Cooking method:

  1. Wash the zucchini, remove the skin from it, cut into thin slices.
  2. Wash the parsley and cut.
  3. Beat the yolks with milk and salt with a mixer.
  4. Beat the protein with a mixer until a thick and strong foam, add it to the mixture, add the zucchini and chopped greens. Zucchini does not need to be fried first, otherwise it will spoil the taste of the omelet in this form.
  5. Pour the mixture into a hot frying pan and cook for about 7-10 minutes over medium heat with the lid closed.
  1. If you are preparing an omelette with vegetables, then do not add them immediately to the omelet mixture, but fry them first. Otherwise, the vegetables will turn out raw and spoil the taste of the dish.
  2. If you are making an omelette a large number eggs (more than five), then you don’t have to beat the protein separately - in any case, the omelet will turn out delicious and lush.
  3. Do not add flour to an omelette if you think it will make the finished dish more fluffy. Flour will make the dish more high-calorie, but no more.
