Everything is much simpler - a calendar with important dates can hang on your wall and be not only a useful item, but also beautiful decor interior.
This calendar can be easily made at home. To do this, we need such simple elements: a flat board rectangular shape, small iron hooks (the more the better, but not less than 24), cardboard circles, paints, nail polishes, strong thread.
The whole procedure should not take you more than an hour.
So, for starters, let's take a large rectangular board and make two small holes in it to thread the thread on which our calendar will be held on the wall.
Next, turn on your creativity and imagination: paint the board as your heart desires. Leave some space at the bottom to write the names of the months there, as usual, from January to December. write better dark color nail polish - it will be clearly visible from afar.

If you do not have the opportunity to draw anything, you can print your favorite drawing and simply stick it on with PVA glue, or transparent tape. If you choose adhesive tape, then it is better to glue the entire board, lengthwise, so that it looks aesthetically pleasing.

How to make a calendar?

- You can make a stencil on a computer. Type an inscription in a text document and set the desired font and size. Then print out the sheet and transfer the letters (first with a pencil) using carbon paper.
- If there is no opportunity to make a stencil, draw the letters directly on the board (you can carefully draw straight lines with a pencil). Also can be found ready-made version in the departments for creativity.
- Letters are also painted with acrylic paints. You can also write with markers.
- We turn the base over and divide it into equal segments (so that you can hang 12 rings, one for each month) and make serifs with a marker. In these places along the end, we need to drill small holes and insert self-tapping screws with rings.
- It remains only to fasten the chips together (on each marker write a number and name) with rings and hang them on the screws. Above each chain, you can write a month with a marker.
- If desired, the base board can be varnished. We attach two more screws to the upper end to insert a thread and hang our family calendar.

The complex science of hole drilling is better for him so far))) I have mastered only the walls and flower pots, and here you need to carefully thin drill. Then sand the resulting holes a little more so that there are no burrs.

By the way, these sticks turned out to be very useful - like toothpicks, only longer. In my opinion, this is something from the culinary theme, but I found them in children in craft materials))))
