Topic 1. "Winter in the forest"

The craft is made of polystyrene and plasticine. The bear can also be made from polymer clay or salted dough

If in kindergarten or school you were given an assignment to do winter craft from natural materials then you can use cones. They make excellent Christmas trees, owls, deer, squirrels and hedgehogs for the winter forest. By the way, we just have several master classes on how to make them.

Do you want to make a simple craft more effective? Just light it up with an LED string! To embed light bulbs into cardboard, you need to make cross-shaped cuts in it.

To make such a craft, you need to cut several holes in a piece of plywood and insert tree branches into them

This composition is dedicated to the theme of the ballet "Nutcracker". The figures in it are made of ... clothespins. Unfortunately, in Russia, clothespins with a round top are not sold, but you can order them on the Aliexpress website or use the usual ones.

Step 3. Attach a magnet to the back of the box. Voila, the ice rink is ready!

Idea 3. Picture painted by prints

Painting with fingerprints, palm prints, and even footprints is a lot of fun, especially for preschoolers. All you need is fantasy, gouache and a piece of paper! In the next selection of photos, you can see examples of such drawings.

Idea 4. Mini-tree made of paper

Another winter craft idea for the little ones is paper Christmas trees. They are made very easily and quickly, and you can use them as you like: as a decoration for the same diorama, an applique for a New Year's card or panel, to decorate a garland or a Christmas tree.

What you need:

  • A sheet of green paper and some brown paper for the trunk;
  • Glue stick;
  • Scissors;
  • Sequins, rhinestones, beads and other decorations for the Christmas tree.

Step 1. From a sheet of green paper, make a square by bending one corner of the sheet, as shown in the photo, and cutting out the excess.

Step 2. Cut one of the short sides of the triangle into equal narrow strips, not reaching the fold of about 1 cm (see photo above).

Step 3. Now straighten your workpiece and begin to alternately glue the ends of the strips to the center fold line, moving from bottom to top.

Step 4. When you have all the strips in place, bend and glue the bottom corner of the tree up. Further in the same place, but on the back side, glue a small rectangle (tree trunk) cut out of brown paper.

Step 5. Decorate the tree with colorful beads, sequins, buttons and other decorations. If you wish, you can make several of these trees, glue loops to them, so that you can then assemble a garland or decorate a real Christmas tree with crafts.

Idea 5. Snow globe ... more precisely a bank

Now we propose to make a real souvenir with your own hands - a variation of a snow globe. True, it will be made from the usual glass jars... The child will be able to present the craft to a loved one, present it at a winter crafts competition, or simply leave it on the shelf for beauty.

What you need:

  • Glass jar with a lid;
  • A piece of styrofoam;
  • Glue (hot or "Moment");
  • Acrylic paint to decorate the lid (optional);
  • Artificial snow or just sea salt, sugar, finely grated white soap or foamed polyethylene;
  • Figurines that will fit in the jar;
  • Styrofoam balls or any white beads;
  • Fishing line;
  • Needle.

How to do it:

Step 1. Repaint the lid to the desired color and leave to dry. In this project, spray paint was used to redesign the lid.

Step 2. While the paint is drying, let's make a "snowfall". To do this, you need to string several balls of polystyrene on a fishing line threaded into a needle. Use scotch tape to attach the "snowflakes" to the jar.

Step 3. Trace the bottom of the can directly over the styrofoam, then use a knife to cut the resulting circle out of it. This circle will become the base for the figures.

Step 4. Glue your figures to the foam circle, then glue the resulting composition to the bottom of the jar.

Step 5. Pour artificial or homemade snow into the jar, close it with a lid with snowflakes and enjoy the view of a winter fairytale.

Idea 6. New Year's card

There are never enough New Year cards, so we suggest making a few with your child.

What you need:

  • A sheet of white paper;
  • A sheet of colored paper;
  • Scissors;
  • Glue stick;
  • Markers.

How to do it:

Step 1. Fold a sheet of white paper in an accordion manner three times so that each upper layer the accordion was smaller in width than the previous one.

Step 2. Spread out your accordion, cut the leaf diagonally and slightly in waves as shown in the photo above, then reassemble the accordion. You have got a slope of a snow-covered mountain.

Step 3. Now take a sheet of colored paper, glue a blank on it and cut off the excess. Hooray! The postcard is almost ready.

Step 4. Decorate the mountain with Christmas trees, draw snowmen and skiers, and finally sign the postcard.

By the same principle, but using paper bigger size, you can make winter crafts for kindergarten.

Decorating your home with the help of a New Year's house for the New Year 2019, and even made with your own hands - what could be nicer and more adorable? Moreover, this decor in western culture considered traditional - many decorate doll houses their children in this style (often together with babies) or create them on purpose.

Much can serve as a basis for such crafts, but the main thing is that in the end they convey the very essence of the holiday - neat and thorough thematic decor, immersion in a snow-covered fairy tale and the sweet coziness of a home.

Well, let's try and today we create such a miniature Christmas house of our dreams. In addition, we have prepared for you master classes in several of its variants at once, so that you can choose the one you like the most.

House made of cardboard

As the basis of such a house, both sheets of thick corrugated cardboard and old shoe or packing boxes can serve. And we also need:

  • craft paper of a color suitable for the walls (you can also take a self-adhesive film with a pattern traditional for facades - masonry, frame, etc., the remnants of wallpaper);
  • a brightly colored thin foam polystyrene rug or colored rubber sheet;
  • artificial frost in a spray can;
  • white fluffy felt or fur;
  • small toys, pieces of Christmas tree twigs, pompons, beads, bows, in a word, everything that you would like to decorate the house with;
  • a button in a shiny golden or chrome shade (on the leg - a door handle);
  • hot glue gun;
  • pencil with ruler;
  • scissors and cutter;
  • thin lace or the remains of white organza on the curtains.

If you do not use solid boxes, but just packing cardboard, first you need to embroider the old packaging, cut out the parts of the boxes from which the house will consist, and glue them together. Now we glue the entire surface of the "facade" with craft paper, felt or self-adhesive tape.

If the joints at the corners turned out to be sloppy, do not be upset, they can be corrected by cutting out strips from a rubber or polystyrene colored mat (the one from which we will make frames for doors and windows), and gluing them so that they cover the corner, entering the adjacent "walls".

Now we turn the boxes over so that they look down with a hole, and we assemble the roof from other pieces of cardboard. It's cool to make it, of course, for a lot of slopes - but here's how you do it. We glue all the roof details together, cut out pieces of white felt or fur to size and glue them on top - it will be snow.

On the end (cardboard and a barrel of material should stick out) we glue a strip of white tape (with or without a pattern - at your discretion). It's cool if she came in advance with small sewn pomonchiki (you can, for example, cut off the ends of an old scarf, if there is one). If not, pompons can be sewn on the braid and in the process.

Finally, we glue the entire roof along the contour with Christmas tree beads (or jewelry) and attach some kind of decoration to the vaults.

Then we prepare the details of frames and doors. We cut out windows and doors from a thin rubber mat or polystyrene (red will look very impressive!) (It's good to do it right away with crossbars). We try them on to the places on the boxes where they will be attached, mark them with a pencil and cut the holes with a cutter, placing something inside the box to stop them so as not to bend.

Now you can glue the doors and windows, not forgetting, beforehand, to glue pieces of lace according to the size of the holes or organza inside the windows along the edge - these are curtains.

We put the roof on the house, fixing it with glue at the touching points, and decorate the house itself with the chosen decor. It's great if you managed to make a long spruce garland in miniature with beads - imitation of balls and a similar wreath. We have all this on outside walls, doors and windows, and at the very end we lightly spray the entire structure with frost from a can.

New Year's log cabin made of sticks

Using this technology, you can make at home from matches, orange sticks, the same thickness of even thin twigs, counting sticks or ice cream sticks, and even sweet straws (but more on that later!). For them we take:

  • "Building material" in large quantities;
  • hot glue gun or instant superglue;
  • varnish for wood, azure or acrylic paint - depends on the design you choose;
  • cutter;
  • brush;
  • a piece of plywood or a piece of wood for the door (you can also glue the sticks of the walls vertically with glue, cutting them in shape, fastening for beauty with some kind of hinge-shaped detail);
  • pencil or marker for marking;
  • artificial frost, synthetic winterizer and anything for Christmas decoration.

So, to begin with, let's decide whether we are making a log house according to the classics - "in the bowl" or without protrusions - "in the paw." The second is simpler, but the first, of course, is more effective, so we will focus on this particular option. We will assemble the whole house at once - as if growing it on a stand.

But, first you need to prepare "building material" - if you need to paint over, polish, etc. It is very important that all sticks are exactly the same length. Ideally - and width, but if there are discrepancies somewhere up to two millimeters, then we can easily mask them with decor or artificial snow.

Now we glue the first stick to the stand. The second - perpendicular to it, stepping back 1-2 cm from the right edge, depending on the size of the house. The third is perpendicular to the second with a similar indent. The fourth is also exactly in relation to the third, and it turns out that with its side in the area of the indicated indentation it will rest against the end of the first stick.

We put the next row on the contrary - moving to the left on the same ledge. The result is a kind of chessboard, in which the details of the bowl stick out through one crown in each plane, and where the wall goes - a continuous canvas.

After the first or second row, it is advisable to organize the door in the chosen place. To do this, we cut off the sticks of this wall before gluing to the border where it passes (it is convenient to apply immediately along the way, mark, cut off, and then glue). And put the next one on this crown with an indent, the width of a door (we measure the size of this stick in the same way).

When the door ends, we just start putting sticks all the way down the wall. We reach the windows - the operation is repeated. If desired, jumpers can be immediately built into the windows. To do this, where the horizontal ones will pass, we simply do not cut off, as before, under the window border, but put a whole stick along the entire length of the wall. Then we will glue the vertical one separately, when the window is ready.

After that, beautifully along the end of the openings, glue the sticks in size - the door and window frames.

Thus, we pass the walls to the top, until the roof slope begins. There we simply glue each subsequent crown only on two opposite walls in a row, gradually reducing the length of the stick until it disappears. Now we make a roof: we glue sticks of the same length together so that it turns out a little more than the length of the side of the triangle of the wall.

We take another similar stick and on both sides, at an angle of the slope, glue the sides of the roof to it. After that, it is worth assembling the door and fitting it, and then sticking the roof on the walls and decorating the house with the chosen method.

Bonus: Gingerbread House "by Hansel and Gretel"

If you are too lazy to bother with baking, but you still want to put a traditional gingerbread house as a sweet decoration for a New Year's house (yes, and treats, of course!), You can easily and quickly assemble one from improvised sweets. We'll stock up for him:

  • several packages of sweet straws (preferably thick);
  • melted caramel (you can just boil sugar syrup);
  • melted white chocolate or protein cream;
  • New Year's edible mastic decor, homemade or purchased;
  • granulated sugar or coconut;
  • colored sprinkling with large peas or sticks;
  • dish.

So, to begin with, let's put together the walls separately, dipping each stick in caramel, not forgetting to leave holes for doors and windows. Here, as in the previous case, we will not fool around with laying logs according to the classics of a log house - we will simply glue them together with rectangles. Don't forget two opposite walls make descents on a triangle under the roof arches.

Now, placing the walls perpendicular to each other, glue them with caramel to each other. Similarly, we make two canvases from the sticks for the roof and connect them at right angles. We cover our house with a roof, smearing the joints with caramel. Separately, we assemble the door from vertical sticks and, slightly open, at an angle, glue it to the edge of the door.

If you want to make jumpers for the windows, we do with them the same way as in the previous case - we build in the horizontal ones right away, and the vertical ones when the window is ready, in front of the roof.

Now it remains to decorate our house thematically. To do this, put melted white chocolate in a pastry syringe or protein glaze and cover the roof, rubble near the house - you can even make a snow-covered composition around with snowdrifts and a herringbone! And at the end we decorate everything with sprinkling, sprinkle with sugar and glue the mastic decor on the caramel.

These are our wonderful craft houses for the New Year! And may they manage to create a truly festive mood in your own real home!

The article was written specifically for the site "2019 Year of the Pig": https: // site /

    I propose to make a crafts New Year's house, which can be hung on a Christmas tree and even donated.

    Step by step in the photos, see how to make a New Year's house. You will need colored cardboard or thick paper, you can glue magazine covers and cut out a template.

    New Year's house - great idea for crafts that can be placed under the Christmas tree.

    It is quite simple to make such a house if you download its ready-made template, print it on a color printer and stick it on thick cardboard. Then you need to cut future house and glue.

    You can place a lamp inside the house, or even a folded garland - then the light will shine brightly in the windows of the house, creating a more comfortable atmosphere.

    Cotton wool can be glued to the roof of the house as a layer of snow (or cotton pads divided into two parts).

    Templates of different New Year's houses can be downloaded here.

    You can see the process in more detail and visually in the video.

    New Year's houses are one of the most popular crafts. They can also decorate the house, as they will fit well into any interior, and can be attributed to a competition in a kindergarten or school. There are many options for making Christmas houses.

    My daughter and I made a house according to this principle:

    • took the box the right size, cut the lid and made it in the shape of a roof:

    • pasted over with paper

    • we made a cornice with cotton pads, drew windows and doors according to the template, then cut out the holes

    • sealed the holes with a mesh

    • designed the frames

    • pasted over the roof with cotton pads

    • on the side we make a hole where the garland wire will come out, put the garland itself inside

    • now you can turn on our house.

      It turned out very simple and beautiful:

    • The easiest way, of course, is to make a house out of paper and cardboard.

      Here you can yourself decide on its shape, size, etc.

      Well, then you already turn on the imagination and taste that are available, and of course, all the available means with which you can decorate and supplement this base.

      You can use various beads, beads, sequins, bows, beautiful colored paper, cotton wool.

      Nowadays, beautiful colored decorations for confectionery products are sold in the form of coconut flakes and other powders. You can build a waffle house in this way, and then eat it together, if you don't mind.)

      Now we sell drinks in tetrapacks different forms and sizes and these packages are perfect for the foundations of houses. You just need to show patience and imagination.

      To make such a pretty snow-covered house, you need cardboard, glue from a pistol, acrylic paint to brush around the frame on the windows and make other decoration elements. Instead of drawings, you can stick postcards on the walls of the house, making a New Year's winter applique, instead of drawings.

      Such a craft is interesting and not difficult to complete with the children. A little imagination and creativity and the do-it-yourself craft is ready. An excellent composition in winter for the New Year. Such a house will become a decoration in the interior; it can be placed under a Christmas tree. Or make a gift to a loved one.

      Let's look at the pictures of how this house was made of cardboard and you can easily make the same one.

      I want to suggest that you make these houses:

      To make them New Year's, glue them around the edges with tinsel, you can glue white cotton wool on the roof and you get the very thing.

      Let's first figure out the stages of making a house:

      1) First you will need to draw a template and then cut it out of ordinary white cardboard, you can also take colored cardboard. This is how the template should be:

      2) Now you need to connect like this:

      3) And now you can fill the house with sweets through the roof:

      A New Year's house can be made in several ways. The simplest is paper. A box is made. And then it is decorated. Various beads, confetti can serve as decoration. An imaginary snowball can be made from cotton wool.

      For example, as shown in the photo.

      For making a house, sticks with which we eat ice cream are also suitable. It turns out very original.

      An unusual house can be made from matches.

      Zimane is always snowy. Therefore, our house can be placed on a tree.

      We associate the New Year's holiday not only with the Christmas tree, gifts and Santa Claus, but also with a cozy, festively decorated house, where all families are welcomed with this wonderful holiday. That's why christmas craft in the form of a house will take its rightful place in the house, apartment. You can put it under the tree or next to the tree, just on the table or in a wall niche.

      It is very simple to make such a house. It is best to use a ready-made cardboard box, on which the drawing of windows and doors is applied. Using a sharp knife, the windows and door are carefully cut out. Then the house is pasted over with colored or white paper. the roof is also made of cardboard parts. But since the house is snowy, you can use cotton wool for the roof.

      Next - the most interesting thing - decorating the house. Here absolutely everything will go into action - ribbons, braid, beads, pieces of artificial Christmas tree twigs, small toys, New Year's cards, colored paper. Frames and curtains are made on the windows. You can make the house closed, or you can make it with a removable roof, then they will also equip it inside - put a Christmas tree, make furniture. In general, children will get a lot of pleasure from this craft.

      If you want to make a New Year's house, then you can make this easy option:

      Take a box of Raffaello and carefully cut upper part as in the photo, glue two triangles cut out of thick paper. Then cut out rectangles and glue on the sides to make the roof slope. It remains to decorate everything with beautiful braid and tinsel.

      Wonderful new year's house can be done made of paper or corrugated cardboard together with the children with their own hands.

      Here step by step master class... To do this, draw a stencil on paper. The size of the sides is indicated on Photo.

      Now we transfer the drawing using a stencil to corrugated cardboard. We cut and glue with the help of special additives and PVA glue.

      We decorate the roof of the house as follows. We wrap colored paper with multi-colored threads. We bend it in half. If the house is going to hang on a small piece in the middle of the roof, we attach a string.

      Then we decorate the house with snowflakes, sequins, sparkles. Curtains and pots of flowers also look very cool on the windows of the house. If house

Hello dear readers! By the New Year, shop counters are traditionally filled with themed decorations - Christmas balls, garlands, tinsel, snow balls, miniature decorative houses.

Moreover, a number of goods sold in the relevant departments can be made independently without much difficulty and cost. We considered how to make balls from a rope, but today we will make such a small winter house:

What is needed to implement the idea.

You need to prepare: thick cardboard or sheets of expanded polystyrene (sold in packages in hardware stores, it's simply an accordion backing for a laminate, the material is excellently cut and glued), glue moment gel, scissors, a stationery knife, a ruler, a pencil, cotton wool, rhinestones, 7 cm rope, PVA glue, two 3 cm pieces of thin wire, 2 wooden skewers, a can of silver paint.

ATTENTION: for the manufacture of a miniature house, you can use thick cardboard, in this master class we replaced cardboard with sheets of expanded polystyrene, but you can easily use ordinary cardboard!

The templates below will help you find your way, redraw them on plain paper, cut them out, apply them to the expanded polystyrene sheets - outline them with a pencil, cut them out with a clerical knife, under a ruler. You should get the following parts: floor 1 pc, side walls 2 pcs, end and rear parts 1 pc each, roof slopes 2 pcs.

On the back of the house we cut out a window, glue the house with transparent glue with a moment, for this we glue the side walls to the “floor” part, then the end and back part, and finally the roof slopes.

Let's prepare the rest of the decorative details.

Porch.

The photo below shows the details that need to be prepared, cut them out and glue them together.

Then we prepare the sills, the number of parts will depend on the height of the steps, in this example we cut out one wide rectangular layer, three narrow strips, glue all the parts, forming steps, then we apply the sills sideways to the expanded polystyrene sheet, circle, and cut out two identical side walls, which then we glue to their rightful place.

Cut out a rectangular piece - a door. We glue the door, sills and porch visor to the house, on the sides on the first step we glue two wooden skewers, which must also be glued to the bottom of the visor.

Chimney.

We cut out a rectangular template, form a chimney from it, apply it to one of the slopes on the roof (from the side), put a mark on the chimney template at the level of the roof slope. We cut off the chimney template according to the left mark, glue it, apply it to the expanded polystyrene sheet and circle it with a pencil, cut it out, cut all the parts with a clerical knife, which we then glue together in the form of a chimney. We glue the resulting chimney to one of the roof slopes. The whole process of making a chimney is shown in the photo below.

Bench.

We cut out the necessary parts from expanded polystyrene or cardboard, depending on what material you decide to use to make your craft decorative house... We form handles for the bench from the wire. We glue the parts together, namely the back of the bench, seat, legs and handrails.

Ladder.

We cut out the details of the future miniature staircase - two long side strips and 5 rungs. We glue all the parts together.

Sled.

We cut out the necessary details (see the photo below). We glue the runners of the sleigh, glue the details "for sitting" to them, and finally glue the rope.

The photo below shows the details that need to be prepared for pasting the space around the window (like shutters). We cut out a square of expanded polystyrene, retreat from the edge inward on each side by 7 mm, draw an inner square, which we cut out with a clerical knife and a ruler. Cut the resulting frame in the corners, and glue the parts around the window.

Painting.

The house, as well as all the above-described details, must be painted. Making a winter house will look even more impressive if you use several shades of paint, for example, white and silver. In this example, one paint color was used, namely silver, since the main subtone of the material used obviously looks very impressive, after painting the product resembles ice sparkling in the sun.

ATTENTION: if you took polystyrene foam as a basis, then when painting, do not overdo it with the amount of paint, it must be applied in thin layers with long distance, otherwise chemical composition paint will simply eat away at the cute little winter house.

Create a snowy effect.

We take a shallow container, pour PVA glue into it, split the cotton wool into thin small layers, immerse them in glue, squeeze out the excess adhesive composition, and glue them to the roof surface. According to this scheme, we cover the entire surface of the roof, including the chimney, in addition, you can "snow" the corners of the house, a bench, a ladder, a sled. We leave the product to dry for about 24 hours.

Miniature pots with snow balls.

The front entrance to the house can be decorated with pots with "snow balls". We cut the woolen threads into pieces 1 cm long (15-20 pieces will be enough), take a large bead, wrap it in foil, soak all the threads for 5 minutes in PVA glue, and put them on the bead in foil, forming an openwork vase. We leave it to dry, near the heating battery the product will dry out in about 4 hours. Such pots must be prepared 2 pieces. We remove the dried pots from the beads, carefully separating the foil, paint them from the spray can of the bulletproof machine, glue the hanging ropes on the sides. Then we form balls from cotton wool to the size of the pots, lightly coat them with PVA glue and put them in miniature pots. On the sides of the door, with an awl, we create punctures, where we insert small pieces of toothpicks, fixing them with glue with a moment, and already on them we hang the pots with snow balls.

Street lamp.

Of course, it will not glow, but it will play a decorative role. We take the lid from a transparent box with a shine-sand for nails, paint it with silver paint and glue it to the end of the veranda.

Rhinestones will play the role of snowflakes shining in the sun, so we glue them wherever there is impromptu snow - a roof, a bench, a ladder, a porch, sills, side walls of a house, snow balls in a pots. In addition, we select the rhinestone larger than the others and glue it on the door, it will play the role doorknob.

As a result of all efforts, a chic winter house craft is obtained, which will significantly transform a fireplace or bookshelf, festive table or the space under the Christmas tree.
