Hm, yoda_daro claims that this is a test to determine their sexual orientation.

Like, check yourself and your friends that you shake hands with every day.

Most likely a fake, like an old Finnish test ( fritzmorgen at one time, this topic was coolly untwisted):

If you do not see the number in only one circle, then you have and may develop one of the following deviations:

Circle 1. Increased aggressiveness, conflict. It is recommended to pay a lot of attention to the contrast shower and physical exercises.

Circle 2. Mental abilities are reduced. When serving in the general branches of the military, additional measures are not required.

Circle 3. Gasterimargia (gluttony). Reinforced rations, more physical exercises, sedentary work and work in the kitchen are contraindicated.

Circle 5. Latent (hidden, repressed) homosexuality. Attacks of poorly controlled attraction to people of the same sex are possible. Additional measures are not required.

Complete 12 questions to find out your true sexual orientation. Many people suppress true sexuality, in accordance with their upbringing or accepted norms.

But you can't fool yourself! Sexologist Alfred Kinsey developed a scale for measuring sexual orientation, based on which testing was compiled. If you have repressed tendencies, then today you will learn about them.

How to pass

First, indicate your gender, and then proceed to the main tasks - look at bizarre pictures and choose associations from several suggested options. Testing will require the utmost honesty, answer questions without any pretense. This is the only way you can count on an objective assessment.

What the test will tell at the end

You will know your score on the Kinsey scale. will show if you are gay, lesbian, bisexual or heterosexual. If your answers were truthful, then you can be sure of the verdict, since this one is very accurate and reveals even those intimate needs that are securely hidden in the subconscious of the respondent.

Questions of sexual life are among those that will always worry humanity. Especially questions of sexual self-identification. There is a special tool for this - the Kinsey scale. Let's get to know him in more detail.

Alfred Kinsey: biographical note

This is a biological scientist, a sexologist who has spent most of his life on a university campus in America in the Midwest. Now the institute is named after him.

His path to science began with an interest in entomology. He prepared and published a biology textbook for high school students. But in history, Kinsey remained more as the father of sexology than as a great biologist. The study of mating variations among insects led him to the idea that humans can also have different sexual behaviors. The professor developed the Kinsey scale, which allows you to determine the orientation of a person.

In 1935, Kinsey for the first time expresses the results of his research in the field of sexology publicly. The reports, obtained from interviews with thousands of people, became a bestseller, made their author famous and still remain popular.

Discussions of Kinsey's work

Coincidentally or not, the professor's research coincided with a period known as the "sexual revolution". Of course, they caused fierce controversy. He was accused of debauchery, considered his work morally corrupting, accused of sexual relations with children, and also that his research was based on interviews with prisoners. Until now, the name Kinsey can cause an aggressive reaction, as it is believed that he legitimizes homosexuality. After all, thanks to the research of Professor Kinsey, homosexuality was excluded from the list of mental illnesses.

Even decades after the scientist's death, one can hear the controversy continuing. His studies are trying to be blamed for the presence of statistical and methodological errors. However, all this does not change the scale of the scientist's contribution to those areas of science that were previously under a severe ban.

Kinsey?

It is a tool for measuring people's sexual orientation. For this, a six-point scale has been developed. On one end of the scale is absolute heterosexuality, on the other end is absolute homosexuality. Despite the fact that the scale is six-point, in fact it has eight gradations: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,x.

The researcher says that there is no absolute discreteness, in most cases it is a union.

Scale Features

This is not a psychological test. Although under the name "Kinsey Scale" on the Internet you can find a huge number of tests. This is a way of self-assessment, when a person defines himself based on the sexual experience that he has experienced over the past three years.

This means that the scale will not reveal hidden addictions or something that the person himself does not suspect. Another important conclusion is that the assessment may change throughout life, depending on how the nature of a person's sexual intercourse changes.

Based on such a tool as the Kinsey scale, the test also exists, but these are already modifications created by other researchers based on the work of the professor.

How to use the scale?

The Kinsey scale for men and women is exactly the same. To find your place on it, you need to take into account the number of sexual contacts with people of your own or the opposite sex. The important point is contacts! And not fantasies, erotic dreams, watched videos and conversations on intimate topics. Only real contacts matter.

If you have no homosexual experience at all, this corresponds to a value of 0.

If contacts with people of the same sex were episodic, and with people of the opposite sex - regular, this situation corresponds to a value of 1.

If there is a lot of experience with people of both sexes, but still more with the opposite, this corresponds to a value of 2.

Equality of experience corresponds to the number 3.

Accordingly, with a slight predominance on the side of homosexual contacts - 4, with a significant preponderance - 5, and if there is experience of sex only with one's own sex and no sex with the opposite - 6.

If during the studied three years there were no sexual contacts at all, this corresponds to the x value - asexuality.

In fact, this is one question and seven possible answers to it. That's all. No mystery or mysticism. Therefore, if you dreamed of revealing the secret inclinations of your husband or girlfriend and thought that the Kinsey scale in Russian would help you with this, then you will have to be disappointed in this idea. Nothing will work.

Test modification

If you still want to play, then there is a modification of the test, which was developed by Fritz Klein. The Kinsey scale for women is especially curious from this point of view. It is easy to take the test on the Internet online.

Why for women? It is they who most often ask questions about sexual orientation, although men do too. Klein's variation is known as the "Sexual Orientation Grid" and contains 21 questions. This test contains questions not only about real experiences in the past, but also about what gender people are attractive to you, including in a situation if you were free from fears and prejudices. With what gender would you like to have a sexual experience, if there was an ideal situation where you are free from prejudices and fears, who is present in fantasies and dreams? The test even includes questions about emotional preferences and communication preferences. The result is given as a percentage of homosexuality, bisexuality, heterosexuality and asexuality.

Try it and you might find out something interesting about yourself or your partner. But don't take the test results too seriously.

There are currently 5159 tests published on our website - all of these tests have been selected manually. And about 13 thousand more specialized tests designed for a narrow circle of people.

How to create your test?

In order to create an online test and post it on the Internet, no special knowledge is required. You create a test on the site through the web interface: create questions, answers to them indicating the correct answers or estimates depending on the selected answers. You also make options for decoding the results, depending on the number of points scored. Then users are tested, the system automatically grades according to the settings of your test and gives the person the result. Then you can see the chronology and results of passing your tests by users.

Advantages of the site service:

  • You can create and take online tests for free;
  • You can take tests without registration;
  • You can track test results for all tests you create, for each person, for example, your students, employees or potential employees;
  • You can create graphic questions and answers containing pictures;
  • Answers to questions can be ambiguous, i.e. include a choice of several possible answers for each question;
  • Each test can contain different types of questions;
  • For each test, it is possible not only to calculate the total scores for the entire test, but also for each category of questions separately, which allows you to monitor the results in several sections, for example, in one test in mathematics, you can separately track the levels of knowledge of addition and multiplication operations;
ATTENTION! There is no preliminary moderation on the site! All tests are created and published by the users of the site themselves, and are not necessarily approved by the administration or reflect its opinion.
