For cooking, we need to buy following list products:

Half a glass of milk, half a glass of sugar, 70 grams of butter, 1 egg, 1 heaping teaspoon of yeast and about one and a half glasses of flour.

Let's start the recipe:

  1. Take the milk, warm it up a little, it should be warm, not hot. Pour in the yeast and a little sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour, mix well and let the mixture rise.
  2. After 15 minutes, pour this whole thing into a bowl, beat in one egg and add butter, mix everything well, preferably with a mixer. Gradually add flour and mix well until the dough becomes thick.
  3. We knead the dough, it should not turn out steep or hard for you, it should be soft. Due a large number fat in the dough, it should not stick too much to your hands. Let the dough rise, it will take about an hour and a half. When the dough has risen, we will grease the table with vegetable oil and lay out the dough, roll it into a layer about 5-7 mm thick.
  4. Pour sugar into a separate bowl and add half a teaspoon of cinnamon or a teaspoon to taste, mix well, you get a sweet filling.
  5. Now we sprinkle our layer with this sugar mixture, before pouring, you can grease this layer with butter if you wish, then there will be a super recipe in general, and then sprinkle it!
  6. We will conditionally divide the reservoir into three parts, approximately 5-7 cm each, i.e. three stripes. We cover the first strip as if on the second one, it looks like this action is like rolling a roll, then we fold it again onto another strip. It turns out a rectangular strip in the form of a roll.
  7. Now we will cut strips into portions with a step of 2 cm. You should get sticks about 5-7 cm long, each strip can be wrapped in a circle and molded, you get a circle (something similar to a bagel).
  8. Sweet pastries are laid out on a greased baking sheet, and left to rise, while our oven is heating, they will rise. When the oven warms up to 200 degrees, sweet pastries are baked for about 15-20 minutes until cooked.
  9. When the cake has cooled, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve!

Sweet yeast pastries with apples and raisins (roll)

I decided to cook another very simple recipe that is quick and easy to prepare. Usually when we cook buns, we divide them into portions, we don’t need to share anything right there, we will simplify the situation to the fullest!

This yeast dough is universal, i.e. it is suitable for sweet pastries (pies with jam, jam, marmalade, pies with fruit, cheesecakes), and for non-sweet pastries (pies with cabbage, potatoes, meat). This dough does not get stale for a long time, it turns out soft, fluffy and you can even bake pizza with it.

Yeast is also suitable for any, you can take both dry and fresh. Any yeast must be stored in the refrigerator, then they will be effective for a very long time.

Be sure to try to put yeast dough, although you have not succeeded in it before, it will definitely work out. Because pies, pies are always a lifesaver.

To prepare the dough we need:

  • 0.5 liters of warm liquid
  • dry yeast 1 sachet per 1 kg of flour or 25-30 gr fresh

How to make the most delicious yeast dough

We take a large bowl and pour two glasses of any liquid into it, i.e. milk, sour milk, yogurt, kefir, fermented baked milk, you can even sour. If there is nothing dairy, then we just do it in warm water. You can also mix all of the above. The liquid must be warm, but in no case hot.

We lower the yeast into warm water and stir until it is completely or almost completely dissolved. Then put two tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt and stir. If there are small lumps of yeast left, it's okay.

Next, we will add flour. The simplest, cheapest flour will do. We sift the flour through a sieve so that it is saturated with air, so that as many air bubbles as possible get into the dough, and it is airy. To begin with, add a couple of glasses of flour and begin to knead first with a spoon. The exact amount of flour is difficult to say, it also depends on the flour itself. Then you'll figure it out. Add a couple more cups of flour and continue to knead.

We never add eggs. If you need dough for buns, then there are eggs and sour cream.

Never add too much flour at once, it is never too late to add it. If the dough is too thick, then it will be problematic to make it more liquid.

At this point, you can already add a quarter cup of oil. And look, maybe more flour. Do not be afraid to add oil, it will not be felt in the dough. We continue to knead with our hands.
