A very easy waffle iron recipe.

  • 4 eggs
  • vanilla sugar
  • 1-1.5 cups flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • pack of margarine
  • salt, soda

Beat eggs with sugar mixed with vanilla sugar. With a mixer, the process will go faster. (Don't forget to add a pinch of salt).

Melt margarine.

After cooling slightly, pour it into a mixture of eggs and sugar. We continue to beat.

This is the amount of soda we need.

Gradually add flour to the mixture, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

We extinguish the soda with vinegar and pour it into the dough. Stir, after a minute or two, the dough will begin to bubble slightly.

The dough turns out to be liquid, fluid.

We heat the waffle iron, carefully lubricate the baking surfaces vegetable oil(if waffle iron with non-stick coating- do not need to be lubricated) before baking the first product. Further lubrication is not necessary.

Pour one or two tablespoons of dough onto the bottom surface and press quickly and firmly. It is not necessary to smear the dough on the surface (as in my photo) ... Two touching baking surfaces of the waffle iron will make it better!

Waffles are baked for no more than 3-5 minutes (it all depends on the power of the electric waffle iron). After 3 minutes, the top cover can be lifted and you can see how the process is going.

Remove the finished wafer with a spatula and quickly roll up with a tube or horn. Ready tubes can simply be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

You can fill it with any cream - custard, butter, protein, boiled condensed milk, jam, jam, jam.

Recipe 2: simple waffle rolls in a waffle iron

  • Eggs - 5 pieces
  • Sugar - 0.5 - 1 cup
  • Flour - 1.5 cups

The recipe is suitable for the old Soviet electric waffle iron EV-1/220 produced by the Dnepropetrovsk plant Elektrobytpribor. This is a rectangular waffle iron.

  • 3 eggs,
  • 100 g butter,
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g wheat flour,
  • vanilla on the tip of a teaspoon.

In a bowl, rub eggs with softened butter.

Add granulated sugar and continue with a fork, stir thoroughly.

When the butter is well mixed, pour flour and vanilla into a bowl. We mix the dough until the state of liquid sour cream, without lumps.

We turn on the waffle iron and warm it up for ten minutes.

We soak a cotton sponge in refined vegetable oil and wipe the working surface of the electric waffle iron with it.

With a tablespoon, pour the dough into the center of the heated surface and quickly cover with the second surface.

Slightly press the sash with your hand. Bake each waffle for 2-3 minutes while steaming.

We open the electric waffle iron and see if the waffle is ruddy enough for your taste.

Carefully pry off the edge of the waffle with a knife.

And immediately twist it into a tube. This stage is the fastest, you need to twist the tube while the waffle is still hot.

  • kefir - 400 ml,

Beat margarine, add sugar to it little by little. Beat eggs until foamy. Pour flour into whipped margarine in portions, alternating with portions of cream, gradually mixing. Beaten eggs are poured into the well-mixed dough and mixed well again.


4. FRESH WAFERS
Flour - 1 cup
Egg - 1 pc.
Water - 1 glass
Mix egg yolk, salt and baking soda well. Add half a glass of water, add all the flour and mix thoroughly, gradually adding the rest of the water. For sweet waffles, add 2 tablespoons of sugar.


5. SAND WAFFLE
Flour - 2 cups
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 30 g.
Water - 0.5 l.
Salt, soda - on the tip of a teaspoon
Vanillin - to taste
Rub room temperature butter with sugar, add egg, salt, soda, vanillin and beat well. Add half a serving of water, add flour and mix thoroughly. Then gradually add the rest of the portion.


6. WAFERS ON KEFIR (not sweet)
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups of kefir
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs


7. WAFERS WITH MILK
0.5 l milk
1/2 pack margarine
1 egg
250 g sugar (I take less - somewhere around 200 g)
vanillin


Melt margarine.
Add egg, sugar, vanillin, mix with a mixer. Then there is a trick: to make the dough without lumps, I first add flour and stir, and then add milk a little bit.
If the dough becomes liquid - again flour, diluted with milk. And so, until about 0.5 liters of milk is used up.
The dough should turn out like thick sour cream (but not rustic, where the spoon is).


8. WAFERS ON CONDENSED WHITE
margarine 200 g;
condensed milk 1 can;
eggs 2 pcs;
starch 1 glass;
flour 1 glass;
soda (1/3 tsp), slaked with vinegar.
Mash the margarine, mix all the ingredients, the dough should not be liquid. Put a little dough on the base of the waffle iron, make sure that the waffles do not burn.
Before the first waffle, grease the waffle iron (both surfaces), then no oil is needed. To make the waffles the same color, I follow the clock with a second hand. As soon as the waffle is ready, I twist it into a tube. Tried different recipes, but I didn’t like everything, if you don’t eat at one time, the waffles become soft, and these remain crispy for a long time.


9. WAFERS WITH SOUR CREAM
Eggs - 5 pcs.
Sugar - 5 tbsp. l
Butter - 1 tbsp. l
Sour cream - 1/2 cup
Flour - 1 cup
Separate the whites from the yolks and refrigerate. Grind the yolks with sugar until white, add melted butter (not hot), sour cream to them; mix, add flour and stir well until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add cooled proteins whipped into a thick foam into this mass and gently mix from top to bottom.


10. CREAMY WAFERS
butter - 125 g
sugar - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
flour - 1/2 cup
eggs - 4 pcs
cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
water - 1 glass
vanilla sugar - to taste
Cooking method
Mix softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Beat egg yolks with salt until smooth and transfer to softened butter with sugar.
Beat the resulting mass with a mixer until foam forms.
Mix the sifted flour with soda and a little water. Then transfer to the egg-butter mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Then pour in the remaining water, cream and mix until smooth.
Beat the cooled egg whites until fluffy, carefully fold into the batter and fold gently with a wooden spatula.
Fry the waffles in a preheated electric waffle iron for 2-5 minutes.


11. WAFERS "MOM"
2 cups (250 g) flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp. l. Sahara
1 tsp salt
2 glasses of milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add milk, eggs and vegetable oil, mix thoroughly.

1. Beat softened butter, sugar, vanilla powder until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time while continuing to beat.
2. Mix flour and baking powder. Add to the egg-butter mixture alternately with the cream, in small portions. At the end, add a little mineral water with gas to make a dough of thick sour cream consistency, a little thicker than for pancakes.


13. YOGHURT WAFERS
3 eggs
1.5 cups (375g) vanilla or fruit yogurt
1.25 cups (150 g) flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
100 g butter, melted
Cooking method
1. Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Whisk eggs in a large bowl, then add yogurt, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, melted butter, mixing until smooth.
2. Pour a small amount of batter into the hot waffle iron. The dough will expand slightly under the lid. Bake until no more steam comes out, about 5 minutes.


14. GENTLE WAFFLES WITH COTTAGE CHEESE
3 eggs
0.5 glass of milk
150 g cottage cheese
3 art. l. Sahara
3 art. l. butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Cooking method
1. Separate the whites and yolks.
2. Beat the protein to stable peaks.
3. Mix flour with salt and baking powder.
4. Beat the yolk with sugar, add melted butter, milk and cottage cheese.
5. Mix the yolk mixture with flour.
6. Gently add egg whites, stirring from top to bottom

so that the mass does not fall off.

15. WAFERS FOR BREAKFAST
2 1/2 cups flour
200 g butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
Cooking method
1. Mix flour with salt. Beat eggs lightly with sugar. Add vanilla extract to eggs.
2. Melt the butter. Add eggs with sugar to butter, knead well with a spoon.
3. Add flour little by little. Mix well until smooth.
4. Bake in an electric waffle iron or in a waffle iron on the stove.


16. Belgian waffles
Soft margarine (butter) - 125 g
Granulated sugar - 75 g
Vanilla sugar - 1 packet.
Chicken egg - 3 pcs
Wheat flour - 250 g

Separate whites from yolks. Beat the whites well.
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, egg yolks and salt until sugar dissolves.
Mix flour and baking powder for dough. Pour the milk into the flour and add the butter and sugar mass.
After that add mineral water and whipped egg whites.
Mix everything well
When serving, you can sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.


17. LIEGE WAFFLE
Flour - 400 g
Egg - 2 pcs
Milk - 140 ml
Sugar (large) - 180 g
Butter - 200 g
Yeast (dry) - 1.5 tsp
Vanilla sugar - 1 packet.
Salt - 0.2 tsp
Warm up half of the milk / in the microwave or on the stove /. Add yeast, cover and leave to rise for 10 minutes.
Break 2 eggs into the remaining milk, add salt, beat everything well with a whisk.
In a deep bowl, mix flour with butter. Add sugar, milk with yeast and milk with eggs, mix well with a wooden spoon or mixer on low speed until a sticky dough forms. Cover and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
On a well-floured work surface, divide the dough into 12 pieces.
Roll each part into a ball, roll in large pieces of sugar.


18. VIENNA WAFFLES.
Sugar (more if you want sweeter) - 100 g
Flour - 350 g
Milk - 1 stack.
Butter - 200 g
Egg - 3 pcs
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
Baking powder - 2 tsp
Grind butter with sugar, add milk and eggs, then add flour, baking powder and lemon juice, mix everything.
The dough is ready!
Gently spoon the batter onto the waffle iron and bake for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.


19. COTTAGE WAFFLES "GOLDEN"
Cottage cheese (low fat) - 125 g
Butter (melted) - 60 g
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Lemon zest (grated, 1 lemon)
Flour - 150 g
Milk - 1/8 l
Egg - 3 pcs
Mix cottage cheese with melted butter, add sugar and lemon zest. Gradually add flour and milk. Separate the whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the dough.
Beat egg whites until very stiff and carefully fold into batter. Bake waffles until golden brown.


20. CORN WAFERS
Corn flour - 150 g
Chicken egg - 2 pcs
Butter - 50 g
Milk - 200 ml
Liquid honey - 4 tbsp. l.
chopped almonds (a little)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Rum (optional) - 1 tsp
From corn flour, eggs, butter (melt), milk, baking powder, honey and rum (if you add), knead the dough and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Add almonds and mix.
We heat the waffle iron (if necessary, grease with oil) and pour the dough.
Bake until golden yellow.


21. STARCH WAFERS
Butter (melted) - 100 g
Granulated sugar - 150 g
Chicken egg - 3 pcs
Wheat flour - 100 g
Starch - 100 g
Baking powder for dough - 1 tsp.
Mix melted butter with sugar
Add eggs, beat with a mixer
Add flour, starch and baking powder. The dough becomes thick. Let it sit for 30 minutes
Spread on a greased waffle iron 1 tbsp. l. test
Bake waffles until golden brown.
Yield is about 12 waffles.


22. COCONUT WAFERS
Butter (margarine) - 150 g
Flour - 300 g
Coconut shavings - 100 g
Sugar - 100 g
Vanillin - 1 sachet.
Egg - 3 pcs
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
Salt (a pinch)
Melt the butter, add sugar and vanilla, mix with a mixer. Add eggs one at a time. We mix everything.
We add salt and coconut flakes to our mixture. We mix.
Now add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly.
We heat up our electric waffle iron, spread the dough.


23. WAFFLE "GLAKOMKA"
Egg - 4 pcs
Sour cream - 5 tbsp. l.
Flour - 4 tbsp. l.
Starch - 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 0.5 stack.
Salt (a pinch)
Break the eggs into a bowl.
Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
Add sour cream and mix with a whisk.
Add flour and starch, alternately, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
Heat the waffle iron (you can also bake in the oven on parchment, spreading 1 tbsp at a distance).
Pour 1 tbsp. l. into the mold and immediately press down with a lid.


24. CRISPY WAFFLES.
Chicken egg - 4 pcs
Margarine - 200 g
Sugar - 1 stack.
Powdered sugar - 1 stack.
Flour - 1.5 stack.
Vanillin
Melt margarine, cool a little, add sugar, powdered sugar, eggs, vanillin, flour. The dough should be like sour cream. Put a tablespoon in a waffle iron and bake until the desired color. Twist immediately hot, otherwise they will break.


25. RHINE WAFFLE.
Butter - 125 g
Sugar - 0.5 stack.
Flour - 1.5 stack.
Egg - 2 pcs
Cloves (ground) - 2 g
Cinnamon (ground) - 2 g
Lemon zest (grated, 1 lemon)
First, beat the butter (room temperature), gradually add sugar, egg yolks, ground cloves, cinnamon and lemon zest to it. Pour the sifted flour in portions into the whipped butter and stir constantly. Pour the beaten egg whites into the well-mixed dough and mix well again. Bake until done.


26. LEAN WAFERS
Granulated sugar - 0.5 stack.
Sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour - 1 stack.
Water - 2/3 stack.
Baking soda (at the tip of a knife)
Mix flour with sugar and soda, pour in water and sunflower oil- the dough will turn out like pancakes.
Bake like regular waffles.
The number of components is given for 1 serving (approximately 10 thin wafers).
The waffles are sweet and delicious.


27. WAFFLES FROM PUFF DOUGH.
Puff pastry - 1 pack.
Flour (A little)
Defrost the dough plates and cut into strips, roll lightly in flour (so as not to stick to the rolling pin), roll out a little.
Put one strip in the waffle iron, press the lid and 2 minutes. fry.
Put on a dish or board (also prepare the rest of the layers).


28. CHOCOLATE WAFFLES.
1 st. l. beat milk with 2 yolks,
2 tbsp. l. sugar, 1 tbsp. l. cocoa, 2 tbsp. l. sl. oils, vanilla
and 1.5 st. flour. Enter 2 vzb. yolk, mix. Bake waffles.


29. WAFERS WITH MAYONNAISE.
250 gr. mayonnaise, 3 eggs, 200 gr. margarine,
1 cup starch 1.5 cups sugar
1 tsp soda quenched with vinegar, 3 cups flour.
Mix everything and bake waffles until golden brown.


30. WAFERS WITH CINNAMON.
200g cl. beat butter with salt
1/4 st. sugar, cinnamon, pour 1 tbsp. flour, mix.
Enter 3 vzb. protein, put in a waffle iron, bake until golden brown.

Remember the tubes from childhood that were baked on a waffle iron and wrapped hot? They did not have time to cool down, as they were already absorbed with incredible speed, they were so tasty. Or puff tubes? In this article, you can find several recipes for preparing such a treat.

The easiest recipe for tubes that can be cooked on a waffle iron is
waffle rolls.

  • butter or creamy margarine (150 g);
  • sugar (150 g);
  • eggs (4 pcs.);
  • potato starch (50 g);
  • wheat flour (150 g);
  • milk / water (1/2 cup).

While we are preparing the dough, you can turn on the waffle iron, greased with vegetable oil, so that it warms up.

Beat soft butter (or margarine) with sugar, gradually adding egg yolks, introducing them into the mixture one at a time.

Gradually add starch, flour and at the end - milk (water).

Beat the chilled egg whites in a thick foam and carefully introduce into the dough, carefully stirring in one direction. The resulting dough should acquire the consistency of pancake.

The tubes are baked immediately. In the middle of the already heated waffle iron (lower half), put a dessert spoon of dough and cover with the upper half of the waffle iron, not pressing very hard. The tubes are baked for about a minute, until golden brown, after which they are removed with a knife or spatula. We wrap the tubes while still hot, and only after cooling they can be laid on a dish.

The tube recipe is a base that can be stuffed with boiled condensed milk or butter cream, meringue or custard. It's a matter of taste here.

Another recipe for straws, this time made from puff pastry, which can be purchased at any supermarket.

To prepare them, we need:

Puff pastry must first be defrosted at room temperature, after which it can be rolled out and cut into narrow strips two to three centimeters wide.

Whoever has cone-shaped molds on the farm will find it a little easier for them. Those who do not have them will have to use the foil from which the bags are made - frames.

We carefully wrap the cones prepared in this way with strips of dough, winding them in a spiral.

We put our forms wrapped with dough on a pre-greased and covered baking sheet and bake for twenty minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

The foil is removed from the finished tubes only after they have completely cooled down.

The resulting puff cones are just the base from which you can make puff tubes with cream. Moreover, the cream can be completely different, to your taste. Try to prepare the filling in the following way.

Beat four egg whites in a water bath until soft peaks appear.

Gradually add the sugar (approximately 1 cup), beating constantly until the peaks become stiffer.

Add a tablespoon to the mixture lemon juice and continue beating until smooth.

The resulting cream is left in the cold for two hours, after which they can fill the tubes.

Another simple strawberry recipe that is quick and easy to make.

Custard tubes with cream

To prepare the dough we need:

  • flour (180 g);
  • water (180 g);
  • butter (125 g);
  • eggs (5 pcs.);
  • salt (at the tip of a knife).

Add butter and salt to the hot water.

After the water boils, remove from heat and add flour, stirring vigorously.

When the resulting mass cools slightly (it becomes approximately 70 degrees), rub eggs into it one at a time.

We put the prepared choux pastry into a pastry bag with a nozzle in the form of a smooth metal tube.

Squeeze sticks on a previously lightly oiled baking sheet, the length of which should not exceed 10-12 centimeters.

Bake in the oven for thirty minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees (220).

After complete cooling, we prick the finished custard tubes with a knife and fill it with cream using a confectionery syringe, which will require:

  • sugar (300 g);
  • milk (0.5 l);
  • flour (80 g);
  • vanilla sugar.

We heat the milk, in which we add sugar. Add the flour to the boiling solution, stirring vigorously until a creamy mass is obtained. When custard cool down a bit, feel free to stuff the tubes.
