This LCD deep pump control cabinet, the price of which is presented by our project, is able to control and direct the operation of pumps. The booster pump control cabinet works with one or two submersible units.
Such a block with a relay (pressure sensor) of the Grundfos pump is designed to optimize the pressure in the pipelines. At the slightest danger of liquid overflow, overheating, "dry" running, Grundfos LC A1, LCD 108 signals the user about the nature of the complication.
Grundfos CU 301 submersible drainage pump (two pumps) automatic control unit (cabinet), the price of which is fixed within low limits, provides thermal protection electric motor. Automation for submersible, drainage, borehole pumps- This is a reduction in energy costs and easy maintenance of systems. Danfoss has launched a new range of control controllers pumping stations.
Danfoss PCM microprocessor control modules are designed to control operation, monitor and prevent emergencies at pumping stations in heating, cooling and water treatment systems. This line is based on a freely programmable MCX controller with pre-installed software.
A distinctive feature of these controllers is the ease of configuration and integration into integrated automation systems for heating points. PCM devices are synchronized with any supervisory control and management system. For the convenience of working with PCM, they can be connected to an external MMIGRS2 display on the front panel of the automation cabinet (enclosure protection class IP64), which allows you to avoid unnecessary penetration into the cabinet to check the controller status and make adjustments to its settings.
In total, the new line includes five ready-made solutions for automation of pumping equipment:
Pump control module MCX CP(new designation PCM CP) is a microprocessor controller with pre-installed software, designed to control up to three circulation pumps in a group, provides circulation support in hot water, heating, cooling systems.
Module MCXCP developed on the basis of Danfoss MCX series controllers. The base are the controller MCX06D and expansion module EXC06D.
The MCX CP pump module provides system control with the following configurations (for three pumps):
Two control algorithms circulation pumps.
Display necessary information on the screen of the display built into the controller;
Main and secondary screens.

So, having started first and having worked out a given period of time (period of operation), pump 1 stops. Now he is a backup. After a specified time pause, pump 3 starts. Pump 2 was started after a pause after the start of pump 1, so it will stop later than pump 1. After a specified time pause after pump 2 has stopped, the current standby pump 1 starts. Pump 2 is now standby. When the third pump has worked for a predetermined period of time (operating period) and stops, after a predetermined time pause, pump 2 will start up, and pump 3 will become a backup.
