How I got cancer. Rami Blekt

In the introduction to the fourth issue of the magazine, I wrote that I dedicate this magazine to the cure for cancer, and that I write it at exactly the same age (40 years and 4 months), in where my mother died of stomach cancer.

What I didn't write was that a couple of days after I wrote this, I myself was diagnosed with cancer. I just finished writing an article about the selfish nature of cancer cells in this journal. When this magazine was sent to print, the treatment was in full swing. When I was told that the magazine had begun to circulate, I chuckled, thinking it would be fun if I left the body when people read it.

In September 2010, I was in Moscow, and nothing foreshadowed an important period for spiritual evolution. It was just the age of 40 years and 4 months. About a month earlier, I had a full body examination in Canada, and the doctor told me that these were the best results she had seen. I went through this examination on purpose, as there was a period on my map when I could fall ill with a serious illness and look death in the eye ... When I passed them, I calmed down, they say, it had passed.

But in Moscow, after several days of consultations, I felt bad energetically, and somehow a tumor began to grow on my face. I had a few of these, but they went away on their own. And the last time my friend took me to the temple to St. Matryona to pray and take oil there, even from India he brought ashes from Sai Baba (he is his fan) - I don’t know if it was from this or not, but it passed. I diagnosed myself, and there was bad energy. And I agreed with my assistants that it would be necessary to be diagnosed.

Doctors from the first minute reassured me, they say, don’t worry, it’s okay, even when the diagnosis was made.

At the beginning, they said that they just needed a cosmetic operation, to which I said that I didn’t need it and asked to check for oncology, which, in terms of energy, is quite possible. They were surprised at my approach to diagnostics, but the clinic is private, I paid, and they agreed.

I needed to take a biopsy on the floor below, and I asked the universe a question - what do I have? On the very first door, when leaving the stairs, I read the answer - oncology.

They took an analysis from me and said that they would call in a couple of hours, and I left to consult.

I plunged into consultations and almost forgot about the morning visit. At about six in the evening, Svetlana, my then manager in Moscow, came to me, and I understood everything by her face. After the consultation, I went to her kitchen, she could hardly hold back her tears. I humorously offered her psychological help.

Her family generally loves and worries about me very much, and it was they who arranged the diagnosis in the best clinic. And then they greatly contributed to finding the best hospital for treatment in Moscow. But I did not stay, although the professor assured me that after the tumor had been greatly disturbed, I had no more than two weeks for surgical intervention, then even she would hardly help. My wife and child had already bought tickets to fly to Moscow, where I was already scheduled for a week of treatment - surgery and chemotherapy, but my intuition told me that I needed to return to Canada, although a long flight, as everyone assured, would only worsen everything.

But that was a few days later. In the meantime, we had dinner with my other employees and joked about the temporality of everything that I joked about my nose, that it would probably be cut off soon.

When everyone left, I found information on the Internet about my type of cancer and read that if it is removed at an early stage, then 95% of people still lived for about 5 years. I had this tumor for almost a year, obviously not an early stage. It will probably be difficult for me to get into the number of lucky ones who have lasted 5 years, I thought.

At this time, we usually called up my wife. Somehow I did not want to rush to inform her of this news, I simply said that I had finished the consultations and that I planned to start preparing for tomorrow. As always, she first of all spoke about how our daughter behaves, and then she began to tell that the last few days she had been seriously working on herself in the system of Baron Katie, about how good it is when you get rid of fears and negative emotions, you live Here and now.

And she cheerfully asked: “Do you know what my worst fear turned out to be? is to lose you.

I, knowing that what a person fears, criticizes and condemns, he attracts into his life, asked her: “Well, how did you get rid of him?” To which she replied that not quite, but almost. To which I strongly recommended that she get rid of him and told her about the news. After that, we began to discuss her possible arrival. Subsequently, she said that this event served her as a good lesson, she experienced a lot, and she had many ideas for seminars and articles, for example, on emotions.

After the conversation, I thought about an interesting coincidence that it was at that age that my mother died, and before her death she asked me to find a way to cure cancer, and indeed from serious diseases. She, in her forties, achieved a lot on her own: she graduated from the institute, became very respected at work, learned English almost perfectly, did a lot of work with me and my brother, they built a big house with their father and ...

I analyzed and found that, in general, something similar situation.

Although my life was very difficult, but in recent years I have achieved everything I wanted at almost all 4 levels, and it would be a sin to complain about life, except for overload during consultations and fatigue after long flights.

I decided to look at my energy and, consequently, immunity. What I saw completely stunned me ... The energy was not only at a big minus, but it even went down sharply. Several times I consulted such people, all of them were shortly before their death ... I will not lie - then I was taken aback. Consciously gave vent to fears, so as not to drive anything into the subconscious. Moreover, I began to catch up with them, I remembered how my mother left, how many unfulfilled plans, how many loved ones I would have to leave.

Many times I internally went through any development of events in life, including the possibility of a severe protracted illness and death. This did not frighten me, but I knew that such a development of events might raise doubts in many about the principles that I promote and by which I try to live.

With such energy, it was difficult to consult, I asked if it was possible to cancel people for consultations for the remaining days, but it was difficult, since many had already planned.

Most of the people who came were very heavy. After the second consultation, where the women were very saddened by their misfortunes: one had a quarrel with her husband, the other was fired from her job, which, by the way, did not suit her at all. I looked to the side and thought: "I would like your problems"

But I could not cancel the training the day after tomorrow. The training was called This was the second training on this topic, was in June and went pretty well (we posted it on the site).

I, during the break of this training, sign books, if you look closely, you will see - I have something like a sore on my nose, this is after a cut for a biopsy.

I began to pray that the Almighty would help me conduct this training, people still want to help. In general, I always do this, I ask the Almighty through me to help people become wiser and more loving, but in order to be even a mediocre conductor, you need energy to be on a big plus. I checked right before the training, it was minus 10 (energy level according to my system). But at the training it turned out to be in the flow and, in general, everything went fine. Many people told me that it was a much better training than the previous one, maybe the last one - I chuckled to myself.

I finished everything according to plan in Moscow and returned to Canada, there were many opportunities for spiritual growth: the earliest appointment with the doctor was almost two weeks later, at which he said that yes, it was cancer and it was urgent to cut it, especially since the tumor began to grow rapidly in recent days. Doctors were surprised that they took a biopsy of about half a centimeter, practically cut off a large area of skin and under it. It turns out that in Canada, almost a needle is just slightly pierced. And everyone said that now you just need to operate immediately.

But the secretary did not call us. When we finally got through to her, she said that the doctor had not told her anything, and all the papers on me were gone and my folder was completely empty. We asked her: “Does this often happen?” She said, "The first time." Then she finally found a doctor who wrote new referrals, but the earliest date for surgery was almost a month later. Free Canadian medicine has its drawbacks - the restrictions of doctors, there is practically no private medicine here. We saw a private doctor, a Japanese man, who really got into it and tried to help us get a faster operation in Canada, but couldn't, and then arranged for a private clinic in New York, but again my intuition told me not to go. By the way, with a clear Japanese approach, he began to show on a computer and paper how cells spread at this stage, and how they can spread throughout the body through the blood, it is especially dangerous that they spread in the head. He said it was a matter of days. Very useful, from a philosophical point of view, was this communication ...

There was a somewhat tense situation due to the great excitement of relatives and well-wishers who knew about the situation, I had to somehow calm them down from time to time.

____________________________________________

I remember that when we first arrived at the Princess Margaret Hospitalin Toronto (it is surrounded by Sinai and General Toronto Hospitals, who specialize in all serious diseases and which, by the way, are very very overloaded), which is considered one of the best in the field of oncology, I was surprised that there are many entertainment, business and educational institutions around it, where people obviously did not think about the temporality of everything. If you believe the forecasts of experts, that if cancer progresses like this, then in a few years every second person will face it. In the hospital itself, right at the entrance, there is a huge cafe overflowing with junk food - chemical junk food, we didn’t see anything HARMFUL there. And in the hospital itself, there are several more of these eateries, plus a few more booths where donations are collected for cancer research, which are very, very expensive in nature, allowing many people involved in research to receive huge salaries.

In the reception area, I saw several brochures with sports-type people on the covers, and I was glad that although there was promotion of a healthy lifestyle, it turned out that these were also requests for donations.

There was a girl in line with me who was very annoyed with everything, a businessman with his wife who spoke 3 languages, including Russian, on the phone. He was clearly involved in the work and did not yet realize that it could all end soon. Suddenly doctors were called and something like an alarm was announced. A young woman who went to the doctor 15 minutes ago became very ill, and she was put on a gurney and connected to an artificial respiration apparatus. When I went to the doctor, I passed by her and on a subtle plane I saw that she would not live long ... From her field it was clear that she did not work on herself much in this life. All this again inspired different philosophical thoughts.

All the rest, including doctors, did not show their concern, for them this case (suffering and early death) was a routine.

In general, there was nothing to do but wait. The operation was scheduled for a very bad time from an astrological point of view, but asking to change the day meant a postponement for another two months, and the day could be worse, it was almost impossible to choose. The tumor grew. I began to eat as advised in the fourth issue of the magazine: buckwheat and fresh fruits, vegetables, etc., and the growth of the tumor stopped. But somehow I ate white sugar and junk food, and it started to grow. I began to experiment and noticed that food is very important. There were other important observations and conclusions. Many different conclusions and ideas came to me, but this is a separate issue.

I have counseled many people, especially lately, who are suffering from cancer. Some of them believe that they were cured after my consultation (about two dozen) because they followed what they heard at the consultation, but going through this experience in person gives deeper insights.

We visited a very good doctor, who, although she has a doctoral (scientific) degree in medicine, mostly treats with alternative methods and has a very strong subtle vision, the effectiveness of which I have seen more than once. By the way, she is Ukrainian by origin, although very poorly, she speaks Russian.

She said that this thing needs to be removed urgently (although, as a rule, it is against operations), that I have no more than 2 weeks, then it will spread through the blood throughout the body and over a large area in the face. She did not see any karmic reasons, she said that this was due to physical reasons mainly: weakening of the immune system, nutrition, the Sun, etc., someone else really wishes me bad.

I also didn’t see any particular reasons on the subtle plane - there were strong mistakes in my worldview. Someone deifies me (it's good that at least only the nose :)). I also spent the whole summer in the Sun, which used to quickly help me get rid of all acne, but the Ketu period that began brought the opposite results. Also in Canada, I started having severe dental problems and had over 30 x-rays of my face in the last year.

But, one way or another, it was at least a month before the operation, on a bad astrological day, and there was nothing left but to wait and work on yourself, and God himself ordered to think about eternal values.

This woman is hosting near Niagara Falls and we stayed there for the night as it was a long drive home. We were settled on the top floor of the hotel, from where a wonderful view of Niagara Falls opened, which from a bird's eye view seemed quite small. Everything around him was turned, according to the custom in Western civilization, into an energy garbage dump aimed at the complete degradation of people at all 4 levels. Around the hotels, low quality music was playing at full power until late, restaurants were filled with junk food, various shows, casinos, etc.

But from above it was very good to meditate and pray, to remember the whole life lived, a lot of things, what realizations came. I will say one thing - all this greatly influenced me, and I have become not the same as I was before. For example, all fears are gone - to be pretty and kind, unwillingness to enter into conflicts when necessary, etc.

A good practice is to watch flowing water for a long time, in Buddhism there is a similar meditative technique, somehow unconsciously it comes that everything is temporary. I approached the waterfall and watched it from a height.

On the way back, I called again the secretary at the hospital, but she only confirmed - not earlier than a month later. I reminded her once again that in Russia the leading professor in this field said: “2 weeks is the maximum”, 3 have already passed, the tumor has been growing very quickly in recent days, it can go to the eyes, brain, etc. She: “Yes, I know, but ... there is a queue, moreover, if someone is more urgent, then maybe they will push me away” :).

One way or another, there was nothing left but to accept this situation. In this situation, I realized how important close people are. First of all, it is precisely for their sake that I want to stay and continue to fight for health. Also, on a practical level, my wife's relatives arranged everything and expedited with official medicine in Canada, assistants in Moscow were looking for clinics around the world, although I did not ask. By the way, in Israel they said that it is dangerous and extremely urgent, and it takes about two weeks, moreover, every day costs more than $ 1,000 a day, full anesthesia and many procedures are needed, they can take it even tomorrow.

In free Canadian medicine they say - cut it out like this, under local anesthesia and immediately go home, it will be bad - you will return.

Several families of students who knew about my illness prayed and offered practical help. The strongest support, in my opinion, was from Nastya, who bypassed Kailash - a mountain in the Himalayas (one of the holiest places on earth), this is the most difficult route even for the trained ones. She said she constantly prayed for me there.

Once I took the latest diagnosis, sat down at the computer, translated it - it said that it was some kind of melanoma, and that it was impossible without surgical intervention. I completely let go of the situation internally, looked at the subtle plane, the energy is enough for another two months for sure, so the festival in Israel and the 5th final stage in Moscow will turn out, God forbid, to be held, I stopped all diagnostics and just started living.

A few days later we were having breakfast, and they called us from the hospital and said that something had changed with them, and they could operate on me in a few days. I looked - it was one of the best days of the year for this sort of thing. The operation was scheduled at General Toronto Hospital, across the street from the Princess Margaret Hospital.

As it turned out later, young interns came to practice, but, to their credit, they tried very hard, and, as several doctors later told me, they did a brilliant job.

An interesting experience - they covered my eyes with adhesive plaster, and it was somewhat unpleasant, because there was a possibility of damage to my eyesight during the operation, and it was far from 100% that I would see the light.

The medical staff was multinational. The head doctor who just came in at the beginning had a German or Jewish surname, the doctor-his assistant was a Chinese who grew up in Australia, where skin cancer is very common, a Canadian nurse, and a very bright young woman, of oriental appearance, whose energy was on was a big plus. Everything seems to have gone well.

I was told to come next week to remove the stitches and find out the result, they had to conduct an examination, find out what it was for sure, and whether they cut everything out. If not, then it will be necessary to continue cutting, as they told me, if there is a point.

And this one was important to me. The day before he felt some tension, as once before the exam. I spent the night at the Delta Hotel, a couple of blocks from the hospital. In the morning there was some kind of peace and tranquility that God wants - that will be, there was a state of here and now, and a flow.

In the hospital, the stitches were removed from me, then they took a picture, as I understand it, for a term paper, and a doctor (Chinese) came and said that they checked the tumor - it's not cancer at all (but it could turn into cancer if run for a long time, however, like almost any cell in our body), and could not give metastases, and it seems they cut everything out. You just need to come for a check in 3 months, because he can return.

I asked him, what about the few checks I've done in the past in laboratories and clinics that specialize in this? I still have these biopsy slides, and why did this tumor behave like a rapidly spreading cancer for a while? He shrugged, obviously not having time to delve into all this. He said that he saw this for the first time and began to tell in detail how to make the seam as less noticeable as possible. I was not particularly interested in this topic. The main thing was that I would not die in the near future and even my beloved would not cut off my nose :).

I left the hospital, and my wife drove up to the entrance (although she was driving from another city in traffic jams), and we went to wash ourselves in a raw food restaurant.

This is the second time I've been diagnosed with cancer. The first case, as I told on Stolitsa TV, was about eight years ago, and it greatly influenced me and my worldview (I rarely told anyone about it, I was afraid to jinx it). I was then diagnosed with lung cancer, and I intuitively understood that it was because of my worldview and began to work very seriously on myself, on my worldview and lifestyle. Then he sort of passed. But one famous Ayurvedic doctor (I wrote about him in the book “Three Energies”) told me about 5 years ago that there is something in the lungs, but if I do pranayama, yoga, live harmoniously, then everything will pass.

About 3 years ago, when I moved to Canada, I had to undergo a medical check-up, and somehow everything stalled on fluorography, they took me 4 x-rays and saw something there. I worked, let go of all attachments to this world, to a prosperous fate. Before the last shot, I had complete inner peace. They came to me and said that everything was fine, there must have been something with the device, they put a stamp - you can go to Canada.

This incident gave me an understanding of the importance of inner work on oneself.

This second case taught me more that we are also very dependent on food, environment, communication. And that, no matter how great everything is, things can change quickly. There is no need to be proud or attached to anything.

And the second case left me with a scar on my face, as a constant reminder of eternal values, and the higher I raise my nose, the better this “reminder” is visible.

The doctors, however, promised me that in a couple of years it would almost disappear if everything went well. It’s even a bit of a pity, although the Universe has a lot of means to help us get rid of selfishness and pride…

P.S. Many thanks to everyone who helped me and prayed for me. Forgive me, those who wish me harm, because of my sinful deeds in the past, I attracted your disfavor.

And be happy and healthy all of you

After leaving school, he entered a military institute, where he got into an experimental group that trained personnel for the Airborne Forces. This group was also distinguished by the fact that well-known military psychologists, psychotherapists and educators worked with it, whose goal was to understand the limits of the human psyche during overload, the influence of the internal state on the achievement of specific goals, and whether it is possible to raise a super-warrior from an ordinary person with the help of internal changes. Having become acquainted with many psychological techniques, he easily completed the standard of a master of sports, a candidate for a master in several sports and many first-class standards, and also significantly improved the quality of his education. All this gave him faith in these techniques.

After graduation, he served in the special forces of the Airborne Forces (airborne troops), continued to study the psychology of sports, wrote articles and participated in the military scientific society. Plunging deeper into the study of various yogic practices and Vedic literature, he increasingly understands that they underlie the successful methods that his teachers used at the institute. He also saw that this is a small part of what the great Indian sages-saints left to the world. At the invitation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, he successfully conducted seminars in four prisons in Russia. Conducted hundreds of charitable lectures in hospitals, hospitals, military units, prisons, higher and secondary educational institutions. In 1996, in Lithuania, at the international competition of experts in oriental psychology and philosophy, he won the main prize and was awarded the title of “pandit” (scientist, expert in Sanskrit). Passed a full course in yoga and psychology of yoga in the ashram of Sivananda Swami and received an international diploma "Yoga teacher". . Rami Blekt's answers to questions from readers, listeners, fellow psychologists.

Over the years, I have accumulated a lot of direct, personal questions to me from readers of the magazines where I write headings and from visitors to our sites, from fellow psychologists. I never even tried to answer questions that related to my private life, but at some point I intuitively realized that I should do it. First of all, for the sake of your own spiritual growth, in order to overcome the fear that if you get to know you better, then you will not be loved, respected. We live in a world of masks and created images. But I myself teach that one cannot live in such a state, that without honesty and openness it is impossible to learn to love, that we are lying or hiding something because we are afraid, etc. I probably taught well , because over time I believed in it. Yes, I just want to be myself. Therefore, if you have any questions for me regarding me and my activities, my environment, then you can ask them at [email protected]. I promise to answer honestly, only please forgive me in advance, I can't promise it will be fast, sometimes for weeks I don't have the time or opportunity to get to the Internet.

Rami Blekt received the name Rami already in adulthood. As a child, his name was Pavel, the boy loved to read, thought a lot and seemed to be a “humanist”. Growing up, he entered the military institute.

As happened to many, the 90s changed everything in his life. Friends left for Europe and America, and Pavel went to India in search of his own path. He spent some time in a monastery, studied yoga, joined the Vedic tradition.

Now Rami Blekt lives in Canada, writes books, travels a lot with his lectures and trainings. His most popular books - Notes of a Spiritual Adventurer, Search for the Real Meaning of Life: Conversations with Those Who Found It, Magic Key to the 12 Houses of Destiny - are devoted to Vedic traditions, experience of veganism, raw food diet, psychological problems in relationships and searches own path.

Rami Blekt is collaborating with Dr. David Frawley, one of the few Western scholars recognized in India as Vedacharya, a teacher of Vedic wisdom. Frawley founded the American Institute for Vedic Research, one of the largest in the Western world.

We spoke with Rami about how he found himself in life, who he considers his spiritual mentor, and why he chose a raw food diet over vegetarianism.

Rami, tell us about your monastic experience?

I would sum up the monastic life in three words – go and do it. This experience remains for me one of the most important in my life, one of the happiest. I have always strived to test the limits of the possible and live the way I want. Over time, I realized that the most important thing is to listen to your intuition. In the 90s, I suddenly realized that I wanted to become a monk. And he went to India. Traveled, looking for "his" - something that will respond to the soul. I did what I felt I needed to. It cannot be said that a year later I "saw the light", no. The path of a person consists of many small, sometimes completely imperceptible steps and deeds. My path consisted of all my interests and aspirations.

Why did you leave the monastery?

Master told me that my mind was too lively, too much energy for a contemplative life. That my destiny is not monasticism, but a world where I have to teach what I know, what I have comprehended.

How did your own teaching practice begin?

At first I began to write, then I gave lectures, but I quickly realized that the lecture was not my “format”. I like it more when I feel a live contact with the audience, when there is communication. Therefore, the lecture format quickly turned into a training format.

What questions do people come up with the most?

Most people care about relationships. We have forgotten how to build a dialogue with loved ones, with parents, partners, children - there is no harmony in our life. In society, the ideals of family life, harmony, and the desire to know oneself and one's path have been lost. The consumer society imposes certain stereotypes on us: what should you do, what should you be... It's easier to learn how to play social roles than to understand who you really are. By and large, all the requests that people come with are about this. But this can manifest itself in various problems: for someone, relationships are more important, for someone - a career, for someone - health. In fact, all my trainings and books are about one thing - about finding our foundations, about who we really are, about the sources of problems and diseases.

Tell us how you yourself got acquainted with the Vedic tradition?

I read a lot: Christian mystics, philosophers, various kinds of spiritual literature. But when the Bhagavad Gita fell into my hands, everything immediately seemed to fall into place - in this book there were answers to all my questions. This is not religion, not philosophy in the Western sense of the word - this is pure wisdom. That is why I went to the Hindu ashram: in order not just to learn about the tradition, but to join it.

In the Eastern tradition, wisdom, knowledge, and practice are passed on to the guru. Have you met your guru? Tell me about your teacher.

There were many teachers along the way. By and large, we are all teachers for each other, even a casual passer-by teaches us something important, you just need to understand and accept it for yourself.

Now you are collaborating with Ayurveda doctor David Frawley, tell us a few words about him?

I can say one thing - he is a sage. Real. Amazing person. I read his books and articles, then wrote to him. Gradually we began to cooperate. His institute is an important big deal, profound research is being carried out there.

How is true wisdom possible in the conditions of everyday life in the very center of Western civilization? And Frawley lives in Santa Fe, and you are in Canada - how do you manage to combine a hasty "How?" West with an unhurried "Why?" East?

Everything depends on the mind. From inner aspirations, from spiritual discipline. Megacities have a very destructive effect on our health, both spiritual and physical, so we prefer to live closer to nature.

Tell us about your daily practice?

I meditate, practice yoga, pranayama. To keep fit I run, ski, ride a bike.

You have been a vegetarian for a long time, and now you have become a raw foodist. Why?

I am convinced that nutrition affects both our psyche and our health. In the modern world, people have ceased to pay attention to what and how they eat. Look around: the number of cancer diseases is rapidly increasing, people suffer from overeating, ruin their health with alcohol or fast food... What we eat is important not only for the physical body, but also for the subtle body. And not only what, but also when and how, in what company, with what prayer. I have been a vegetarian for 25 years, but in the last year and a half I have become a raw foodist. The living energy of vegetables, fruits, cereals, nuts creates a completely different feeling and a different level of energy. I recommend everyone to become raw foodists for a year or two - this is a very useful, rejuvenating experience in every sense.

How do you manage to follow the principles of a raw food diet in our climate, in our country? It's no secret that good, "live" vegetables and fruits are almost impossible to find...

Difficult, of course, but still possible. Being a vegetarian is easy, and with just a little change in your mind, raw food becomes easy. The best is ripe fruit. Any, seasonal, of course. Nuts give a lot of energy, you can eat cereals. In a word, it is quite possible to organize your own food, but this requires determination and knowledge.

Do you include dairy products in your diet?

Yes, they come in, not pasteurized, about once a month. But they need to be bought from trusted farmers. Store-bought products are very harmful.

And finally - what would you like to wish the readers?

Be healthy, happy and successful! Remember that unconditional love is the main value!
