Good evening girls! :) I recently discovered a new dish - just the other day I tried garlic arrows for the first time! Until now, I didn’t even think that green garlic arrows can be eaten, but today I will share with you simple recipe their preparation.

In general, everything is very simple:
1. Stage one - boiling arrows in salted water:
- wash freshly picked garlic arrows;
- cut off the tips of the arrows - those where the seeds are tied;
- cut the arrows in half or into 3-4 parts (so that they fit easily in the pan);
- take a saucepan, pour water into it, salt and bring to a boil;
- put chopped arrows in boiling water and boil them for 5 minutes;
- fold the arrows into a colander, let the water drain and cool them.

2. Stage two - frying the arrows in a small amount of oil:
- cut the pre-boiled garlic arrows into small pieces;
- Fry them in a frying pan in a small amount of oil.
Everything! A simple side dish is ready. It can be submitted, for example, chicken :) Garlic arrows fried in this way taste a bit like cauliflower, a little - mushrooms, and in appearance - green beans.
