First, knead the dough. We measure right amount sour cream and mayonnaise, mix them together. We collect products in a spoon without a slide.

The recipe came to me in a modified version, and I cooked fast pizza"minute" not in regular frying pan, and in a frying pan - Dry Cooker (dry cooker).

It always lifts my spirits when I remember how I got it. My dad wanted to make a gift for mom on March 8 and ordered a frying pan with ceramic coated. But, if he mixed up something when ordering, if some mistake came out, they sent him two frying pans, BUT WITH HOLES 🙂 For which the phone manager received a scolding from dad, who swore that he did not order a leaky frying pan. So I ended up with a gift!

It turns out that there was some other action (but rather a marketing ploy) from an Italian company - a manufacturer of bio ceramic dishes Delimano Ceramica (Delimano Ceramica), and therefore they came in two pieces. In spite of everything, I really liked the fryer, firstly, because of its sliding coating, which does not scratch, secondly, because it is made of high-quality material, and thirdly, because you can cook in it completely without oil, besides It makes great biscuits! One minus - there are very few recipes for her, even on the Internet, so you have to experiment yourself.

liquid recipe yeast-free dough for a quick pizza in a pan:

  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream or kefir (you can not use mayonnaise at all, but cook a quick pizza on kefir, in general, as you need for fat content),
  • 2 eggs,
  • 9 tablespoons flour
  • following the example of Jamie Oliver, you can add baking soda and vinegar to the dough

The filling for a quick pizza can be absolutely anything, often leftovers from yesterday's food are used, for example:

  • meatballs,
  • baked leftovers
  • boiled meat or chicken,
  • cutting sausages, ham, sausages,
  • cheese ... Well, and what kind of pizza (even fast or lazy) without
  • tomatoes,
  • mushrooms or
  • sweet pepper!

We mix the ingredients for the pizza batter, take it out of the refrigerator and cut the filling, I have one quick pizza with:

  • 3 raw champignons,
  • half a large tomato
  • cheese (70 g) and
  • 2 sausages,

and the second with minced meat, which remained from the stuffed roll.

We turn on the frying pan, if it is an ordinary frying pan, and not a Dry Cooker, then we grease it with oil and warm it up, there is a temperature sensor on my frying pan, when the frying pan warms up, it turns red. Pour our liquid without yeast dough for pizza, and then we begin to lay layers of filling on top of the dough.

Sprinkle cheese on top of the pizza and close the pan with a lid.

In a regular frying pan, pizza cooks over low heat for about 15 minutes (cooking time will still depend on the amount of topping), and my fryer coped with pizza in 10 minutes (this is from convection due to holes).

I filled the hole in the middle of my special pizza with a salad of fresh vegetables, using the disadvantage as a virtue 😉

Recently I even met variant of quick pizza in a pan with yeast dough if you have a sheet or ball of frozen yeast dough in your freezer, it's a great excuse to put it to work on a quick pizza in a pan! It is prepared according to the same principle, the pan is lubricated, warmed up, the yeast dough for pizza is not laid out on top, the filling and cheese are on top, and everything is under the lid. Fire is slow. 15 minutes and pizza with yeast dough in a pan is ready!
