable for facades of any type and can be done in a few days. The option considered by me is not the only one, but the easiest and most reliable of all.

Stage 1 - Collect the necessary materials

Before starting work, you need to stock all the required, the list of basic materials is presented in the table.

Material Recommendations for choosing
CSP Cement-chipboard - durable and reliable material, ideal for our purposes. It is easiest to work with sheets with a thickness of 12-16 mm, thicker elements are too heavy. To do not carry a lot of weight when working, you can buy material in the bands (as in the photo above) or cut it into pieces of small
Board With it, we will mimic the framework, you can use ordinary woodAnd you can polyurethane elements. They imitate the tree, but much more reliable and more durable. Polyurethane plank 12 cm width and 2 meters long costs about 1000 rubles
Bar The CSP will be attached to the framework, which is constructed from the bar with a cross section of at least 50x50 mm, as the sheets are heavy. You should choose dry material so that the frame does not lend after the assembly
Insulation To make the house warmer, the heat-insulating material is laid in the frame 3-5 cm thick. For framework structures, a thickness of 100 and more millimeters is needed. Basalt wool is best suited, it is not afraid of moisture and retains high properties at least 30 years
Windproof film Need if you put the insulation, if the mount will be made simply on the frame, then the film can not be put
Fastener Plates We will be mounted on a tree with screws with a size of 3.5x55 mm, the insulation can be fixed with mushrooms with a length of 90 to 120 mm. I prefer to mount the frame on the suspensions, with their help you can ideally set each element at the desired distance from the wall. Finishing board mounted or screws 70 mm long or liquid nails
Paint We need to paint and CSP (facade paint is needed), and the board. Most often, the background is made light, and the framework elements are dark, such a contrast combination is one of the visiting cards of the head

Stage 2 - Tool Collection

When the facade is finished under the download, the following devices are needed:

  • If the frame will be attached to the walls with a dowel, it is necessary to have a perforator with a brown of the desired diameter;
  • The screwdrity is also required to twist the screws, and for drilling holes in the CSP. Therefore, do not forget to stock up the nozzles and drills of 3.5-4 mm (and in both the metal);

  • Cutting plates is made using a bacal with a discon's disc. Cutting boards and bar can be performed both with power tools and manual hacksaw;

  • The plane control is made by a level of 1 meter long, measurements and markup are performed using a roulette, pencil and a square.

Stage 3 - Framework

First, it is necessary to make a strong and reliable base for the trim of the facade. The instructions for this part of the work is as follows:

  • First you need to check the surfaces using the level. Find out how even they are and there are no noticeable height drops, if the difference is several millimeters, then it is possible to attach directly to the surface. If the irregularities are significant, it is easier to use suspensions;
  • The direction of the arrangement of the racks can be any, personally I prefer a vertical option, but you can also put horizontally, and make a crate with jumpers. The distance between the racks should not be more than 50 cm. The location is selected so that the vertical joints of the sheets fall into the bar;
  • The suspensions are fixed along the line of standing at a distance of no more than 50 cm from each other. They are located perpendicular to the bar;

  • Nails are clogged into the wall or a dowel with self-draws are put, a cord is tensioned between them. After that, the bar is attached, everything is simple here: the suspensions are beyond, the element is aligned in terms of the level and fixed by self-draws. When working, do not forget to control the plane, applying the level to several racks;
  • If the wall is smooth, the mount is made directly to it. If necessary, under the bar is put the rails or sins;

Before installing the bar is necessarily processed by the antiseptic composition. Moreover, it is better to do this not by the method of staining, but by the method of perch, building the result of the desired size from the film and boards.

  • The insulation is embedded between the frame elements. It cuts into pieces of slightly wider distance between the bars to fill the space tightly. Try to lay the material so that emptiness under the framework was as little as possible;

  • A windproof film is stacked over the insulation. It can be mounted with self-drawers or stapler. To provide best defense The heat insulator, the stack at the joints should be at least 100 mm.

Stage 4 - Fastening CSP

We will figure it out how to mount the CSP sheets on the frame:

  • To begin, you need to carry out measurements of the distance between the bars to determine the optimal width of the sheets. If the finished elements are not suitable, then it is necessary to place them and cut with the help of a grinder. Work dusty, so it is better to work in the respirator;

  • Then you need to drill holes, they are located in 20 cm increments along the edges and 40 cm in the middle. An indent from the end should be at least 15 mm. The diameter of the holes should be no less than the thickness of the self-press, and better on half a million more;

At the preparation stage, treat the ends of the sheets of firming primer. Primary application can be carried out when they are still in the stacks, and the secondary when you can raise items.

  • When attaching sheets you need to remember a simple rule: the gap between the elements should be 3-5 mm. As long as you twist the screws, two assistants must keep the CSP in the desired position. The fastener is screwed so that the hat is cut below the surface level by 1-2 mm, so you make the place of attachment and make it imperceptible;

  • When the mount is completed, you can start the last part of the work: filling the seams. For this, a special weather-resistant composition is used, it is sold in buckets and applied with a spatula. When filling the seams, it is necessary to tempt the fastening sites, ultimately you will have a result, as in the photo below.

Stage 5 - Painting and decoration

At this stage, the characteristic finishing of the facade of the front, the house in the eyes will acquire the final appearance. The workflow is:

  • First of all, you need to apply primer to the surface. It will strengthen the material and improve the adhesion of the paint. Work is made by roller, after applying the walls are left until complete drying;
  • The paint is applied with the same roller, the composition is thoroughly mixed before use. Most often, one layer cannot achieve a homogeneous color, so staining is repeated again. The second layer can be applied only after complete drying of the first;

Finishing under the download requires the same location of the elements by the facade

  • The boards are pre-painted in a dark color, after which it is possible to perform measurements. According to the measurement results, the elements are locked and cut into pieces of the desired size. The main thing is not to confuse anything and do not spoil the material, especially if you have polyurethane elements, because their price is high;

To give the facade of the authentic view, you can artificially form a board, processing it with a gross with a wire brush. It will remove the soft layers of the tree and make a fibrous structure more embossed.

  • Finished elements are attached or with the help of self-tapping screws (if you have a board) or liquid nails (if you have polyurethane). In the first case, the holes in the board and the DSP are drilled, in the second - glue is applied to the element, and it is tightly pressed against the place of fastening.

Facrow house

Appearing in Germany, today they have become very popular in different parts of the world, including in our.

History Fakhverka

The German word Fachwerk is formed from two parts: Das Fach - Section, cell and Das Werk - construction. Literally it turns out "Construction from sections." Looking from the side to the graded houses, we will be convinced of the accuracy of the definition. Similar to the fairy tale, they will not leave unnoticed while walking through the old European streets. Their invariably light walls seem to be "cut" dark wooden beams. Connects the construction of a low roof.

According to historians, Fakhverk originated in Germany, in areas where the rivers were not far from the river and developed a ship. To repair and build vessels, it was necessary to deal well in a carpentry. And once the masters realized that it was not only strong ships, but also a good house.

The appearance of the half-timber is dating. But his flourishing fell on 15-16th century, when the architects mixed a traditional half-timer with new trends:

  • with baroque elements (frontones with large curls around the edges, abundance of parts on the facade, sculptures of people and animals),
  • with gothic elements (quotes from Scripture on the facade)
  • with the details of the Renaissance era (abundance of characteristic sockets, shells, wreaths, flower vases on the facade).
In addition, the geographical division on the field also influenced the construction. If you visit several regions of Germany, then you will not meet the same half-timbered houses. Allocate the following directions: Frakonsky, Aleansky and Lower Saxon Fakhverk.

Houses were built with the fact that the land in those times was very expensive. Therefore, the residential space wanted to increase not at its expense. Did this affect:

  • Created a frame from strong wooden racks and beams.
  • The panels filling the space between them were made from a mixture of clay with wild reed or straw. This mixture was called ... you can learn more about it from publication). Samama was applied to the "skeleton" from wooden rods.
  • To expand the space in the room, the enterprising Germans came up with building so that every floor would be wider than the previous one and "hanging" over half meter. Another hanging floor defended the lower from moisture. Subsequently, the characteristic protrusions and became one of the distinguishing features of the first as an architectural flow.
  • After completing the work with the frame and panels, the house and. And they painted not ababa as, but on a certain principle. Panels - in light color, and wooden frame - Mandatory in the dark. The house became visually "broken" on the cells. That's the way another difference appeared, about which we will talk later.
  • And finally. In old Germans facrifical houses The roofs were high, slightly. Under them was located additional residential premises.
As for the decoration and the house as a whole, only wealthy burghers could afford them. They invited experienced masters, perfectly knowing their own business.

At the request of the owner, they could recreate the facade of the generic coat of arms, to make a unique thread, decorate the house with sculptures, paintings or inscriptions: for example, with the wishes of good health and wealth or simply with information about who lives under this roof and are the owners of guests. Such statements were called Haussprüche (from him. Das Haus - House and Der Sprog - saying).

Interesting:researchers of this type of architecture have revealed that there are some symbols in German graded buildings. If the beams crossed as the letter x, then it symbolizes the Andreevsky cross (on which Andrei's apostle crucified).

If the sections of the side beams do not cross, then this form is called the "Swabian woman". Why Shvabskaya? Most likely, the association goes with the National Suit of Swaby Women: The cored corset with the neckline and the lush skirt.

If the beams resemble the letter "y", then you are "wild man." The origin of this name is not really known. Maybe so power inhabitants of medieval Germany represented a person with a strange behavior - wild.

Curved curls in the form of the letter "S" on the angular beams were champions from lightning. Terrible masks on the facade protected from evil spirits and ill-wishers. Sun images in the form of outlets were symbols of fertility and material well-being.

With the onset of the 18th century, Fakhverk passed his position. It was very difficult to bring engineering into such a house, and I didn't want to live without them. The 19th and 20th century are also marked by the half-timbered lull and mass construction of more modern buildings. But the 21st cent I shook interest in this style. In major cities of Germany and not only began to restore the vintage half-timbered homes and build new ones, but already taking into account modern, trends, etc. And now the descendants of the Burgers houses by Fakhverk-House, or half-timbered homes.

Distinctive features of half-timbered houses

Color contrasts and windows in a row.
  1. Full absence of metal elementsin the design. That 500 years ago that now construction facrifical house Do not accept metal in the frame. Heavy metal ties will be spoiled and the appearance of the house, and the interior. As a result, it turns out at all what was expected.
  2. Carrier beams do not hideunder. This is one of the main features characteristic of the half-timber. The beams share the house for peculiar sections.
  3. Filling the space between the beams material, excellent on the texture of the tree. Previously, it was Saman, about which we have already spoken above. To date, he successfully replaces the brick.
  4. Ease of construction. The half-timbered houses are very lungs, so you can build them in unwinted.
  5. Color contrasts. In the first half-timbered homes they played the confrontation of the "light-dark". Now the flight of fantasies is not bought: dark red and green, brown and beige, dark brown and light green and other combinations.
  6. Out of one floor over another. Today, this feature practically erased, it became optional. There is no need to expand the living space in a similar way, and modern perfectly protect the tree from moisture.
  7. Large number of small windows. In the Middle Ages, the house could be literally suiced by small windows. Small, because the large windows can really do not know how to get the glass was difficult and very expensive. Fortunately, the windows can do any size now, and there are no problems with the material. Very popular among owners of half-timbered houses today panoramic windows. Although the specialists do not advise this. Firstly, because the windows are not always overlooking the reservoir, the meadow, the forest or the house stands on the severity, and the neighbors running on the affairs is an amateur spectacle. It is better to make several windows in one row.
  8. High roofs. In Europe, all half-timbered homes are high and sharp duscal roofs. It was beneficial to have such a roof design: she protects the whole house from precipitation, and then it can be equipped under it. IN modern houses There are also lower options. But if you want to maximize the style of style, then the high roof is required.
  9. The house must "strive" up. Of course, with the lack of land in medieval Europe, the house could not "sprawle" in width. They were directed up. The higher the places more. If you build a house now, then only you decide, vertically it will be pulled out or horizontally.

Is it possible to build a half-timber in Russia?

On the pages of the BSE (Big Soviet Encyclopedia) there is a mention of the header. But with a note that it is possible to build it only in the warmth climate, otherwise we do not take it. For example, in the south of the country: "... in the modern construction of F. with wooden frame and brick or saman filling are used mainly in areas with a warm climate (including in production buildings of auxiliary destination)." Such data were for the period 1969-1978.

But thanks to new technologies. Now the half-timbered houses are no less warm than tiles.

  • The walls are better to leave white (or any light tone).
  • Beams are necessarily contrasting dark to the walls. On the beams, by the way, you can withdraw.
  • Well look as elements of decor forged things: horseshoes, shelves, etc. If desired, even forged furniture will not be superfluous.
  • The interior of the half-timbered house implies the presence of a hearth. He will make it more homely and cozy. No matter, the fireplace is either a furnace.

  • If there is no volatility of an antique, then the house can be turned into a modern spacious home. Add to the features of the first minimalism feature:

    • No forged products and abundance of accessories.
    • A large number of square remains free so that the sunlight can freely fill the room.
    • Beams allowed to paint in light tone, slightly darker walls.
    • A small fireplace (the oven is inappropriate), mining furniture, textiles of light tones, in general, having a weighting interior - and we have a house from a mixture of two, it would seem opposite directions.

    Facrifical houses, despite popularity and ancient history in Europe, are considered to be exotic. Not everyone will risk "Contact" with such a project. But with competent performance, the result will justify the strengths and means. And what do you think?

    Photo of german style in the interior

    Architectural styles inherent western countriesEnjoy now very popular with domestic developers. In elite Russian villages, you can still see at home stylized under french Provence, English classics, luxurious baroque or trendy high-tech. But ordinary homeowners have a special sympathy causes a German style characterized by a combination of restraint and coziness.

    The inhabitants of Germany are known all over the world, primarily by their practicality and thrift, and these features are reflected in the architecture of residential buildings. Such buildings at first glance create the impression of reliability and comfort, a special home coziness without any excesses.

    The following signs are characteristic of the German style:

    • the correct form of houses;
    • small windows;
    • no attic;
    • restrained color gamut;
    • predominance of natural materials;
    • a small number of facade decoration of simple lines.

    Architecture at home

    The traditional German house has a rectangular or square shape, and may be single, two- or three-story. Modern options allow for extensions and some asymmetry of forms, but also in such projects a lot of attention is paid to the correctness of proportions. At the extension of the useful space in houses, attic is placed, erkers, often the ground floor.

    The porch at the entrance is usually low, modest sizes, with simple wooden railings. Terrace, if any, then very small, but most often it is missing. Little, proper geometric shape balconies are available in almost every two- and three-story house. In the buildings of the classic sample, they are always open, but in more modern projects the advantage is given to the balconies of the closed type, including with panoramic glazing.

    Small balconies - style feature

    Roofs of German houses most often duplex, with wide swing coated with tiles. The roofs of a complex configuration or holm are rarely found, mainly in large mansions with numerous extensions.

    The entrance doors have a rectangular shape, the upper part can be glazed. The front entrance is highlighted only in contrasting color - the other decor is not accepted. The windows are also rectangular, small, with thin perpendicular jumpers. Shutters are rarely used, and even even as decor.

    Materials for construction and finishing

    For the construction of houses in German style, a red brick, natural stone, slagoblock and ceramoblock, and for frame structures - glued bar, panel sandwich and CSPs. The option is very common when the first floor is erected from brick or stone, and the second of the tree. Traditional finish is plaster and painting. Walls are placed smoothly, textured formulations are used in rare cases. The base is facing natural stone or its imitation is the most popular way to finish. For the roof, all kinds of tiles are used, less often professional flooring.

    Color spectrum

    German homes are characterized by very restrained colors, and bright accents in the design of the exterior are random. For walls, a usually beige, sandy, white, sometimes light-salad or terracotta are usually chosen. In this case, the wooden decor almost always has a rich dark brown color, which contrasts with the walls favorably. Also for the contrast of the shutter and entrance doors Can be painted in bright red or blue. The color of the roof, depending on the type of roofing material, varies from red-brown to dark gray.

    The architectural style It has several directions, the most significant of which are German Gothic and Fax. Gothic refers to K. castle style, and more suitable for luxurious mansions. But in Germany there are a lot of small houses stylized under gothic and distinguished by an unusually colorful view. They have high pointed roofs with the same pointed visors over the porch, narrow, vertically elongated windows laid out of a stone or brick column at the entrance. The base is also a tall, lined rudely saddled stone. All this makes the house visually above and gives a presentable, outstanding look.

    The half-timbered is considered the most famous direction, and for many it is he who personifies the traditional German style. Determine the half-timber is very easy on wooden beams separating the facade into small sections of the correct form. The beams intersect at right angles and diagonally, creating a kind of decor, characteristic only to this style. Such houses look good and unusually colorful, even despite the simplest finish.

    Features of the design and materials of the half-timbered houses

    Fack refers to K. frame construction And today it is the most advanced technology for the construction of wooden frame houses. The basis of the structure is the design of durable wooden pillars, horizontal beams and diagonal squeezes, and the space between them is filled with various building materials with sufficient heat capacity.

    Facrifical houses - German style

    Initially, ordinary logs were used to build the half-timbered houses and wooden beams A variety of sections, and the sections formed by them were filled with straw mixed with lime and clay (according to the type of samanny buildings). Later began to use stone and burned brick, sometimes boards. Now the frame is made of glued timber of coniferous breeds, and modern materials are used to fill sections - sandwich panels, CSP, aerated concrete, various insulation. At the same time, the framework elements always remain in sight, regardless of the method finish finish facade.

    Such houses have significant advantages:

    • wooden frame has a relatively low weight and does not have a serious burden on the base. This allows you to build buildings on finely blurred foundations, which significantly reduces the construction time and the costs of materials;
    • in the frame design it is easy to hide all communications;
    • the length of BRUSEV makes it possible to overlap big spans, which means that the inner premises can be very spacious;
    • the technology of fastening and dressing BRUSEV reduces almost to zero the risks of the building of the building;
    • the half-timbered houses look colorfully and spectacular, standing out against the background of standard buildings.

    True, the minuses at the style of Fakhverk there are also:

    • development of the project and installation of structures requires professional knowledge and skills, and specialist services are very expensive;
    • the classic half-timbered house is not suitable for the northern regions, since the walls in it are not enough fat and cannot provide reliable heat insulation;
    • an open wooden frame requires regular processing with antipirens, anti-grib and hydrophobic compositions.

    In addition to the construction of half-timbered homes, there is more practical option – outdoor finish Under the phachverk. First, it is possible to stylize under the download that you can absolutely any home standard form. Secondly, to fulfill the imitation is easy to independently, no special knowledge for this is not necessary. Thirdly, such a finish will cost cheaper than, for example, the cover of the facade siding.

    Facade Finish Facade

    Conventional wooden boards treated with protective lesing compositions can be used to simulate frame beams.

    The coarse material, the better, the fishelki from artificially made-up woods is particularly spectacular. The boards must be a width of at least 10 cm and a thickness of at least 2 cm, be sure to smooth, without cracks and rot, with a minimum number of bitch. The lumber humidity should not exceed 20%.

    An excellent alternative tree serve polyurethane boards. This material does not need to be protected from precipitation, insects and microorganisms do not damage it. Polyurethane is much more durable to the tree and with it less hassle during operation. Polyurethane boards can be bought in any construction supermarket, and the selection of such products is quite wide.

    The finish can be performed on brickwork, plaster, insulation. If the walls need alignment, excellent solution There will be a covering house of the CSP with the subsequent installation of the rash balk.

    Preparatory stage

    To properly prepare the walls, you must first remove everything too much and check the quality of the base. Therefore, the first thing is to remove the facade decor (if any), platbands, drainage gutters, lighting devices, and then clean the walls from contaminants. You can use a metal brush or a grinder with an abrasive nozzle. After cleaning on the walls, cracks are clearly viewed, chips, empty seams in masonry and other defects.

    Cracks and deep grooves should be treated cement mortarAs for small irregularities, they will be hidden under the heat insulation layer. If plots affected by fungus are detected, their after stripping should be treated with anti-grapple composition or any chlorine-containing agent. After drying the repair solution, the wall must be predicted, and the primer is desirable to choose with antiseptic properties and containing a quartz filler.

    Warming and shocking

    If the walls do not need alignment or insulation, you can immediately begin the finish. We will consider the option with insulation. One of the popular methods is the lifting of foam: the material perfectly delays heat, and the installation process does not require much effort. Foam plates are attached to glue and are additionally fixed with fungi dowels, for reliability.

    Step 1. Determine the lower boundary of the casing and around the perimeter of the house is carried out a horizontal line. On this markup, the starting bar is fixed on a dowel-nail, which will rely on the first row of insulation.

    Step 2. Stir the mounting glue and begin to attach foam. The glue is applied by a solid strip around the perimeter of the sheet and point in the center, after which the foam is applied to the wall, flatter and press. Be sure to check its location to prevent distortions.

    Step 3. Each next sheet is fixed close to the previous one so that no gaps remain. Installation of the second row is carried out with a displacement of vertical seams, for which the first sheet is cut into the row in half. The remaining rows in the same way, periodically checking their horizontal levels.

    Step 4. After drying the glue, the insulation is fixed with fungi dowels, drilling the neat openings in the center and at the corners of each sheet. Hats dowels need to be slightly soaked so that they do not play foam plane. Next, they are clearing irregularities at the joints, foam the gaps, if they were still formed, soaked the entire surface.

    Trimming excess foam

    Step 5. We knead the fresh adhesive solution and applied with a toothed spatula on top of the foam. The reduction grid is placed on the solution, smoothed it with a spatula, deepening a mixture into a thickness of several millimeters. The mesh canvases are labeled with a mustache and thoroughly so that there are no joints. After drying, the surfaces perform the grout of the sandy paper of medium grain.

    Step 6. Prepare plastering and apply it to the walls with a thin and uniform layer. It needs special accuracy, since any flaw will be well noticeable. When the plaster is grabbing, it needs to be sweetered with a metal or polyurethane ironing.

    At the end of the wall you need to paint. Make it after mounting the decor will be difficult, because every board you will have a paint scotch, so as not to get paint. Color for walls need to be chosen based on the color of the boards, because they must contrast each other. The classic half-timber implies light walls and a dark frame, such a combination is more harmonious.

    Imitation Fakhverka

    Step 1. First, on paper, draw a sketch of the facade and think over the location of the decor elements.

    In traditional half-timbered houses, the lower part is condensed with a solid bar, which is called strapping. Be sure to be installed at the corners of the facade, and in order to enhance the design, they are tightly fastened with the strapping of disconsets (corner man). If the wall in width is more than 6 m, the center establishes another vertical bar with disclosures on both sides - central man. In the upper part of the walls and between the floors also attach strapping beams.

    An important element of the Facrow is the "Andreevsky Cross" - two diagonal planks bonded in the form of the letter "x". Most often, it is located above and under the window openings. Additional rigidity of the frame provide rigels - short horizontal crossbars between the racks.

    Council. The imitation of the Fack does not require accurate compliance with these conditions, because no load of the rash balks are exposed. At the same time, competently located elements create a more believable look and bring the finish to this German style.

    Step 2. After studying the sketch, you must perform marking directly on the wall. Vertical and horizontal lines are carried out strictly in terms of level, because even small deviations will be noticeable from afar. After completing the markup, it is necessary to prepare the boards: first they are trimmed according to the measurements along the length, they cut off at the corner of the ends, are treated with protective compositions.

    Step 3. Each element is carefully covered with impregnation from all sides and dried in air. Further apply 1-2 layers of paint dark color: traditionally in the front beams are painted in dark brown and black, which are effectively contrasted with light plaster. Instead of impregnation and paint, you can take a lustering antiseptic with a dark shade kel - it will not only provide reliable protection, but also will retain the natural texture of the tree.

    Council. Strict restrictions color gamma There is no frame, and there are houses with red beams, dark blue, light brown. The most important thing is that the boards do not merge around the color with the walls, because then the whole sense of the finish disappears.

    Step 4. Take the first board, apply to the wall and outlines the mounting points along the markup line. Having postponing the decor to the side, drill holes in the wall, the dust is cleaned, with the help of a dowel-nail fastener in their place. Similarly, the remaining elements are fixed, carefully even on the marked lines until the layout is completed. Hats fasteners are sure to be interinted into a tree by 1-2 mm so that they do not protrude above the surface.

    Option of using decorative boards with molecules

    Step 5. To improve the aesthetic appearance, the deepening in places of fasteners should be sealing with a waterproof sealant. For these purposes, an acrylic silicone composition is perfectly suitable, which has excellent adhesion and resistance to deformities. Sealant can be chosen in color or paint after it dry.

    That's how it is quite economical, you can give your home perfectly the new kind. Here you can experiment with the color, texture of the tree, layout options. The main thing is to do everything as accurately and accurately and accurately observe the proportions, otherwise it will be more comical to look more comical than attractive.
