Pour in just as much pure cold water so that it completely covers the potato slices. Put on fire. After boiling, reduce the heat intensity. Boil potatoes until fully cooked. This usually takes 30-40 minutes.

This time is just enough to prepare the minced meat filling and even relax a little. Peel the medium bulb. Cut into small cubes. If you do not like onions, you can not put it. But it will make the filler zraz more juicy and tasty.

  • Ground turmeric - 2 pinches;

  • Young parsley - 2-3 sprigs.

Cooking:

  1. Take care of the turmeric before you start cooking. Pour boiling water over its powder. For two pinches, a teaspoon of water is enough. Leave to infuse under the lid.
  2. Rinse beef and turkey and wipe off moisture. Cut into pieces and twist into a homogeneous minced meat.
  3. Fry the minced meat in a pan with a drop of oil. A lot of oil should not be poured, otherwise the zrazy will not gather into a smooth cutlet.
  4. Boil one chicken egg until hard boiled. If you decide to take quail, you will need 3-4 pieces. Once the egg has cooled, peel and finely chop it with a knife.
  5. In one container, mix the minced meat, chopped egg and salt. The mass must be homogeneous.
  6. Boil the peeled and washed potatoes until the pieces are soft. Remove from decoction. Puree. Do not take a blender for this, it will spoil the consistency of the potatoes.
