Application technology

Step 1. Preparation

The preparation process will reduce consumption and improve the quality of painting:

1. New wood should not have areas with bio damage, greasy spots. Permissible humidity - 20%. If there is a place with a fungus, clean the sore spots to healthy fibers. Remove grease with a solvent.

1. Conifers are cleaned of resinous deposits: they are scraped out with a knife or a metal brush, then the places of resin are washed with turpentine / white spirit and polished with sandpaper.
2. Previously treated wood is cleaned of the old coating. Applies chemical wash, grinder with abrasive nozzles, brush. When using a wash, it warms up with a building hair dryer or dries in the air.

1. Drying oil is washed off with dishwashing detergent / any soapy solution.
2. It is recommended to cover the heads of non-galvanized nails with metal primer, as they will give rusty smudges in the rain.
3. Blue/grayness on the board must be bleached with special solutions: Oxide, Ecosept, Neomid-500, Senezh. Apply with a brush for 2-10 hours, then rinse, dry.

Step 2. Priming

A colorless primer Pinotex Base is used. Apply with a brush in one layer. The ends are carefully painted over - until complete impregnation / saturation. The second layer is created after 24 hours.

Step 3. Coloring

Allow 24 hours between primer and top coat. The paint is carefully moved, the brush is wetted to half the pile, the movements should be along the fibers. It is advisable to paint in two layers.

Uniformity of a covering is reached by means of a dry brush. 10-15 minutes after applying the mixture, walk over the surface with a brush.
