Birds and butterflies on the windows

We decided to decorate the windows so that not only we could see the spring mood, but also people passing by. We chose butterflies and birds, because Lena loves them the most.

Butterflies were painted by the whole family. Usually Zhenya does not like such events, but here he also volunteered to help “call spring”.

On the eve of spring, we decided to decorate the room with suns. The suns were made using different techniques: some have sprinkled rays corn grits, others are made of paper strips!

Head full of crumpled newspapers. For a scarf, they took an old white diaper and painted it. We learned to put stamps through an equal distance. So far, it is not very uniform, but there is effort. I drew flowers with wax crayons, and Kolya stamped hearts, flowers and footprints, and he drew labyrinths around the prints.

I love using stamps! I explained to Kolya what an ornament is, drew samples on a piece of paper, drew stripes on the sheets with him, and he began to draw an ornament on the “sleeves” himself. I drew triangles and circles in them, decided to decorate them with stamps and paint the middle in the color corresponding to the print. The sleeves are beautiful and vibrant! We were satisfied!

Dad made a cross for us from slats. They attached our head to it, dressed it in an old T-shirt, stuffed it with newspapers, attached the sleeves with a stapler! The scarf was tried on and tied.
