Cut the tomatoes, sweet peppers, peeled from seeds, and pickled cucumbers into small cubes, crab sticks into small pieces. Wash greens, dry and chop. Pass the garlic through a press. Combine all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, salt, pepper, season with lemon juice, vegetable oil and mix.

Potato salad with pickled mushrooms

Ingredients:
6 medium sized potatoes
1 onion
200 g pickled mushrooms,
4 small pickled cucumbers,
1 can of canned green peas
salt, pepper, fresh herbs - to taste,
vegetable oil.

Cooking:
Cut boiled potatoes and pickled cucumbers into cubes, mushrooms into small pieces, if they are large, you can send small ones to the salad as a whole. Onion cut into half rings. Drain the liquid from the green peas, finely chop the greens. Combine all ingredients. Salt the finished salad, pepper to taste and season with vegetable oil.

Tomatoes stuffed with stewed mushrooms

Ingredients:
4 tomatoes,
200 g mushrooms
1 onion
3 garlic cloves,
1 st. l. vegetable oil,
1 tsp 6% vinegar,
1 bay leaf,
salt, pepper, herbs - to taste,
olives - optional.

Cooking:
Cut off the top of the tomatoes in the form of a cap, remove the pulp, salt and turn over to drain the juice. Boil the mushrooms in slightly salted water, adding a few peppercorns and a bay leaf. Cut the onion into strips and stew it with 2-3 tbsp. l. mushroom decoction. Let the onion cool and add finely chopped boiled mushrooms to it. Season the filling with salted garlic, black pepper and finely chopped parsley. Stuff the tomatoes with this mixture, lay them on lettuce leaves, sprinkle with a marinade of vegetable oil, vinegar and salt. Lay olives around the tomatoes, if desired.

Ingredients:
8 gutted squid carcasses,
1 bag of instant buckwheat,
1 onion
100 g champignons,

Cooking:
Clean the squid carcasses from films and chitinous plates and rinse. Chop the onion and send it to a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Saute for 3 minutes and then add the finely chopped mushrooms to the pan with the onions and cook everything together until the liquid has evaporated. Boil the buckwheat according to the instructions. Mix it with onions and mushrooms, salt, add spices. You can also add a little lean mayonnaise so that the filling has a brighter taste. Tightly stuff the squid carcasses with the resulting mixture, fasten the holes with toothpicks and place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Lubricate with vegetable oil or, again, lean mayonnaise (optional). Bake stuffed squids in an oven preheated to 180ºС for 5-7 minutes. Serve on lettuce leaves, generously garnished with greens, cherry tomatoes and lemon slices. In a word, as your imagination tells you.

Mash the potatoes, add 2-3 tbsp. l. flour and knead a stiff but soft dough. Make small pancakes from the dough, put 1 tsp in the middle of each. toppings and form pies. Roll the zrazy in the remaining flour and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. The finished dish can be served with green peas, vegetable stew, garnished with herbs, slices of fresh cucumbers or tomato slices.

By the way, if there were no fresh mushrooms at hand, use your stocks: frozen or dried mushrooms. If there are salted or pickled mushrooms, they are also ideal for preparing this dish.

Fish baked with cabbage

Ingredients:
500 g pike fillet,
1 st. l. flour,
1 kg of cabbage
1 onion
130 g lean rye bread,
some bread crumbs
½ st. vegetable oil,
salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking:
Finely chop the cabbage and simmer in vegetable oil until tender. Cut the pike fillet into pieces, salt, pepper, roll in flour and fry. Put half of the stewed cabbage in an even layer in a baking sheet or stewpan (at your discretion), spread the pieces of fish on top, cover with a layer of the remaining cabbage, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, drizzle with vegetable oil and bake in an oven preheated to 180ºС for 30 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh herbs, and spread slices of rye bread lightly fried in vegetable oil around.

350 g flour
2 oranges
1 lemon
150 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder

Cooking:
Sift flour, mix it with baking powder, 50 grams of sugar and a pinch of salt. In the flour mixture, butter and then one tablespoon at a time, stirring, pour in the water. Knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove the peel from the fruit, remove the seeds and pass them through a meat grinder.
