Pervomaiskkhimmash sells underground tanks designed to receive, store and process petrochemicals, condensates, and various liquids. Our factory has everything necessary equipment, designed for the production of tanks for the storage of petroleum products, which are indispensable for any modern enterprises. Wide range of designs and low prices underground tanks are attracted by many large companies that order products from us. Our equipment is installed at enterprises in many cities Russian Federation(Moscow, Tomsk, Ufa, Kazan, Novy Urengoy, Usinsk, etc.).

Underground tanks: scope

Scope of application underground tanks for petroleum products is extremely wide, as the tanks are suitable for storing very aggressive substances. Structures withstand pressure drops and maintain their integrity under different conditions. temperature conditions. High performance characteristics underground tanks are explained by high-quality raw materials, as well as a special manufacturing technology that takes into account any little things: the characteristics of the enterprise where the tanks will be installed, climatic conditions, intensity of operation, estimated volumes of the substance that will fill the tank and much more. Taking into account these characteristics, as well as customer requirements, we manufacture high-quality underground tanks for oil products of various geometric shapes and sizes.

Tanks are versatile and are actively used not only in the petrochemical industry and metallurgy, but also in agriculture, structures are installed within the framework of large agricultural complexes.

Many large oil companies specializing in field development, production and sale of oil cooperate with us and purchase equipment at very competitive prices. We have established the production of large-sized drainage tanks, which are suitable for transporting petrochemicals over long distances. We mainly produce drainage containers vertical type. They are easy to install, and their volume is approximately five cubic meters.

Our containers are good because they are whole durable structures are designed in such a way that fuel leakage is almost completely eliminated, because the equipment is very tight. Many tanks have thick double walls, a double bottom, and the space between the surfaces is filled with either liquid or gas. In addition, in the production of drainage tanks, the equipment is equipped with a pressure gauge, with which the pressure level can be easily controlled.

Design features of underground tanks

Underground tanks are horizontal cylindrical tanks that have conical bottoms and a pair of hatches designed to drain substances. In addition, through the hatches, the process of cleaning the inside of the tank is carried out.

The production of tanks for the storage of petroleum products is our core business, therefore, if you need high-quality all-welded devices, then you can safely contact us, as we manufacture structures in any configuration and in any quantity.

We can supplement underground tanks with various accessories: nozzles, built-in heaters, concrete or metal wells, pumps, etc. These devices help protect the engine from negative influences: mechanical damage, precipitation, etc.

In some cases, drainage tanks for storing petroleum products can be equipped with heating means, as a rule, this is necessary to maintain the temperature at which a particular substance is supposed to be stored. A cable or a coil is connected to the device, thanks to which liquid substances heated with steam or water mixture.

There are two types of construction:
  • EP - underground tanks without heating;
  • EPP - underground heated tanks.

The production of storage tanks for petroleum products provides for the installation of thermal insulation to prevent heat dissipation into the external environment.

Underground tanks for oil products are designed taking into account the physical and chemical properties of the substances that will be stored in the vessels. Therefore, many designs have electric pump units, and the devices themselves are made strictly in a vertical position. Depending on the properties of the pumped medium, the tanks are equipped with:

  • electric pump unit, type HB 50/50 - for containers not subject to heat treatment;
  • electric pump unit AHPO-E 45/54-K-2G - for tanks subject to heat treatment.

We produce drainage tanks of any level of complexity, in any configuration. If you find it difficult to draw up a technical task, then we can help you draw up individual project, which will take into account the characteristics of your enterprise.

The most popular drainage tanks for storing petroleum products are made of steel. Robust welded constructions provide safe storage of liquid and gaseous substances in any climatic and temperature conditions.

Purpose of drainage tanks EP / EPP:

Underground tanks EP and EPP are used for storage of residues of oil products drained from process pipelines, both light and dark. Underground horizontal drainage tanks are wide application at Russian enterprises, since almost any production is faced with the need to drain the remains of liquid products used in the technological cycle. Underground storage tanks EP / EPP can store liquid products containing no more than 1.8% hydrogen sulfide in the gas phase.

EP tanks, as well as horizontal RGS tanks, used to collect liquids in small volumes (usually up to 63 cubic meters). For storage of large volumes of liquid raw materials are used vertical tanks (RVS). For storage of bulk products silos and hoppers are used.

Production of underground drainage tanks EP / EPP:

The production of containers must be carried out in accordance with. The manufacturer must apply modern technologies preparation of rolled metal, welding, anti-corrosion treatment and loading for transportation.

General characteristics of underground drainage tanks EP / EPP:

  • are used to store products from 2 to 4 hazard classes (according to GOST 12.1.007-76);
  • designed for the temperature of the stored product: from -15°С to +80°С;
  • designed for pressure inside the tank up to 0.07 MPa;
  • Designed for the kinematic viscosity of the product drained into the EP / EPP up to 30 10 -6 m² / s;
  • The density of the product drained into the EP / EPP is up to 1000 kg / m³

"RESERVE UAROS TROYEL" recommends ordering EP capacity/ EPP with internal and external anti-corrosion coating to increase their service life. The characteristics of the anti-corrosion coating are selected based on the characteristics of the product poured into the container and the mode of operation of the container.

Tank quality assurance:

Underground drainage tanks are manufactured in accordance with; TU.1415.004-466214309-2008. The quality of our EP containers is confirmed by the Permit for Use No.РРС.00-047039 and the Certificate of Conformity No.Ross.RU.AB17.po1286.

Warranty period of operation drainage tanks EP/ EPP manufactured by ZMK “REZERV UAROS TROYEL”: 18 months from the date of putting the equipment into operation, but not more than 24 months after shipment to the Customer from the factory.

Underground drainage tanks are used for temporary storage and collection of petroleum products at enterprises in the oil and gas and coke industries, as a tank for draining fuel from technological systems, for storing gas condensate, for draining residues of various aggressive liquids (oil, oil, diesel fuel, transformer oil, gasoline, alkalis, acids, Wastewater etc.). It should be noted that they are not used for draining LPG liquefied hydrocarbon gases.

Performance characteristics of drainage tanks

There are several requirements for the stored product and conditions at the facility:

  • the temperature of the stored liquid must be in the range from -15°С to + 80°С
  • kinematic viscosity of the liquid 30x10-6 m 2 / s
  • density of the working product - no more than 1000 kg / m 3
  • hazard class of working media 2, 3, 4 (see GOST 12.1.007-76)
  • the content of H 2 S should not exceed 1.8%
  • liquid explosion category and group - IIA-T3, IIB-T3 (see GOST 12.1.011-78)
  • minimum temperature environment should not exceed -60°С

The underground location of the EP/EPP reduces the risk of the stored product being released into the environment.

Construction of underground drainage tanks

Structurally, they are a hollow all-welded vessel operating under a pressure of not more than 0.07 MPa, with a volume of 1 m 3 to 200 m 3, consisting of a metal cylinder and conical bottoms. For technological maintenance, two hatches are installed on the upper side of the shell: one for draining the stored product, the second for gaining access inside for preventive inspection, technological maintenance and repair (cleaning, blowing, washing). The discharge of the stored product is carried out using a semi-submersible pump.

The hull material must be resistant to the negative effects of the soil to prevent corrosion, chemical and physical changes. To do this, on the outside is applied waterproofing coating made of bitumen-polymer mastics.

Saratov Reservoir Plant manufactures two types of underground drainage tanks:

  • EP without heater
  • EPP with heater for areas where the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of the liquid

The EPP tank body is heated by a metal coil in the form of pipes inside the shell, in which (pipes) the steam-water mixture circulates, or by a heating cable.

Production of underground drainage tanks

The Saratov Reservoir Plant has the EP and EPP necessary for the production of underground drainage tanks.

In addition, during the manufacture and installation, our specialists are guided by the following regulatory documents:

  • GOST R 34347-2017 "Steel welded vessels and apparatus. General specifications"
  • PB 03-584-03 "Rules for the design, manufacture and acceptance of steel welded vessels and apparatus"
  • Rules industrial safety hazardous production facilities that use equipment operating under overpressure
  • STO 00220227-005-2009 "Steel welded vessels and apparatus high pressure. General technical requirements»

All underground drainage tanks are made from the following steel grades depending on the operating conditions:

  • St3sp for operation at temperatures up to -20°С
  • 09G2S-9 for operation at temperatures not exceeding -40°C
  • 09G2S-8 for areas where average temperature five days below -40°С

Depending on the temperature of the operating area, the following designs of drainage tanks are manufactured:

  • version 1 - design ambient temperature of the coldest five-day period is below -20°С
  • execution 2 - temperature up to -40°С
  • version 3 - operating temperature up to -60°С

Depending on the climatic conditions All drainage tanks are produced in three climatic versions:

For reliable operation, the design process provides for waterproofing and thermal insulation.

Technological piping of underground drainage tanks

On the construction site all vessels are connected to a pipeline that, on the one hand, goes to the drain filter of the pipe, and on the other, to a pump installed in one of the necks, or falls below the level of the so-called "dead residue", thereby creating a hydraulic seal that prevents the formation of a spark in loading and unloading process.

For reliable and safe use, EP/EPP tanks are provided with branch pipes and fittings for installing control and measuring and other equipment, for example, a thermometer, pressure gauge, devices for determining the amount of product (level gauges), a thermoelectric converter, devices for automatically stopping the supply or pumping out the product, alarm systems, shut-off and control valves.

The necessary equipment for loading and unloading operations are pumps and pumping units various types and types that facilitate technological processes. The pumps are manufactured in an explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant design with double sealing to reduce the risk of flames and exposure to the working environment.

Installation of pumps is possible at four levels: 3 m, 3.2 m, 3.7 m, 3.9 m.

At the request of the Customer, the pump can be installed in a concrete or metal well, which will protect the pump from negative impact working product.

Tanks EP/EPP are delivered assembled. Only manholes and pipes longer than 1 m are transported separately. They (manholes and branch pipes) are cut off at a level of 0.4 m from the edge of the shell.

The height of the necks for routine maintenance and installation of pumps depends on the depth of the hull immersion in the ground.

All manufactured products are supplied with a passport, passed quality control and acceptance, certified by regulatory authorities.

Calculation, manufacture and supply of underground drainage tanks is carried out on the basis of the Questionnaire or terms of reference Customer.

Depending on the water content in the oil and the operating mode of the reservoir, it is necessary to periodically drain the produced water as it accumulates in the reservoir. Commercial water formed in tanks during oil settling should be discharged into the industrial storm sewer. The bottom water from the tank is removed through a siphon valve.

Drainage of commercial water from the tank is carried out in the following order:

    removal of the protective cover of the siphon tap;

    inspection of the siphon valve, the absence of leakage through the gland seal is checked, the rotation of the valve must be smooth, without jamming;

    removing the plug from the pipe of the siphon tap;

    fastening to the branch pipe of the siphon tap of an oil-petrol-resistant sleeve and directing it to the sewerage system;

    weakening of the glands of the sealing unit;

    turning the branch pipe with a siphon valve to the “P” position;

    smooth and slight opening of the rotary valve until water appears, then full opening rotary crane. If there are bottom sediments in the tank, oil may appear when the valve is initially opened. In this case, it is necessary to close the valve, lift the intake pipe and repeat the operation;

    produce bottom water drainage before oil appears.

After the end of the drainage of water from the tank, the following operations are performed:

    close the rotary valve;

    turn the intake pipe to the "P" position;

    smooth and small opening of the rotary valve until oil appears, then close the valve;

    turn the suction pipe to the “H” position

    tighten the glands of the sealing assembly;

    turn off the sleeve and install the plug;

    install protective cover.

When removing commercial water, it is necessary to constantly monitor its flow. Oil leakage must not be allowed. The flow rate of commercial water must be regulated by covering the siphon valve.
