Minuses: constant work with the population. Many negative people, but you can learn to cope with it and it will not be a minus. Since the MFC is an intermediary between citizens and the authorities exercising their powers, sometimes the authorities require additional information for the correct decision-making, and sometimes citizens do not provide such information. Conflicting people.

Is it worth going to work for the starting position?

Since now I am already engaged in private practice, I can say that the experience of working at the MFC gave me basic knowledge and the ability to work with people. The multifunctional center gives the ability and skills to work with big amount information. Teaches you to quickly navigate the situation and make decisions. Teaches you to take responsibility for yourself and solve problems yourself.

There is a career, the main thing is to work efficiently and a lot. To build a career as a legal adviser, an employer requires a law degree. As for leadership positions, then, in principle, it is possible to grow up to them, but you will have to spend several years of your life working as an ordinary specialist.
