When on a hot day Sun rays warm the walls of the house, and I want to go out on Fresh air. Great solution for this, the arrangement of a cozy corner of landscape design and the construction of a gazebo can become. Today you can find many solutions of how and from what you can build this structure. In this article, we will show you that, if desired, a metal gazebo can be built with your own hands.

In most cases for construction metal gazebo use a profile pipe. The recommended wall thickness is at least 2 mm. Please note that often this material is sold by weight, respectively, a pipe with a greater thickness will weigh a lot and cost more. Therefore, there is no need to buy a profile pipe with a wall thicker than 2 mm.

Alternatively, you can use a round pipe with a similar wall thickness, especially since the cost of a round pipe is less than a profile one. If experience welding work you have, then making a gazebo will not be difficult.

Some use a corner to build a metal gazebo. However, its thickness should be 2.5–3 mm. It is easy to sheathe a design from a corner with sheet (and not only) material.

If it is necessary to build a seasonal / collapsible gazebo, then you can use an aluminum corner or a profile pipe. As a result, the structure will be much lighter, due to which it is not necessary to make a foundation, and it can also be easily and quickly disassembled. However, the cost of such material is very high.

A garden gazebo made of metal can be a wonderful decoration country house. But this requires a lot of effort, as well as choosing the right project. There are many types of gazebos. They can be square, rectangular, octagonal, round and other shapes.

If we talk about the merits of this structure, then we can distinguish the following:

  • Durability and reliability.
  • Long service life.
  • Simple care, which boils down to treating damaged areas with corrosion.
  • The possibility of building a roof from slate, polycarbonate, metal tiles, etc.

The design of gazebos is divided into 2 types: portable and stationary. Consider the features of the manufacture of these structures.

The process of building a mobile gazebo is very simple and consists of several stages:

  1. A project of appropriate scale and size.
  2. Site preparation and marking.
  3. The base is made of metal, in our case, a rectangular shape. All parts are connected by welding.
  4. Frame construction. Profile pipes are welded to the base in a vertical position. After that, rafter pipes are welded to the pillars of the supports. At this stage, it is possible to form a roof slope, making it single-pitched or gable.
  5. After the frame of the walls is made, a crate is constructed on the roof for laying and fastening roofing material.
  6. As for the manufacture of the table and seat, it is best to use wood for this.

Here, according to such a simple scheme, you can make a portable gazebo out of metal. At the end of the article, in the "Drawings and Diagrams" section, you can find suitable, already finished projects designs.

Stationary gazebo - step by step

If you want to build a capital gazebo that will stand all year round on the street, then you will have to prepare for a whole range of work aimed at manufacturing a solid and reliable structure.

First prepare all essential tool and material. You may need the following:

  • profile pipe;
  • self-tapping screws;
  • plumb;
  • roulette;
  • square;
  • sand, cement and crushed stone;
  • grinder with a circle for metal;
  • screwdriver / drill;
  • a set of drills for metal;
  • building level;

The whole complex of works consists of several stages:

  1. Making drawings.
  2. Finding and preparing a site for construction.
  3. Marking and cutting profile pipe.
  4. Gazebo frame assembly.
  5. Installation work.
  6. Treatment of metal with an anti-corrosion compound.

Consider step by step the entire process of making a gazebo for a summer residence.

It is good if the chosen place is located on dense ground. It is also recommended to choose a place on a hill. Otherwise, rainwater will constantly accumulate near the gazebo, making a swamp out of the surrounding area.

On the selected place should be marked around the perimeter. If necessary, irregularities can be removed with a bayonet shovel. The soil is compacted to prevent strong subsidence after a while.

Next, mark out and cut off the necessary sections of the profile pipe for each individual element. At the same time, strictly adhere to the project and drawing. Observing the dimensions of the blanks when cutting, you will not have any difficulties during the assembly of the structure.

You should not rush at this stage, it is better to measure 7 times and cut off once. This principle is more relevant than ever.

After the final marking, using a grinder with a cutting wheel, cut the profile pipes into the required segments. When performing this work, it is important to observe safety precautions by wearing goggles and gloves. This will prevent scale and sparks from getting into the eyes and exposed areas of the body.

For the convenience of subsequent installation, sort the cut pipes into piles. For base, pillars, frame and roof.

If you want to save money, then, as an option, use pipes with a thicker wall from the bottom of the gazebo, and gradually reduce the size of the pipe upwards.

First of all, it is necessary to install vertical racks, which will serve as a support for the entire structure. The process of this work is as follows:

  • Along the perimeter of the future gazebo, mark the places for installing support pillars.
  • Dig holes up to 1 m deep. For simplified work, you can use a garden drill.
  • The bottom of the pit should be covered with sand and gravel, followed by tamping.

  • Next, install the pillars. First, cover the part of the pipe that will be in the ground with an anti-corrosion compound. Fix the supports themselves with spacers.
  • The next step is to prepare concrete mortar in a ratio of 1:2. Also add 2 parts of small gravel to the composition. Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth. It is best to use a concrete mixer for this.
  • The prepared concrete is immersed in the pit. Make sure that the concrete rises slightly above the ground. To prevent concrete from spreading on the sides, you can build a round or square formwork.

After two days, the spacers and formwork can be dismantled. Now start building the frame. top support poles should be tied cross beams. You will also need the lower strapping of the support pillars. Weld metal corners on the bottom, on which it will be possible to lay a wooden floor.

When the walls and the base of the metal gazebo are ready, you can start making the roof. To fix the roofing material, you will need to weld corners, plates and other structural elements to the frame, which will simplify installation work. They will need to make holes for self-tapping screws or screws. In conclusion, it remains to fix the roofing material. Alternatively, polycarbonate can be used. Also, this material can be used for sheathing the walls of the gazebo. In this case, you get a combined gazebo made of metal and polycarbonate.

When working with metal, welding is indispensable, unless you wish to twist the entire frame with bolts. Docking of pipes can be done in two ways: in the tee or the corner. The quality of welding directly depends on the preparation of the ends of the pipes. They must be smooth and clean.

So, if it is decided to use welding during the construction of the gazebo, then the preparation process is as follows:

  • Cleaning metal from oxide, rust, dirt and other possible contaminants.
  • End fitting.
  • Cleaning of edges, internal and external surfaces.

To make the welding seam beautiful, make it continuous and in one layer.

If you do not have experience with a welding unit, then you will have to invite an experienced welder to work. If finances do not allow, then it is worth considering an alternative method, namely assembly with bolts.

Another important step in the construction of a metal gazebo is its treatment with an anti-corrosion compound. This must be done even if the pipes are new, because they may have small areas rust. Therefore, in order to prevent the destruction of the metal, using a grinder and grinding wheel remove all rust.

After the metal is primed. You can use a regular automotive primer in a can. Be aware that primer and paint are toxic. So use protective equipment for guard respiratory tract(respirator), hands (gloves) and eyes (glasses).

When the applied primer has dried, it's time to inspect the entire structure. If there are streaks and small sags on the pipes, then remove them by stripping with a fine-grained sandpaper. After that, you can carry out the final painting, using paint for metal and outdoor work.

final touch there will be decoration of the gazebo. Alternatively, you can use ready-made forging elements. They can be symmetrically arranged along the frame of the gazebo. Moreover, you can hang flower pots, put beautiful furniture and more. Tidy up around the building land plot, making flower beds, paths, install lamps and more. There are no restrictions when it comes to decorating.

So, we have considered with you the features of manufacturing a metal gazebo. Its size, as well as the shape, can be different. Several options, you can view right now in the "Photos" section. If you have own experience in such construction, then be sure to share your experience at the end of the article.

In the photos provided, you can find a lot of original ideas, for the manufacture of metal gazebos:

Blueprints

On the provided drawings, you can find an idea of how to independently draft a metal gazebo:

A metal gazebo is a durable and reliable structure, which, if properly arranged, designed and planned, will be a great addition. suburban area. Today developed a large number of types and forms of metal gazebo structures. Therefore, finding the right option for you will not be problematic. Although the market offers prefabricated structures gazebos, remember that a do-it-yourself metal gazebo will not only save family budget but also to rejoice in the fruits of their own hands. We suggest you study the guide for the construction of a gazebo.

A gazebo can be built different forms- rectangular, square, hexagonal, octagonal, round. In addition, there are two ways to install a gazebo made of metal:

  1. Pipes are concreted into the ground. After the concrete has hardened, the entire structure of the gazebo is welded to the posts. At some distance from the ground, a lower harness is made, on which the flooring is laid. You can also lay paving slabs on the base or concrete the site. For such a gazebo, a foundation is not needed.
  2. A shallow strip or columnar foundation is being made. The frame of the gazebo itself is made separately. It is installed on a ready-made foundation and fixed with anchors.

Which of these technologies is more practical? If we talk about the reliability and quality of fastening, then the first option is more practical, since the racks are securely fixed in concrete, and besides, this option is cheaper. There is no need to make a foundation. But, on the other hand, this option is more suitable only for summer period. You can’t do without a floor in winter, so the second option is better, since it is possible to build a closed metal gazebo.

Mainly hardware assembled by welding. This installation method is reliable and fast. However, if you need to build a collapsible gazebo, then its individual modules are connected by bolts. Usually such gazebos are covered with an awning or a light roof is made. All structural elements - railings, roofing and risers are assembled very quickly. The advantage of such a gazebo is that it does not require a lot of space to store it.

In most cases, metal gazebos are made from a profile pipe. The thickness of its wall should be at least 2 mm, but not too thick. If you plan to use round pipes, then the wall of the pipe must be similar. Unlike profile, round pipes are cheaper. But when working with them, skills are required, since a sufficiently high qualification of the welder is necessary to weld round pipes with a beautiful and durable seam.

Although predominantly used steel pipes, often, especially for collapsible structures of arbors, an aluminum profile is used. As a result, the gazebo will turn out much easier, but at a cost more expensive.

We offer you to get acquainted with the process of manufacturing a metal gazebo from a profile pipe.

First of all, you need to make purchases of material. For gazebo racks, the following profile pipes are needed:

  • 50 × 50 mm if slate, bituminous tiles, metal tiles or profiled sheets will be laid on the roof;
  • 75 × 75 mm if tiles or slate will be laid on the roof.

For jumpers, a thinner profile is possible: 50 × 50 mm - maximum, minimum - 20 × 30 mm. If you plan to build a large gazebo, then, accordingly, it is better to take the profile section large and vice versa. Also consider the weight of the material that will sheathe the frame of the gazebo.

To make a square metal gazebo, with a size of 3000 × 3000 mm with a rack height of 2200 mm, you will need the following set of material:

  • pipes for strapping 12 m - 50 × 50 × 2 mm;
  • profile pipe for jumpers in the following name: 30 m - 40 × 20 × 2 mm, 6 m - 20 × 20 × 2 mm and 14 m - 40 × 40 × 2 mm.
  • metal strips 2 m 20 × 4 mm.

Remove from the ground surface at the construction site fertile layer soil. If water leaves the site well, then the pit is covered with sand and soil, preferably without vegetation. If the soil is predominantly clay, then clay is also poured in order to be removed.

Next, a pit is made for installing pipes up to 90 cm deep. Install a pipe in it, fill it with coarse gravel or construction waste. After that, align the pillars of the support vertically. In an equal position, they should be fixed and then proceed to concreting.

If M400 cement is used for concreting, then sand is added in a measurement of 3-4 parts. At the same time, the concrete must be liquid in order to fill the entire pit covered with rubble.

To work with metal, it is very convenient to use a level or plumb line with a magnet. You install the object of measurement in the right place and without any problems set the support column to the level.

Another option for making the foundation is to install the blocks on which the gazebo will be installed. With this design, the structure will be raised from the ground level. Blocks must be installed in the corners and in checkerboard pattern In the middle. This will prevent the pipe from sagging. With a rib of 50 mm, 3 m of pipe without support will sag. Blocks are placed in one level horizontally. To do this, you can drive pegs in the corners and pull a twine between them.

All this trouble with the installation of supports can be avoided if you simply concrete the pillars into the ground. But in this case, the lower trim will need to be welded in level.

When the blocks are installed, suitable pipes are laid around the perimeter. For the lower strapping, a pipe of 50 × 50 mm is sufficient, but more is possible. In this case, be sure to check the horizontal level of the pipes. Weld pipes at the corners. After that, to install the floor from the boards, weld jumpers from a pipe with a section of 40 × 20 mm.

All pipes should be primed. Pay special attention to the welding points.

So that in the gazebo you can safely stand to your full height, the racks are made with a height of 2200 mm. In order for the racks to have the necessary rigidity and stand securely, mounting braces made of metal strip as shown in the illustration.

Having set the rack in level, clamp the jibs with clamps and weld them by welding. Also scald the pipe at the base.

In our gazebo, the height of the railing will be 900 mm. You can make a design without railings - this is not important, for example, by completely sewing up with polycarbonate. For the middle strapping (for railings) and the top one, a pipe with a section of 40 × 20 mm is used. In order for the rigidity between the lower trim and the railing to be sufficient, you can weld vertical racks 950 mm from the same pipe.

In our case, the roof of the gazebo will be covered with shingles. For this roof structure made from wood. For the frame, a beam of 75 × 40 mm is used. For the crate under the tiles, you can use the lining. For a more presentable view from below, the lining can be replaced with moisture-resistant plywood.

Drive a piece of wood at least 100 mm deep into the open end of the profile pipe on the rack. A piece of up to 70 mm should remain sticking out from above. Rafters will be attached to these plugs. Therefore, corks can be cut at the root and at the required angle.

Another option for fastening the rafters is to weld a metal corner support to the uprights at a given angle of the roof. A hole is drilled at the corner through which the beam of the truss system will be fixed.

Rafters are cut in the amount of 4 pcs. 2.5 m each. All rafters are connected at one point at the top. They can be knocked down with nails or screws. At the same time, follow the corner; for this, the ends of the timber are cut at an angle. For better reliability, the rafters can be connected to each other with a stainless steel corner.

Before installing the rafters, treat them with an antiseptic from decay. They can also be stained and varnished or painted in any color. This will greatly simplify the work, since it will not be necessary to do all this at a height.

In the center of the upper strapping, fix the transverse beam. From it, perpendicularly install the rack towards the upper trim of the rafters. This will significantly strengthen the roof structure. After installing and fixing the rafters, a crate can be made, and plywood or lining is laid on top. The final touch in the arrangement of the roof will be flooring shingles. Its laying is carried out from the bottom up, and nailed with small nails.

At the last stage, the flooring is made from a 70 × 40 mm board. Small gaps are needed between the board, which will allow the wood to swell with changes in humidity. Considering this, floorboard use for flooring in the gazebo is not recommended. As for the sidewalls of the gazebo, a variety of options can be used to finish it. For example, weld forging elements, close the railings with polycarbonate, etc.

So, we learned how to make a metal gazebo using a profile pipe. If you have your own experience in performing such work, then leave comments at the end of this article. The drawings provided can also help you. Based on them, you can design your metal gazebo.

On a hot day, you always want to spend more time in nature, avoiding imprisonment in four walls. For such a rest, it is not necessary to go somewhere far away - just go out into the courtyard, where a beautiful gazebo is installed. it functional addition to the site will be an ideal refuge and at the same time great place to meet up with friends. Creating a metal gazebo with your own hands is not as difficult as it seems at first glance. To do this, it is enough to find all the drawings, plan future work and be prepared for all the difficulties that may arise in the process.

Peculiarities

Now gazebos are made from the most different materials from wood to plastic bottles. But the classic is still relevant. The same can be said about metal gazebos. The main advantage of this design is, of course, its appearance. The metal building is usually complemented by decorations or forged elements, which looks very elegant. This gazebo will appeal to both fans classical style, and those who like to experiment and look for something new.

A metal product can meet all the requirements of the owner of the site. It will organically fit into landscape design and will be combined with all the buildings in the yard. When constructing a metal gazebo, you can experiment with the shape and design. Designs exist and square, and round, and multifaceted.

In terms of decoration, everything depends only on the imagination of the creators. You can decorate the base with a variety of forged parts, combining them with each other.

In addition to the external attractiveness of such arbors, their strength is also pleasantly pleasing. They are durable and resistant to adverse weather conditions or high humidity. Such a gazebo may well stand for more than one year. The rigid frame is very durable, and, accordingly, the building does not deform over time, and the base of the building does not sag.

If you cover the building also by special means, then the gazebo will not be afraid of either corrosion or high humidity, no frost.

Such buildings are mainly divided into two types.

  1. The first one is classical stationary buildings, which are durable and stand in one place. Usually, before their construction, they pour good foundation, and the gazebo is made as reliable as possible.
  2. Another variant - portable building. These are temporary gazebos that can be removed when moving or when severe frosts occur.

Stationary

Portable

Projects

Graceful garden gazebos made of durable metal are able to decorate any suburban area. To install such a product, you first need to prepare a project. Preparation of sketches and drawings is very milestone. It is very important to calculate the size of the future building and decide which gazebo will be installed in the yard in order to determine the amount of consumables used.

Combined with home

Many owners now choose gazebos combined with a house or with a hozblok. This is especially useful for small suburban area. If a metal gazebo is right next to the house or summer kitchen, more remains free space in the yard. In addition, in this case it is much more convenient to equip a dining area in the gazebo. To do this, just put a table and a couple of chairs or benches under a canopy.

Combined gazebos are attached to the base of the house. It is even easier to cope with this task than with the construction of a full-fledged frame.

Separate

If you do not want the country house made of iron or metal to be joint with the house, you can put it separately. It can be located in the garden or in the center of the courtyard. In this case, you should choose the option that will become a real decoration of the site.

This type of gazebo, as a rule, is made round, square or rectangular. The shape and dimensions of the gazebo depend on where exactly it will be installed, and how much free space is nearby.

Unusual shape

Many people want to place some unusual building on their site. It can be an exquisite octagonal tent or building large sizes, stylized as a boat, as well as any other forms that a customer can think of.

Choosing a project is an individual decision. But it is worth taking it, focusing not only on what gazebos you like and dislike outwardly, but also on whether a certain type of construction is suitable for the existing conditions.

Design

The design of the gazebo also plays a very important role. When working with metal, you can be inspired by different stylistic trends. The building can be decorated in a minimalist style, or decorated so that it looks like a full-fledged architectural structure. This point is determined by taste preferences and budget.

The easiest option is to decorate the building with forged elements. It is very difficult to create such decorative details with your own hands, and this is a task that requires great skill, but you can buy beautiful blanks or make them to order. Almost any craftsman can handle the creation of individual forged parts.

Summer garden structures for summer cottages can also be decorated with textiles. To do this, you can choose light curtains or full-fledged canopies.

Fresh flowers can also be used as decorative elements. The pergola stylization looks the most beautiful. To do this, in the selected part of the yard you need climbing plants such as wild grapes. This kind of plant will braid the entire gazebo in just a couple of years, and it will look truly fabulous. Another option is to decorate the building bright colors in pots.

Installation and construction

Making a metal gazebo with your own hands is a task that not everyone can handle, therefore once again repeating the step-by-step instructions for the construction of such a structure does not hurt.

Material selection

In order to build beautiful gazebo First of all, you need to select the necessary tools.

First of all, you need to choose the material that is used to create the foundation of the building. As a rule, this metal pipes. They can be hollow, with a square or rectangular section, or shaped. The second option is used more often. Profile pipes are recommended to be selected durable. Ideally, the wall thickness should be at least two millimeters. By the way, when buying pipes, it is worth considering the fact that the cost of the material also depends on their weight. The heavier the profile pipe, the more expensive it will cost.

Next, you will need brackets that are used for installation, metal bars, and material that is used for roofing, and in some cases, walls. To work with metal, you will also need tools such as a grinder, a puncher and a building level, with which you can check how even the lines and edges are.

Creating a frame from pipes

Summer gazebos made of profiled pipes are a fairly common option. Ideally, they should be installed, if not on a full-fledged foundation, then on a strip foundation. The frame of such a building is easy to do with your own hands, while it is not much more difficult to disassemble it when autumn comes and hide it until warmer times.

From above, this frame is covered with either a bright fabric cover or a special moisture-resistant fabric that can withstand bad weather. weather. Weld the frame from individual iron pipes not difficult. You need to decide on the shape of the gazebo, measure the location of the pipes using a corner or level and weld all the individual parts. Such simple instruction allows you to create home-made metal gazebos even for those who are very far from the world of construction work.

Choosing a suitable site

In order to build a beautiful gazebo, it is very important to be able to choose perfect place where it will be installed. It is not difficult to do this, the main thing is to focus on your own needs. The gazebo should be located where it will be convenient for the whole family to relax. It is for this reason that very often welded construction located either in the center of the site or in a conspicuous place.

Next important point– search for ideal building parameters. The gazebo should not be too big or too small. The easiest way is to determine the parameters yourself, given your height. Standard option It is a building two meters high. The width depends on how many people should comfortably fit inside the gazebo. And, of course, this parameter is often limited by capabilities, since small plot there is no way to arrange a huge metal tent.

When everything is clear with the size of the gazebo, you can proceed to the preparation of the territory. To do this, you just need to clear the entire area from debris and vegetation. After that, ideally, you need to fill the area with sand and, filling it with water, compact it well. This simple preparation process ensures that the arbor will stand upright and not sag.

Roof work

It has already been said about working with a metal base, so it's time to talk about the roof. It must be durable and of high quality. This is important, because in our country rainy weather is far from uncommon.

The roof can be made of profiled sheet or polycarbonate. It is not difficult to perform sheathing with such material. The easiest option is to simply lay the sheets on the frame and secure them with self-tapping screws. If you want to add originality to the building, you can bend or twist the edges of the sheets, giving them an unusual shape.

Lastly, let's talk about additional tips, which are given by specialists to those who are just going to build a metal gazebo with their own hands.

First, you need to be prepared for the fact that all metal parts are assembled by hand. If a temporary building is being made, and not a stationary one, then it is better to select the appropriate types of fasteners. As a rule, this is a reusable connection that can be easily disassembled and reattached.

The welding process causes “quiet horror” for most summer residents, especially if they have never encountered it before. But with even a little experience, you can completely weld a metal gazebo on your own, without involving other people for this work.

Below, the welding of a metal structure will be described in detail, examples of finished structures will be shown, and drawings will also be given.

You will need all this information in order to at least approach the manufacture of this structure with a clear view of all processes. Probably, after reading you will want to do everything on your own.

Construction without a foundation

Most steel gazebos do not require solid foundation. Some are placed directly on the ground or grass, and the ideal surface is paving slabs.

On the paving slabs
On the grass
On blocks

If you still need a foundation, then we recommend giving preference to foundation blocks 20 by 20 by 40 cm. The metal structure will feel great on such a basis without any additional fasteners.

Bottom trim

By analogy with a wooden gazebo, the lower trim is cooked first. To do this, it is recommended to use the thickest iron in the entire structure, so use at least a section of 60 by 60 mm.

Do not forget about the lag system, on which you will lay the floor in the future. It is also made from pipes of the same size.

Frame welding

At this stage, it is necessary to scald the entire gazebo as much as possible, giving it maximum rigidity. You should have a railing, which can later be covered with sheathing, as well as free entrance openings(he may be alone).

Roof installation

A metal roof is noticeably more complicated than a wooden one, so it is recommended that you at least consult with professionals in this field.

  1. For a shed system, it will be necessary to make a truss as a supporting structure, and then lay the roof under the maximum slope (at least 30 degrees).
  2. The double version can be made in different styles: with straight slopes or arched.

If you poorly understand the words "load" and "margin of safety", then calmly cook lean-to option and don't sweat it.

Painting and upholstery

To protect against corrosion, all metal parts should be painted as much as possible. Let it be even a metallic color, but it should be. With this procedure, you will protect own gazebo from unnecessary problems. Before painting, clean the metal from rust and treat with a primer.

Before painting
After

After everything is dry, the building can be sheathed. Most often this is done with the help of polycarbonate, corrugated board or wood (lattices, OSB, lining).

It all depends on your taste preferences and financial capabilities. I like corrugated board on the walls and polycarbonate on the gables, but your attitude to this moment may be completely different.

Forged elements decor

Look very nice on the gazebo decorative elements wrought iron. They are quite expensive, but a few pieces can be used to build a gazebo.

As an option, these are forged inserts in the frame.

A selection of video instructions

It is very important not only to know how everything is done in theory, but also to see it in practice. Several videos will be shown below, in which the process of making a gazebo and welding its main parts is quite accessible and understandable.

Drawings of various projects

I have little idea what kind of gazebo you are going to cook for yourself, so I will give you drawings to the maximum, and you will decide for yourself which option suits you best.

metal country gazebos- designs are inexpensive, aesthetic and easy to assemble. This explains their extraordinary popularity. on a country site it is possible for a couple of days. Of course, before that you need to decide on it, as well as choose the most suitable material for it. Only after that you can start welding the frame.

What are the advantages of metal gazebos

The main advantage of metal gazebos is that they can be installed absolutely on any soil, even unstable. Moreover, if desired, some varieties of such structures, unlike the same wooden ones, can be moved from place to place.

The second advantage of such structures, as made of metal, can be called a very aesthetic appearance. Such structures are conceived unusually. If desired, you can choose an option that is ideally suited to the design of the site, both in classical and modern, folk and almost any other style.

Photos of metal gazebos, comfortable and beautiful:

Another merit metal structures considered extraordinary strength and durability. The steel arbor will not be covered with a white coating of mold, like a wooden one, will not rot and will never suffer from insects. At the same time, they cost iron structures much cheaper than chopped and cobbled. Collecting them is also much easier.

Varieties of welded arbors

Garden metal arbors may differ both in the material used for the manufacture, and in shape or purpose.

In portable gazebos, the supports are attached to the lower horizontal frame, welded from strong metal. Of course, in terms of dimensions, such prefabricated options are usually much smaller than stationary ones.
