Reasons to start life from scratch

All people sooner or later come to a period when they want to give up everything and radically change their lives. There is a desire to turn back time, correct mistakes. There may be many reasons for this, but each has its own. We tried to collect and highlight the most common ones. Namely:

  • Unloved place of work... It is not often that you meet a person who works at his favorite job. Often we choose a profession not at the call of our hearts, but on the basis of any circumstances (for example, we are satisfied with the salary or work schedule).
  • Relationships that have exhausted themselves... In order to find your soul mate, sometimes you have to build relationships with several partners. With some, short-term alliances are obtained, with others longer. Often, each of the partners understands that this is not his half, but no one wants to change anything in their life. Then the couple continues a relationship that has no future. In this case, both suffer.
  • Unsettled personal life... Dissatisfaction with the present may be due to the fact that a person does not have a life partner. Such people want to start a family, arrange their personal life. But for some reason this cannot be done. Many people decide to start a new life after a divorce, hoping for a bright future.
  • Bad habits... Very often our life is spoiled by bad habits. For example, a person likes to drink. It seems to be nothing like that, but when alcohol becomes the cause of uncontrollable behavior and unpredictable consequences, a change is vital for the addicted person.
  • Serious illnesses... There is nothing worse than feeling helpless in the face of illness. When a person becomes seriously ill, he begins to relate to life in a different way. All the troubles that happened before seem insignificant. A person can hardly endure not only his illness, but also the troubles of people close to him.
  • Overweight problems. Overweight people are often unhappy with their body and state of affairs. They understand that something needs to be changed, because their personal life, health status, degree of self-esteem, etc. depend on it.

Where to start a new life

  1. Finish all previously started cases... You shouldn't start a new life with unresolved questions. For example, your ex-boyfriend is still calling, talking about his problems, and wanting to reactivate the relationship. If this communication is unpleasant and uncomfortable for you, take courage and express your opinion about the situation. Let the person go and start a new life.
  2. Get rid of unnecessary things and rubbish... It is believed that if you have not used a thing for a year, then it will no longer be useful to you. Organize your surroundings.
  3. Forget the past... The past will forever remain in the past. If you decide to change jobs and take the first steps, do not look back, do not think that you may have made a mistake. You are starting a new period of life, and the previous one has already passed.
  4. Say goodbye to the present... Try to live tomorrow. Make plans, think about what lies ahead of you a happier period of life.

  6. Motivate yourself... Depending on your goal, you need to think about what methods of motivation you will use. For example, you are dissatisfied with your appearance due to being overweight. In this case, you can hang photographs of models throughout the apartment, their bodies will stimulate you to play sports and eat right.
  7. Maintain a positive attitude... People with an optimistic outlook on life begin a new life. Repeat to yourself several times a day the phrase "I am strong, I can do anything." After a while, you will believe in yourself, and any problems will be within your reach.
  8. Decide what exactly you want to change... Write it down, draw it, speak it out loud.
  9. Visualize your dream... Imagine how you wanted to live in 5-10 years. Many people with a clear vision of the future achieve their dreams in reality.
  10. Believe in yourself and your strength... If you do not have faith that you will realize your plans, then those around you will not believe in it. It is impossible to achieve anything without faith in yourself.

  • People in their 30s are more thoughtful about trying to start a new life. It is at this age that a person seeks to find himself. During this period, there is a desire to change the specialty and place of residence.
  • Starting a new life at 40 is more difficult. People do not so often radically change the existing way of life, but during this period there is an active reassessment of values. For most parents, children have grown up and do not require their care. Therefore, people at this age begin to pay more attention to themselves.
  • At 50, women feel that they are still young, and their future depends only on themselves. They change themselves, make adjustments to their lives. Often it is at this age that people find their soulmates and begin to live for their own pleasure.

  • Change your attitude towards life.

Psychological advice that will motivate you to take action

If you turn to a psychologist with the question, "How to start a new life and change yourself?", Most likely you will be asked to do some exercises. Now we will analyze them in detail.

  1. Collage of desires... Take a piece of paper (it is better if it is a Whatman paper of at least A3 format) and several women's magazines. Make a list of your desires. From magazines, cut out pictures that fit your desires by subject and stick them on the poster. Display your poster in a prominent place. You must see him constantly. As desires come true (and they will surely begin to come true), cross them out. Collage helps you keep your goals in mind.
  2. Saying goodbye to bad qualities... Think about what negative qualities you are endowed with. It can be envy, laziness, fear of change, etc. Write them all on a piece of paper and set it on fire. Now take the ash and spread it in the wind. At the same time, mentally imagine that you got rid of these qualities, and they will never return to you.
  3. We make up the result of the life lived... Often, when a person seeks to start everything from scratch, he is disappointed in the past years, falls into depression. It seems to him that part of his life has been spent in vain. But this is not always the case. Take a piece of paper and write down the joyful events of the past years, your achievements or successes. For example, you graduated, gained recognition and respect at work, became a parent, traveled and saw the world, and so on. You shouldn't take the past as the worst part of your life. It's just a passed stage, behind which a happy future opens up. Article

Instructions

Whatever it is, it has already happened. And this cannot be changed. All that can be done is to think about how the situation that happened is useful. You should not look for the guilty ones or think what would have happened if everything had happened differently. This useless business will only drain your last strength. Instead, it's best to focus on the positive aspects of your life and acquire a positive mindset.

Every evening, try to remember all the pleasant moments that the passing day brought you. The events may be small, but they will fill you with a good mood and teach you to think positively.

The second step will be to assess the available resources, on the basis of which you can start building a new life for yourself. It may immediately seem that they are not there. However, it is not. After all, a person who has lived not a single year or decade has acquired some knowledge, skills and a certain life experience during this time. All this can serve as the basis for a new life.

Are there any savings left. If not, think about which of the items you can sell. And it's worth taking on any job offered.

You should not keep everything to yourself and try to solve your problems yourself. It is necessary to seek support from relatives, friends, acquaintances and strangers. For example, you can find people facing the same problem on the Internet. Someone will definitely help, not by deed, so in a word. Everyone knows that when you share a problem with someone, it will get smaller. In addition, there are now many volunteer organizations that provide physical, psychological and legal assistance. However, this must be done with caution, because there is a risk of running into scammers.

In especially difficult situations, a person can become depressed. It is natural to suffer, but you should not allow this condition to drag on so long that medical attention is required. Exercising is a good way to fight depression. They discipline well. In addition, during these activities, endorphins are produced - the hormone of joy that regulates emotional stability and the ability to deal with stress.

Not everyone gets the chance to start rebuilding their lives. Therefore, it is worth using it to the maximum. You can do something else, look for some new talent and prove your worth. All that is needed is self-confidence and decisive action. Then everything will work out, albeit not immediately.

A break with a loved one, no matter whose fault it occurs, is always traumatic. Life seems empty and meaningless. However, you can get out of this situation as a winner, find new colors in life and surround yourself with wonderful people.

"Parting is a little death"

Few people are ready for the words: "I'm leaving." Even if the relationship was coming to an end, it is difficult to take their last stage calmly. From a psychological point of view, this is normal. Parting, like any other loss, must be lived and accepted. To recover and move on, a person normally needs to go through five stages of grief.

First comes the period of denial. “No, he was joking and does not leave”, “She cannot really take and divorce” - all the thoughts of the abandoned are circling around this. At this stage, you can make hasty, but wrong decisions, for example, pretend that nothing happened. Or call your beloved (beloved) twenty times a day, despite their requests not to do so.

After that comes aggression. Ideas of revenge, quarrels with friends and relatives, a ban on meeting children with former spouses - these are his terrible companions.

Then comes the bidding stage. A person, depending on his religious and other beliefs, tries to conclude an agreement with some higher powers. This can be a conscious step (prayers, fasting, active sudden charity) and unconscious ("I will lose weight - and he will return", "I will earn an apartment - and she will change her mind").

The next stage is depression. In severe cases, up to the need for a doctor's help. Tears, loss of strength, unwillingness to live - this will have to exist for some time. And only after that comes acceptance: positive emotions return to the person, internal forces appear, he is ready to live again.

Travel will help to survive parting - from a weekend in a country holiday home to a flight to an exotic country.

It is important for loved ones to help the abandoned person go through all these stages, which can be different in duration. It is not worth laughing at attacks of religiosity or changing oneself during the bidding period, but stirring up the conflict at the stage of aggression. This will only make the situation worse.

New life

Managing your own grief is difficult, it requires serious strength. But after accepting what happened, you can start life anew. Having experienced a breakup, people open themselves up from a new angle. Analyzing a broken relationship, you can understand what you liked about them and what categorically did not suit, and in the future you will no longer repeat the mistakes. Moreover, it is important to reflect not only on the shortcomings and merits of a former lover or beloved, but also about your own. However, you should not blame yourself for what you have done or said, just refuse to repeat.

In severe cases, it is better not to be alone with yourself, but to seek help from relatives, friends or a psychologist.

In addition, after parting, there is a huge amount of free time. Previously, it was spent on joint leisure - going to the cinema or theater, dinners, etc. Now this watch is an opportunity for self-realization. You can sign up for a gym, take photography courses, start knitting or tinkering with wood, in the end - just meet more often with friends who didn't have a minute before. For some, parting helps to fundamentally change their lives.

Whoever you are, if your life is not going the way you would like, you can start from scratch if you want. Nobody says it's easy, but if you plan to correct your past mistakes and strive for the life you really want to live, then you can become who you want, despite all the obstacles. Never let people who don’t believe in you undermine your faith in yourself or think that it’s impossible to be successful in your situation. If you ever have doubts, remind yourself that starting over is a great way to change your life for the better, and the people who succeed are respected by everyone. Start your journey to a new life from the first step.

Steps

Part 1

How to make a life change plan

Determine what went wrong. Write down everything that did not happen the way you wanted to put everything on the shelves. Instead of looking for excuses, honestly admit what really happened. Sometimes it is more difficult to face a situation that you could not control than what happened due to your inaction or bad decisions. There are people who find it harder to admit that they contributed to or caused trouble. The turn in life begins when a person admits what happened.

    • Of course, not all the bad things that happened in your life were solely your fault. You may have become addicted or mishandled people, but it may also be that you did not grow up in a supportive environment or simply fell victim to a banal failure. Don't blame yourself for things you couldn't control, and learn to accept bouts of failure and try to fight them instead of using them as excuses for your current situation.
  1. Learn from your failures. Even if you're unlucky, there are always ways to soften the blow if you find yourself in this situation again. If you failed the exam, what was the problem? Are you distracted or poorly prepared? You retrained and on the exam were so worried that you could not remember anything? Has something important happened in your life, like breaking up a long-term relationship?

    • Ask yourself these questions without judging or analyzing the answers. Don't make excuses and blame others - stop doing it from the beginning. You can only blame the other person as a last resort. If it turns out that he really is his fault, you will have to reconsider your priorities and relationship with this person. Friend, did a parent or your significant other constantly distract you from your studies with requests to pay attention to it? How can you learn to respect your personal space so that this does not happen during the next exams?
  2. Consider if you need to reconsider your goal. While this may seem extreme to you, it can help you reevaluate the direction in which you want to move before making a plan to change your life. For example, do you have to go to university to excel in a profession that can make you happier? Would you be better off completing a shorter apprenticeship or vocational school? If you are a physically active person and will feel happier and more fulfilling when you see the result of your work, then scientific or office activities may not be as good choices as construction, electrical installation, heating and ventilation, soldering work, automotive mechanization or forestry.

    • Change your approach: Your new life should not be moving in the same direction that it failed the last time. Life is about trial and error (not losses per se). This means that losing attempts are just attempts that have failed, for example, a medical or law university was not for you. If you went to study as a lawyer because of your passion for politics, perhaps active political activities, consulting on political campaigning, etc. will be the best options for you to achieve your long-term goals.
  3. Ask yourself what you can fix. What changes can you make in your life to prevent this happening again? If you have been hit by a natural disaster, you can purchase emergency protection and store it in a more accessible place so that you can have everything you need with you in case the situation occurs again. If you lose your job or break up with a boyfriend / girlfriend, consider what you can do to prevent this from happening at your next job or in a future relationship.

    • Perhaps certain people or situations were pulling you down and were one of the factors that led to failure. Reevaluate your relationship and consider if you have problem friends or acquaintances who are preventing you from becoming who you want. If so, then you may need to end the relationship.
  4. Define your priorities and choose goals. Once you know what went wrong and why, it's time to plan your new life. A plan is not a clear timetable for your life. Its points can change over time, you will face obstacles and unexpected twists and turns and opportunities, no matter which path you choose. If you know what you want and more or less understand how to get it, then it's easier to start setting short-term goals in order to achieve what you want.

    • Don't worry if you don't have a perfect 10-step plan for success. You may find it harder to reach your goal if you write something like Find Your Calling or Love Yourself More. Start with a few steps that you know will make things better. As you move forward, you will have a better idea of what you really want to be successful.
    • The most important thing is to start taking action. Despite the fact that the expression "actions speak more than words" may sound like a cliché, it is absolutely true. You can talk as much as you like about the fact that you are going to start a new life, but until you take the first step towards it, your words will not matter.
  5. Talk about your plan with a friend or family member who can support you. It is best to talk to someone who had nothing to do with what happened, especially if they had a similar problem. When you are on the verge of dropping out of school, the situation can be salvaged. Talk to older students who have faced the same difficulties and find out how they got out of the situation. If you've had a breakup, ask others what they think about the way you behaved and what your boyfriend / girlfriend did. You might be surprised. Your friends might even have foreseen this outcome in advance.

    • By sharing your struggles and worries with the person who cares about you, you can feel like you can really start from a clean slate, as well as get good advice.
    • If you tell others about your plan, you may have a better chance of making it happen. If you actually tell someone that you want to turn your life around, there is a good chance that you will because you will feel responsible for what you say to that person. Thus, if you don't stick to the plan, you will feel like you are letting yourself down. and people who care about you.
  6. Decide on your intentions. It is desirable that they be preceded by earlier steps. Allocate time for these intentions, for example, you can devote several evenings to reading books. Sometimes decisiveness and willpower help you fulfill your intentions. Sometimes you need to transform your life to do this. If you turn off your computer's instant messenger software while you do your homework, you won't be engrossed in long conversations with friends until the allotted time for school is over. Your life change plan can be built from a series of tiny steps. You won't be able to turn everything around in one day, but if you constantly make small changes in your life, you will achieve success.

    • One of the best ways to train your willpower is to give yourself small rewards for every step you successfully complete. Every time you do your homework, mark your achievements on a scale of points. Keeping track of small steps of progress and giving yourself small but frequent rewards is one of the best ways to achieve your goal. Think about how the game is built - how often and for what you get points. If you distribute your rewards in the same way as points are credited in your favorite game, you can get the same effect to change your habits.
  7. Get rid of your bad habits. For every bad habit, you have a real excuse. By understanding the needs and desires that fill your bad habits, you can find the key to turning them into good ones. Your favorite video game can give you more excitement than your studies because you get points, you win windows appear, and so on. easier to get than in the game, it will help you deal with your problem. If you eat too much to be enjoyable but gain weight, replace that habit with something else that you enjoy.

    • Each bad habit fulfills a real need, so your job is to figure out how you can do it without hurting yourself or others and helping yourself achieve your goals, not putting yourself down.
  8. Find people to support you. Usually, it is good if they are your parents or good friends. You can't be the person who pulled you into this situation. Give less time and attention to people who are pulling you back. Getting angry with them means giving them time and attention. It is better to use this energy not for anger, but for the desire to surpass yourself and say: “I will do it. I will show them, ”how to use it against these people. Each time you complete another item on your list, you can tell them how great it is to take the next step forward.

    • Of course, there will be obstacles in your way. It `s naturally. Therefore, it will be easier for you if you have people with whom you can talk about your plan, about successes and failures.
  9. Look ahead firmly and don't trust anyone who thinks you won't be able to start a new life. If you have made progress before, then you have proof that you can reach heights. The more honest you are with yourself, the easier it will be for you to choose the best direction. The best path is the one that brings you joy, when real passion ignites your efforts, and the process is so enjoyable that you would do it even if you were not striving for the goal.

    • Remember to enjoy it on the way to achieving your goal. Think of it not as a test, but as an exciting adventure that will have its successes and failures, but which will ultimately lead you to where you need to be.

    Part 2

    How to stay strong
    1. Be positive about everything. It is important to remain optimistic and energetic on the path to a new life. While it may seem impossible (especially if you live in truly dire conditions), the more you try to look at each day with a smile instead of complaining and feeling overwhelmed, the more likely you will have what you get. necessary. Instead of complaining, talk about something good in life that you are looking forward to. While you need to release negative emotions from time to time, focusing on the bad sides of life will only make it harder to deal with them.

      • Spending time with happy and positive people can also help you maintain a positive outlook on life. If you spend time with those who see only the worst in any situation, you are much more likely to feel the same way.
    2. Stay confident. Of course, it's easy to get discouraged when you want to completely rebuild your life, but you have to remember the things you love yourself for instead of the ones you need to work on. While it's important to acknowledge your flaws and try to fix them whenever possible, it's also important to remember all the things you love yourself for and what makes you great. Make a list of your positive qualities and the things you excel at. Work on adding words and deeds to this list.

      • One way to boost your self-confidence is to do what you do well. Nothing will bring you more pleasure than being successful at something that comes easily to you.
      • While it can take a long time to build self-confidence, it doesn't hurt to design it, “fake” it, even if you don't feel it. Stand upright, keep your head high, and look straight instead of down. Keep your arms at your sides to be open to opportunities, instead of shutting yourself off from new contacts. The more often you “fake” your confidence in this way, the more chances you have to actually feel it.
    3. Feel responsible. It is important to be responsible for your actions and past mistakes that led to your present position. Once you've recognized where you went wrong, you can move forward much faster. If you persist in blaming the whole world for 100% of your problems, you won't feel like you have the means by which you can fix everything. If you are responsible for the negative moments in your life, then you will feel full responsibility for your accomplishments.

Don't be too hard on yourself. While it is important to be responsible, it is equally important to treat yourself with care and forgiveness. Everyone makes mistakes, and you shouldn't think that you are a failure just because you went down the wrong path. Treat yourself with empathy, kindness, and compassion, and you will find it much easier to move forward. If you find fault with yourself, it will be almost impossible to feel confident and positive, and it will hinder you from achieving your goals.

      • Being self-critical is not the same as blaming yourself. Criticism helps: it shows why you do certain things and whether something else can be done. She defines the problem. Blaming yourself is pointless to torture yourself. You are already uncomfortable, and criticism will not motivate you to do something else. If you blame yourself or others, the situation may repeat itself. If this has happened more than once, seriously consider this possibility.
    4. Apologize to everyone you hurt. It is important to correct old mistakes before moving forward with a pure soul. Think of everyone you could hurt or harm when you were having a hard time. Try to apologize to them in person or in writing and tell them how sorry you are. They may not completely forgive you or believe that you are actually going to change until you prove the opposite to them. But it's still a step towards better change.

      • If the thought that you have harmed someone oppresses you, it will be harder for you to move forward. While it can be hard to get rid of a bad past completely, apologizing to the people you hurt will take you a step in the right direction and feel confident.
    5. Help others. You may feel like helping other people is the last thing you can do when you yourself can barely get your life in order. But if you are ready to stand firm on your feet and start living anew, slow down for a moment and help someone who needs it. This person could be a friend who is having a harder time now than you, a neighbor who is lonely, or even an adult who wants to learn how to use a computer.

      • By helping others, you will not only change their lives, but you will also see that you can truly offer a lot to society and the world at large.
    6. Admit what you have lost in life. It takes a certain amount of courage to start over, but the reward is endless freedom. Recognize what you have lost and what you have given up in your present life. This way you will begin to realize what really matters to you. Being honest with yourself is a very powerful driving force. It will help you become more attentive to yourself and your needs and choose the right path.

It falls on the wreckage of the past, when it is necessary to get out of the impasse. Forty years is the age of re-evaluating oneself. The period of summing up, counting failures and successes, gains and losses, fulfillment in the family and at work. And if such a "revision" ends disappointingly, do not despair. So, it's time to remember the aphorism from the film "Moscow Doesn't Believe in Tears" - "At forty a life is just beginning. "

Start by making changes in yourself. First of all, stop feeling sorry for yourself and thinking that there are many of them, therefore, with your talents and problems, no one needs you. No two people are alike. You are not in demand until you are interesting to yourself. Therefore, away from doubts, optimism and positive thinking should become help.

Defeat inertia and inner fatigue, feel desire and enthusiasm. The soul has no age, and in a forty-year-old person it is still young. But the organism has a property. To slow down this process, go in for sports, join a yoga group, lead an active lifestyle, increasing the load every day. This will help not only keep yourself in constant tone, but also cope with sad thoughts about your own failure or approaching old age. Remember the wise saying "A healthy mind is in a healthy body."

Give up bad habits (if you have any). And a sense of pride: "I can do anything!" will help to cope with all the difficulties.

Be sure to translate into a life at least one of my cherished dreams. For example, learn Chinese, study or visit Venice. This will not only cheer you up and give you pleasure, but also help you find new friends with the same interests.

Don't focus on problems or illnesses. Take care of yourself and the quality of your life. Say no to depression. And most importantly, remember that a life you only have one, there will be no other. And only you yourself can become its creator.

  • how to change your life at 40

It is sometimes extremely necessary at first. However, this should not turn into an escape from negative events that have already taken place. Trying to change his life in such circumstances, a person wants to forget about the past, he flees from himself, it is like fleeing from a sinking ship without a life buoy. Starting a new life is truly extremely difficult, but quite possible.

Forget about the past and live life to the fullest

Try to forget about past negative events in your life. A psychologist can help you to do this in the most correct way. It is very difficult to forget past events, however, as a rule, a person tends to remember only good things, so over time, with the help of professionals, you will succeed. Start living your life to the fullest. Just do what you like best. Remember that life is short, and it is given to a person only once, do it in such a way as to live it the best.

Stop complaining about life, this will only make others see only negative sides in you, you will be boring and weak in character. Communicate only with positive and cheerful people, they will keep you positive thoughts.

Don't do what you don't like

Take a piece of paper and write down a list of things you don't like to do. Study it carefully and try to stop doing them. This does not mean, for example, that you need to quit going to school just because you don’t like to learn, but if you don’t like your job, you may consider changing it to another.

If you are unable to make such changes, try to find the positive aspects of what you have, look for ways to make them more meaningful. For example, if you do not like cleaning the house, do it fully consciously, turn this process into a rite of meditation. You will be surprised at the calmness of your mind and the pleasure that you will receive from your work.

Be frugal

Keep track of your finances, you should not part with money easily, even if you are a very kind person and are ready to help anyone who asks for your help. If you want to start a new life in a new city or even a country, you just need to learn how to manage your cash flow. You must calculate your expenses in advance, do not drive yourself to the point of being left without money in your place.

Stay realistic

Have you ever thought about what might have happened if we had the opportunity to rebuild everything that we want in our life? Without pain, without a doubt, without ghosts of the past ... Without remorse, a train of past failures and painful partings with anyone or anything ... Without false expectations, disappointments and stereotypes that kill initiative ... Without thoughts “I should ”,“ I can't ”,“ what should I do? ”... Without attachment to things that are no longer needed, memories that cause pain, fears that fetter the future ... Today's text is just about start life from scratch, how to prepare your consciousness for total zeroing and let changes in yourself and your life.

DREAM HOUSE IN OUR CONSCIOUSNESS

Now imagine that you have such an opportunity... I'm serious, close your eyes and try to see with your inner vision how your old world is crumbling, crumbling without your pain and regrets, everything is in order, everything is for the best, your soul is quiet and calm. And on its ruins you can lay a new foundation, build walls and a ceiling - your dream home... There is space, cleanliness, emptiness and white walls all around ... What would you most likely like to add to this house without restraining yourself with material frames? Imagine to the smallest detail, detail, sensation ...

I can smell the creak under my feet and the smell of fresh wood scattering from the parquet floor or new window frame. I feel a light cool breeze tingling my bare shoulders, I breathe in the scent of a blossoming world ...

Outside the window, let there be high-rise buildings. They have always attracted me, like a cozy shell of life seething inside them. Especially in the evenings, when each window lights up with its own shade of warm light.

No unnecessary things, complete absence, which we have been dragging with us since childhood. Only what is needed at the moment, for a new life and a new you... What are these things and objects? What are the walls decorated with? What are the curtains on the windows? How spacious are the rooms?

I never needed space, the closer - the more comfortable sometimes. But I would definitely like more light. Pure white with an emphasis on greenery and wood. Dream...

Why did I start building a new life from home? Of course, this is all external. It is better to start global personal transformations from the inside, and housing can change depending on the situation and location. But I am absolutely sure that one thing follows the other. For us, our own home is a sacred place, a space for relaxation and constant renewal of physical and mental strength. Security is one of the basic needs, and the house is the basis of the foundations, the foundation of the future personality, the ability to sort out thoughts and plans along with things. I started a new life from my personal space. But you can go straight to the next point.

BUILDING A DREAM PERSONALITY

If you had the opportunity to become that incomparable person, whom you perform in your most cherished dreams, would you take this chance? Become who you feel in your dreams: without fear, doubt and bias? Possess those qualities and character traits that so attract you in others? Have and be able to do what you want, create without barriers and shame? Forget the painful past, abandon bad habits that inhibit personal development and the flowering of life? Change yourself completely and completely from head to toe, from thoughts and internal sensations to external appearance?

The events of the past make the path difficult, acting as a terrible obstacle to building a personality of dreams. We respond to stereotypes. On the opinions that people have about us. About self-image based on experience and successful or unsuccessful attempts. We do not consider external factors that contributed to success or failure. We do not think about internal hindrances or impulses that prompted or hindered us in the process of implementing certain ideas. We only remember the facts. "Won? I am a fine fellow, I can do everything further. " “Didn't it work out? I am a failure, I am not capable of anything, it is not worth trying. " Who told us about this? Why is this categorical? "Oh, how I would like to forget everything, change myself, start over ... If only I could ..."

Do you know what is the most interesting thing? It is not so much the opinion of other people about us that hinders us, but their own interpretation and ideas about these opinions... You can't get into someone else's thoughts, you can't dive into another person's inner world, and your own imagination works wonders and winds a skein after skein of false interpretation of other people's ideas about us on a ball of uncertainty. It's hard to stop. You continue to act automatically, programmed by other people's attitudes and expectations. But the programmer, oddly enough, is ourselves.

It is quite possible to write any program for yourself and create yourself exactly the way you want to be.

The only question is how exactly to do it.

And now to practice. Imagination enters the battle again. We put a little man in our dream house - an empty, clean and transparent phantom. We slowly fill it with pleasant memories, bright thoughts, pure hopes, desired qualities and UNCONCLUSIVE BELIEF IN SUCCESS.

Only we ourselves set the program, whether we succeed or not. Only we ourselves create the image of a dream.

Of course, forgetting all the bad things at once, crossing out the past, throwing presets and stereotypes out of your head will not work. But I can assure you by my own example that a decent share of doubts, uncertainties and negative thoughts disappear instantly and for no reason. It works and gives a tremendous flow of vital energy. How I coped with the endless stream of negative thoughts, which overshadowed all aspirations, I will tell in more detail in. For now, just try the imaginary renewal visualization exercises.

HOW TO START LIVING A DREAM LIFE

Dream life is the colors with which we paint our first imaginary home and ourselves... You can draw anything, spreading the boundaries of your life far beyond the home, as you wish. Nobody ever limits us in anything, except ourselves. Nobody has the right to do this. It is important to remember that there are many possibilities open to us. We are in the right, and even obliged to bring into our life what is truly important, interesting and necessary for us. This is a complex and lengthy process, but quite real.

We are able to rebuild both the dream house and the desired personality. And they are limited only in time. Many unexplored roads lead to dreams, transformed into goals, which you can turn or go on absolutely unexpectedly. And everything is much simpler than it seems. It is just important not to be afraid to choose at least one of the visible directions, take the first step, walk, run and not give up, gradually acquiring faster vehicles. Good luck everyone!

FROM VIRTUALITY TO REALITY
STARTING LIFE AGAIN. THE FIRST STEPS

In the project, I live with you all the agreed points and share my experience, show what works for me and what doesn't. And here are a few points from my personal plan for building a life from scratch.

  1. Get rid of negative thoughts that prevent you from living and acting. (Done, post about it soon).
  2. Get rid of an unpleasant past by decluttering your home (most likely, there will be a series of articles about this).
  3. Create your dream home from the possibilities available and what is at hand.
  4. Get to the bottom of the most painful and far-hidden memories and deprive them of their emotional coloring. ().
  5. Remember what brought joy in the past and find new sources. Add this to your life ().
  6. Live imaginary dream lives (more on that very soon too).
  7. Bring the outer image in line with inner feelings and aspirations.

That's all for now. Not an easy task, to be honest. But I'm sure I can handle it. And I'm sure of you. If you want to start life from scratch, join us, silently or by sharing your impressions in the comments. More fun and easier together! 😉
