What kind of meditation can give?

How to enter Arkan

You are reading the description of the Arcana. Consider keywords and meanings. Then present the image. Make it big and alive. You become a Traveler through a painted scene. You can approach any character, ask him a question, and even feel like in his role. You can bypass temples and caves if you find any. In the process of such immersion, you gradually understand the hidden meaning and wisdom of this Arcana. Then you "come out" of meditation, open your eyes. Remember what you saw and heard. Write down and tell the rest of the participants in the dive.

Working out the Arcana during the week

One of the main components of working with the Arcana is a special inner state that appears during your stay in the Arcana, and the main wisdom of the Arcana. Wisdom is contained in the name of the Arcana itself and in several key meanings that precede the text of the description of the picture. All Arcana differ from each other precisely in this state and the wisdom contained in the Arcana. A picture or image is just a key for tuning, without which it would be difficult to enter a particular Arcana for the first time. After immersion for a week (or more) until the next immersion, it is necessary to understand those life situations that, in a training manner, begin to attract Arcanum vibrations to the “arcanaut”. So in a very short time, many problems that usually surround a person can disappear. The speed of working out such “lessons” depends, of course, on him, and on accepting the situation from a new point of view, usually “Arcane”.

You can move on the positive side of the Arcana, then situations will bring success. But it is possible, remaining passive and not working with the Arcana, to go through the negative side of the Arcana. Then all week there will be continuous trials and crisis situations, which without Arcane vibrations would be enough for a year. And these tests sometimes fit in a week. So to speak, "through thorns to the stars"... Lessons are still passed, these are the properties of the Arcane spaces. But trials are hard...

Reason 1.

If you want to work with cards, then a close acquaintance with the Arcana will help in this. Go to meditation in Arkan if you do not understand or feel the card, because during meditation a connection between you arises. You look at Arkan, and he looks at you. You study each other, pour energy into each other, share love and joy from this meeting. If you want someone or something to open up to you, to share their secrets, then be ready to open up yourself!

Reason 2.

Meditation helps you synchronize your energies with the energies of the Arcana. This allows you to tune in to the vibration of the card and correct yourself. If you have a deck, you can ask her (having selected only the Major Arcana from the deck in advance), which of the cards will be most favorable to you during these days. Put the recommended card in a visible place, by the bed or near the workplace so that you spend as much time as possible in its field. This will help you stay in sync with it.

Reason 3.

Also, in meditation, you can walk on a particular card in order to attract this energy into your life. Need help with children? Meditate on the Empress. Do you want to move up the career ladder? Take the Sun card. No energy and feeling exhausted? Go to the Renaissance ... and so on. Such meditations very well correct events and the future, because you connect to their energies and powerful egregors that stand behind them.

Make sure that no one bothers you for a while, turn off your phones. Create a pleasant atmosphere (candles, music, incense) that will help you tune in to meditation. Take the card and place it in front of you. Look at it with a defocused look, as if through the image, without focusing on details. Keep doing this for a while, and gradually the picture will come to life - it will gain volume. Then close your eyes and continue to "see" the image of the card. Interact with it: you can identify with the detail of the image or communicate with the main character, ask him for something, you can just be in meditation, “feel” in the energy of the Arcana.

For meditation, you can choose a specific card - depending on your goal, the practical task that you face.

Difficulty level: Easy
Time: 20-30 min.
Materials: tarot deck, notebook
Additional Skills: No

For example, take the "Mage" in the Waite deck. Who is this man? What's in his hands? What is in front of him? What associations come to mind? Here is a possible chain of associations: Magician - game - skill - knowledge - cunning, etc.

Write the resulting chains in a notebook. This is your personal key to understanding the arcana. You can use the notes during the spreads, they will give new thoughts and meanings. Fool

The Fool personifies the whirlwinds that rotate between the worlds. He is pure essence, without flesh or form. This spirit descends into the abyss of mortals. This spirit becomes all that is and seems to be locked into a form. However, it also freely rises back into the silence of formlessness. The Wandering Fool is like a whirling dust devil that appears from nothing, takes the form of a dense cloud, and disappears again into nowhere.

All other tarot cards are frozen images of the spinning Fool who is outside of time. When the Fool rules the world, he is the Emperor. When the Fool meditates alone, he is the High Priestess. When the Fool is a terror and a blast, he is the Tower. Everything is connected in the uniqueness of the Fool. The fool is not bound by anything.

Before becoming a Magician, the Fool was a light breeze blowing in a stream of light throughout space. When the Fool becomes a Magician, the breeze turns into a powerful hurricane. When a dull, absent-minded gaze suddenly becomes bright, like a hawk, the Magician awakens.

Let your eyes see the bright morning sky. Listen to the sound of falling water. Feel the light wind that walks among the tall trees, whose rustle is like a waterfall. Feel the hard coldness of the stone beneath you. Enjoy the warmth of the Empress' garden.

Close your eyes, but keep the images and sensations of the Empress card. You are in a huge forest of ancient trees. It is one of those places where people are sometimes afraid to enter, however, you are at home. Fresh air. You can hear how the leaves rustle, how the water flows, how the cold and fragrant air caresses the branches. Next to you is a huge tree. It seems that something is growing out of this Tree. A huge invisible entity lives on a tree. The breeze moving next to the Tree stirs your hair. Mother blesses you.

Emperor

The emperor gives birth to forms and ideas. The Emperor shapes and selects. The thoughts of the Empress resound around the Emperor like wind around a huge stone. The wind shapes the stone, and the stone gives voice to the wind. A rough and strong hand gently supports a delicate and thin hand.

Look at the picture of the Emperor. Let your eyes see the river and the mountain. Feel the wind blowing cold on you. It's refreshing, that morning awakening wind. Close eyes. Imagine yourself climbing high in the mountains. Sit on a rock in a windy place. The air moves your hair. Nice feeling of coolness. In your right hand is a wooden rod that shines gold in the sunlight. In your left hand is a juicy red apple that will quench your thirst with its sweet, pleasant taste.

As you travel, you will find a cave. There are cold shadows. A transparent stream flows from there. There, in the cave, besides the water, there is also a room that you can enter. You enter. You go deep into the water. You will reach the grotto, from where, dancing on the walls, streams of light, blue, green and silver. Rest here in a patch of sunlight. Sunlight? Look up to see a golden glow streaming down from a hole in the gray stone that covers the grotto. If you want, get out of the cave through this window of light.

Hierophant

A song is heard in the rough outlines of the imperial domain. One day, the wind of thought brought dust clouds that fly over the still unformed earth. And then forms appear and voices call. The fiery air burned the earth to clay and gave this clay a shape. In the world, new details have been added near the plains and hills. And everywhere the echo of the inner consciousness gave form to the words.

Open your eyes and look at the picture of the card. Imagine yourself standing in front of a teacher of magic. Be ready to receive knowledge of the great mysteries. To penetrate the teachings of the Hierophant, be silent and listen while the earth speaks your thoughts. At first this speech is only an echo coming from the Emperor's domain; at this time, consciousness asks questions, and the world answers. Then the inner and the outer unite when the world asks and the consciousness answers. This dance of recognition and unification makes consciousness and the world a singing duet of incipient discovery – the teaching of the Hierophant transforms the outer world and the inner consciousness into a single essence and a single knowledge.

Are you tired. You've been through a lot and seen everything. You are standing in front of a group of people. Not a single thought comes out of your mouth. No idea is waiting to be spoken. Yet you must speak. You are expected to teach. Open your mouth. Say: "This is ...", the words are formed in your mind. Your lips echo them. Thoughts you never had before flow through you to give light to those in front of you. This is the best place for your lecture.

lovers

You were alone. In a place where others hugged warmly, you felt cold. At times, other people's eyes met your own. However, this view could not be trusted. There was no one to share life with. And out of the darkness comes a gentle touch. Warmth radiates a breath similar to the scent of a rose. Blessing two consciousnesses that are as one. The joy of loving and being loved.

Look at the Lovers card. A man is like a flame that knows only light and passion. A woman is a bright taste of sweet fruit on a spring day. Angel is their union. Close your eyes and start fantasizing.

For the unearthly beloved, it will come from within and without. May all the things of this world be at rest. The obligations of the day, hour and year are fulfilled. Say it all out loud, or to yourself, as you wish. Let the images that accompany them remain in your mind - or understand what your mind gives you. (ten). I am not doing anything wrong or wrong. Imagine a clean house or a neat place. (9). I don't dream in fear, I don't fantasize in shame. Warmth spreads within you. (eight). I'm not planning anything dangerous. Golden light fills you. (7). I don't wish harm on anyone. Golden light flows around you. (6). I didn't reject my friend. Happiness fills you. (5). I'm not afraid. Someone's presence is felt next to you. (four). I am not closed. A golden veil shimmers before you. You can go for her to her lover. Zayn Wow Resh. Come back here whenever you want.

Chariot

Remember the last time you were in a hurry, rushing in excitement. Perhaps it was a racing car, a boat, even a boat or some other form of entertainment. Your hair fluttered in the wind. The landscapes were changing rapidly. Turns and speed turned you on. Laughter and joyful exclamations could be heard all around you.

Open your eyes and look at the Chariot card. You see a figure in the parade. It's Mardi Gras, and something unusual is going on around. People dance in outlandish costumes. Angels and devils are having fun. Sphinxes move importantly, and dragons spew paper flames. The night explodes with fire in the sky.

In a cold, dark room, warmth evokes great tender dreams. The bright fire of the heart sends a flickering warmth into the room. Dawn casts sunlight that forms warm spots on the floor. A cat purrs, birds sing, and music fills the room. You rise and throw off your night clothes. A warm bath is followed by a good breakfast. The day has begun. Leave the comforts of home. Be ready to face a stranger. Everything is right in your world. Outside, light clouds move across the sky. People smile and wave their hands. Are you happy. Happiness fills you. On this day you decide to live a wonderful life!

Strength

The chariot is a movement in the void, and the Force grows inside. Strength is natural energy and power. The heart beats, sending the blood of life to course through the winding channels. Food passes through the body along a huge winding corridor. Energy corresponds to the need. Hands and feet do not tremble. The mind follows the twists and turns of hidden knowledge. Look at two cards - Mage and Strength. Mentally compare them. The magician stands firm, towering over his garden. And suddenly everything changes! The Red Robe falls to the ground. She moves, changes and transforms into a Huge Red Lion. Roses are intertwined with the snake and bind man and beast. Roses - in order to pacify the enraged beast. Lilies turn into white, sharp teeth. A man becomes a woman when inner humility makes the beast submissive. The mouths of roses and lilies closed to open the mouth of nature.

Only you can do this yourself. Look around. See what's in the room. Look where people are sitting. Now close your eyes. Imagine a huge mass of dark golden light at the base of your spine. Let it move and uplift. Let her grow. The light rises to your belly and there is a slight glow. From the mass of light, arms and tentacles of light slowly move outward. Try with your hands of light to feel the structure and arrangement of things around you in the room.

Hermit

You are in a huge round building that looks like a planetarium. It has an unbreakable concrete vault. There are no windows. The place is dark and cold, fresh air, smells of pine and musk. Inside the round building there is a huge park. You wander among the gloomy giant trees. They have long and winding roots. There is pressure in the air, like before a thunderstorm. Other people in the park of gloomy giant trees get scared and run away. You are not afraid and stay. You are waiting to understand the meaning of the moment that will come to the park of the divine Trees.

Open your eyes and look at the Trump of the High Priestess. Imagine that you are waiting for something in such a sacred place. You must soon go out into the darkness, into the glimmer of light. Look now at the Hermit's Trump. You have gone into the darkness of the night. Raise high the earthen lamp with the light of heaven, Nar Ha-Aretz Ba-Ar Ha-Shmim. Let, according to your desire, the golden radiance of the lamp slowly drive out the darkness.

This is the technique of the ever-moving spark. Get a hold of yourself. Sit straight, not rigid, but not relaxed. Let your thoughts emerge. Let one become another. Dreams are deceiving. Eyes see. What can you see? Find the right lighting - don't focus on anything. Draw letters, swirls and spirals with the divine spark. Let it illuminate nothing. Come closer. Make a circle. Come through. Jump back. No comfort, no fear. Only thoughts jump and eyes blink behind closed eyelids. Follow the movement of thought. Hurry after them. Ignore the fantasies that arise. Let your consciousness follow the darting and dancing spark.

Wheel of Fortune

Your thoughts should be here rather than my words. Starting with Spring, imagine the four seasons. Try to reach a state where your mind can go out and act in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. Think about temperature, vegetation, and the length of the day. Try to really imagine that you go out in Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Count how many times you can go through the four seasons in the next two or three minutes.

***

Look at the trump card of the Empress. Even if you are a man, try to imagine yourself as her, sitting in her garden. Imagine yourself in the last months of your pregnancy. Below your diaphragm, within you is a growing, warm fullness. The head is spinning with bliss, sometimes there is a feeling of discomfort, and most often - a vague feeling as if you are slightly drunk on a summer day. From time to time something moves and slightly pushes you from the inside. But more often you will feel suffocating hiccups and faint. Now, keeping the sense of pregnancy as far as possible, look at the Wheel of Fortune Trump. Concentrate on the wheel itself. Look at him without moving. Let the color brighten and fade, let the wheel appear to move. Slowly bring the sensation of the flashing wheel into your belly. Close eyes. Imagine the spinning life within you as a bright, joyful orange life. Feel it getting brighter. Know that this is all life, complete and complete. Let it be as bright and strong as you can imagine. Then let it rise to the forehead and let it be born from your head instead of where it usually comes from. If you can, imagine the contraction, stretching, and tension of natural childbirth taking place at the top of your body, not at the bottom.

Regulation

For the first part of this meditation, think about everything that happened to you that day. Start with when and how you got up in the morning. Then remember about breakfast or that it was not. Think about each of your actions or oversights, from morning, noon, afternoon, and evening until now. As you consider each action, think about how it relates to you. Did you do what you wanted to do? What did you do better and what did you do less? Or less? Do not allow yourself to feel guilt or anxiety, but try to understand your weaknesses and how to turn them into strengths. Succeed where possible, but don't pursue recognition where you still need to improve. Focus on action or inaction. Review your entire day in three minutes.

Now look at the Trump of the Emperor and the Trump of Regulation. Look at the top left corner of the Emperor's card first. Then - to the same place on the Regulation card. Compare these two cards piece by piece, from left to right and from top to bottom, as if you were reading a written page. Pay attention to differences and similarities.

In the last part of the meditation on the Regulation card, focus on your body. Start with your feet. Try to wiggle your toes, one at a time, if you can. Then slowly rise up the legs - try to strain a little, then relax each muscle individually. Go through the whole body in this way. Feel the muscles of your arms, fingers, neck, face. Even the tops of the head. When you are done, go back to your toes in the same way, but this time relax, let every muscle lose sensation, let every cell be enveloped in warm light. When you're done, stay relaxed for a while.

Hanged

In a way, this is the opposite of the meditation that started last week. Instead of remembering everything that happened from this morning until now and drawing conclusions from it, reverse the process. Starting from the present time, move back, remembering all the events of the day in reverse. Try to understand what led or what was the reason for each of your actions. Don't judge yourself, just try to recover your steps throughout the day. If you prefer, it would be good to try to remember all the events of your life, step by step. If you can penetrate the depths of childhood memories, do it.

This reverse recall process is sometimes used by people to recall previous incarnations. In any case, whether you are going to remember the events of one day or your whole life, you have only three minutes before proceeding to the next part of the meditation. Now compare the two images on the cards: the Hanged Man and the Hierophant. Think of the Hanged Man as some sort of example or cautionary tale. Think of the Hierophant as one who uses this example to teach something - a moral, an abstract or practical idea. Now use the idea you learned from the Hanged Man's Trump. Try to understand this particular idea. Once you understand this as clearly as you can, imagine yourself as a teacher teaching the Hanged Man to a large audience. In your imagination, describe this idea to people. Let it take three minutes. This last part of the meditation is the proof of the antinomy. The trick is to change one opinion or idea abruptly and completely to the opposite. Start with simple things. Close your eyes and imagine white light. May the white light fill you with happiness. Then fill the picture with blackness, darkness. Be as happy in the dark as you were in the light. Continue the same practice with more complex things. Imagine an object that you like. It can be a vase, a table, a car, a house, whatever you like. Let your attachment to this thing grow until it fills you. Then go through this process in reverse. Think of all the negative qualities of this thing until you hate it. Then do the same with a person - it is better to do it with someone whom you will not see for at least a few days. Start concentrating on all the unpleasant moments associated with this person. Continue freely and without guilt to find fault with this person until he seems to you an absolute evil.

Now reverse this process and return to a good opinion of this person. Probably now, the person will not be so bad. And his faults are no different from your own weaknesses and minor flaws. In fact, this person is very similar to you. He has the same flaws that you and others have. There are also some good qualities - remember them until you love the one you hated a minute ago. Use these reverse processes with simple concepts, things and people until you finish your meditation.

Death

In the first part of this meditation, think about life as if you lived it before, perhaps even a hundred years ago. Imagine the usual events of your day, from waking up in the morning to going to bed at night, with no electricity, no refrigerator, no cars, no TV, no radio. Think of all the things you are accustomed to do, and imagine that you are doing it under the same conditions as a hundred years ago. If you feel sick, treat yourself with home remedies only. If you are cold, warm yourself with warm homemade clothes, or kindle firewood. If you need to get somewhere, go on foot or ride a horse. If you want to have fun - go to friends, or to a party or play a game. Do it without considering modern versions of all these entertainments. But at the same time, rejoice that so much has been given to you. Don't compare the times you imagine with today, but just try to feel as if you lived in a small town or village sometime in the early 20th century. Spend three minutes on this. Look at the trump cards of Lovers and Death. Any involvement in life is a bright event. All love is harmony. However, everything must arise, experience its heyday, and then return to silence. Every moment of life contains its end. Try to understand Love and Death as one thing, not that life followed by its absence, but ALL life. Use images like a letter written and sealed in an envelope, only to be opened and read. Think about it for a while.

It is important. It starts out as a metaphor. Your life is a string of beads. Every day in reality is a bead. Each falling asleep is a thread or a chain between beads. The shapes of the beads are sometimes different. Some are round. Some are more or less acute forms. Some are wooden, some are precious metals with strange patterns, some are plastic. Many beads of your days are dark and small. Some are transparent and filled with magnificent light. A few are more than others. Between the beads of days are segments of nights, they are also different. Some are a dull thread, while others are bright, with brilliant dreams. More or less often, special beads appear - perhaps every seventh bead is larger and collects the light scattered among the rest. Perhaps there are only 365 such special beads. May the vision of your life descend on you like a necklace around the neck of a goddess or a thread in the veil of a god. Outside the beads of your life there may be other threads and other beads. Once this metaphor is understood, you can transcend death and time, and everything you ever were, or ever will be, will never be gone. You are the immortal ornament of the beautiful eye of the Creator.

Moderation

This first part will again describe all the events of the day, but in a different way. You can either go through the whole day step by step, from morning until now, or stop at some particular cases in order to concentrate on them. For the next three minutes, think about things without being particularly tense. It can be listening to the radio, watching TV, eating, or something else, such as how you say hello when you meet a friend by chance, or any other moments of everyday life. In each such case of "going for granted" things, study how others participated in it, what habits you have, and so on. Try to imagine how your life is connected with people you have never seen.

Look at the two trump cards: The Chariot and Temperance. Study the meaning of the Temperance Trump, begin with the Chariot under the wings of the sun, looking at the bottom of the card. And compare the symbols of the two cards to understand how they are related.

Once a moral philosopher said: "I will not do anything that everyone cannot do." This is a variation of the "Golden Rule" and is the basis of moderation. Meditate on this thoughtfully. Think about how this rule helps in society, and how it hurts individual freedom. Consider the meaning of "moderation, but only in moderation."

Devil

Again follow step by step all day until now. Or, if you like, the main events of your life. During this time, try to establish why the feeling of guilt arose or why you had to hold back when it seemed to be happening inside you. Ask yourself if there is a genuine connection between what you did or didn't do and what could help you make your life happier and more valuable. Try to identify these semi-conscious limitations that you have set for yourself. Are there any limitations in your feelings that need to be eliminated? And are there any new restrictions that need to be set? In particular, study the little things, such as the food you eat or the way you dress. If you are strong enough, then consider the more difficult questions - faith or lack thereof in you and others, or everything that concerns your obligations towards yourself and others. 3 minutes.

Look at the three Trumps: the Magician, the Power and the Devil. Imagine that the Magician is one who consciously uses everything that symbolizes the Trump of Power. Imagine that the Devil is the one who unconsciously uses the power of the Force. Identify the Woman on the Strength card with the Magician, and the Lion on the Strength card with the Devil. And then think about this symbolism for a while, choose one of those situations in your life that you considered in the first part of the meditation, and try to understand the roles played by the Magician, the Power and the Devil in this particular case.

Above all the changes in the world there is a huge eye. He dispassionately watches the swirling clouds of images below. There is an eye in the world that looks nervously back and forth. Everything he sees as beautiful seems to wither and break - he watches with passion. Between light and darkness there is a huge eye, which sometimes flashes with fire and sometimes fills with tears - but it always sees everything clearly. Mag knows. The devil imagines. Power understands life. The Eye of the Magus never shares a judgment. The eye of the Devil never unites in views. The Eye of Power doubts and believes in flashes, like a needle stitching together the clothes of life.

Tower

Now, think backwards to the point where someone or something excited you. Focus on the emotions of the moment. Fantasize about the event that excited you. Try to internally experience all this now - for three minutes.

Look at the three Trumps: the High Priestess, the Hermit and the Tower. The simplicity and calmness of the High Priestess are in the thoughts of the Hermit. From the power of the Hermit, his inner mind manifests as a radiant light. The Tower is the earthly existence of the Hermit. When the light of revelation appears, material affairs must be changed immediately or the light will go out. Continue meditating on the three trumps for a while.

Return again to the event that excited you and which you used in the first part of the meditation, and compare it with the three Trumps: with the High Priestess - was your mind ready for such an experience, or did you have doubts and timidity? Hermit: Did this event end on its own, or did something interrupt it? Tower: Did this event have any consequences or was there nothing but a strong excitement? If, based on these three points of view, something bad happened, then what could be done to improve the situation? The last question is not to understand whether this experience was successful or not, but in order to return to the past as much as possible, to remember the event to benefit from it.

Star

Start by making a list of all the little things you do differently than other people. Think about clothes, different skills, education, relationships with friends, strangers and those who are unpleasant to you. And also about your health and about what gives you pleasure or pain. Try to form your image as if through the eyes of other people. Create an image of your unique personality.

Look at the three Trumps: the Empress, the Wheel of Fortune and the Star. Let the Empress be within you, the sum total of your beliefs, emotions and knowledge that rest in the walled garden of your mind. Let your changing moods and inner life cycles be the Wheel of Fortune. Let the Wheel of Fortune also be the changing possibilities and energies that surround you in the psychic and social world. As for the Star, let it be the external manifestation of your own, special Empress. Meditate on it.

Try to understand your own star. Let your mind go through all parts of your body in search of the meaning of the word "I". Look behind your image, in your heart and everywhere for this essence of vital individuality. Then look among everything that fills your mind, find the "I" there. Don't use excuses to separate and choose what is and what is not a star. Let the feeling of life help you in your search for the divine spark that draws your image in the flow of time.

Moon

Pick a time in your life when you were seriously planning something for yourself. We are talking about the curriculum, wedding, party, change of residence, etc. Think back to the moment you started making plans. Try now to repeat the course of your thoughts that visited you then. Remember what the plan looked like before it was executed. When you do, remember what really happened. What changes have been made from the original plan to make it a reality? How did the various events influence? Compare step by step the differences and similarities that were between your abstract plan and the real embodiment.

Look at the three Trumps: Emperor, Judgment and the Moon. The Emperor plans, the Goddess of Justice mediates between the plan and the application. The moon is a real process of carrying out what was planned. Try to feel the urge to mentally organize something when you look at the Emperor. Try to feel the influence and urge from the psychic world when you look at the moon. Let Justice balance these two influences.

The emperor is a flame that runs with brightness from one perfect world to another. The moon is viscous water that moves slowly from one world to another. Justice is the agate between the flames and the vast sea, which mixes the fire of the imagination with the real flow of events in the material world. Close your eyes and visualize flames escaping from one scale and water settling in the other. Feel how the bowl of fire strives to rise. Feel the bowl of water descend. Let your will keep the balance until the fire cools and the water boils - this is the nature of the mind in interaction with matter.

Sun

Close eyes. Let the warm vision slowly arise within. A whirlpool of warm mist flows around you. There is no fear here, just a warm yellow light slowly clearing overhead. You are a child again, playing in the sunlight on the soft green grass. Mentally return to a pleasant and peaceful place. Remember how gently they caress you - your beloved.

Look at the three Trumps: the Hierophant, the Hanged Man and the Sun. The Hierophant is an old childhood friend who tells you a strange story about the Hanged Man and all the dangers he has overcome. You are again a child in the Sunny Garden, to whom your favorite storyteller tells your favorite fairy tale. Let the fairy tale play out in your imagination.

Now and then we must return to the innocence of childhood. We must leave aside the cold chains of work and struggle in order to return somewhere, beyond the ends of the earth, where dreams are given as a gift from a beloved teacher. In the arms of love, all pain disappears. Adventures enliven the inner world of the child, populating it with delightful images of princes and princesses, various dangers. Beauty sleeps in the middle of an enchanted garden without worrying that the thorns are slowly blocking out the sunlight. Out of time and worries, she will wake up in the land of the eternal Sun.

Close eyes. Imagine a cold blue flame burning somewhere in front of you. This flame is not like earthly fire. It does not provide heat. It does not consume anything with its fire. The light that emanates from it does not illuminate anything on earth. Imagine yourself next to this unburning flame. Enter it. Let it embrace you. May his touch cleanse you of all weaknesses and fears. With your skin, you seem to feel the flow of the smallest water drops that excite every cell. Enjoy this living flame for a while.

Look at the three Trumps: Lovers, Death and. Lovers create the flame of life. Death cleanses the flame of all limitations. The Last Judgment allows the inhabitants of the flame to see areas that are behind all conceivable worlds. Meditate on love first to kindle the flame. Then destroy everything that dims the flame and is not light. Finally, take a deep breath and let your eyes see without looking at the physical world.

We live in a box built by our beliefs and the beliefs of the people around us now and who lived before us. This box has no influence on the deepest part of the soul. And only by collecting a huge light, one can rise above such limitations, overcome them and rise on its shining rays into the infinite space of boundless light, there - beyond the idea of time and the question of death. And doing so is good.

Universe

It's not easy to do, but I think you'll understand the full implications for divination and other things. What we are going to do is an experience with a sense of time that, if possible, we will reverse. This is a good workout for divination on cards or without them. Now I will use a special ritual, a kind of warm-up, but the main one is the main technique, which will come later. To begin with, I will do the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram, a small part of which I did for the Emperor Trump. This time I want you to follow me too. Listen to what I say, just like a song. Try to eliminate all worries. Try to clear your mind of all the events that happened today, any feeling of discomfort or anxiety. Before we begin, think about what question you want answered about your future. Clearly formulate it in your head. Think of it throughout the banishing ritual (actually any relaxation method will do, but this ritual is taken as an example for group use). For a few minutes, formulate the question you want answered - you will answer it yourself, but not now. Now, formulate a question and concentrate on it.

(Followed was the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram, which was accompanied by impromptu chanting. This included a suggestion designed to purify the mind. The text of the ritual itself was also chanted, but not loudly. Visualizations were described during the song inserts that accompanied the ritual, to help listeners Light paths were described when the Kabbalistic Cross was performed Flaming Pentagrams were used during the recitation of the Names of the four sides Elemental pillars of the elements colored according to the colors of the Archangels and a variant of the gyroscopic (similar to a top) effect in the center of the ritual with pillars, curved so as to touch top and bottom. The gyroscopic effect then arose after being traced as a ring of white light that appeared linking the four pentagrams where the arches of the columns are located. The full visualization appeared simultaneously on three perpendicular axes. That is, - into three colored rings, each of the cat some rotated around its central axis where the axes intersected with the rings. The rotating rings formed a sphere around the person who performed the ritual. It's difficult, but worth a try.)

Okay, now focus on your question again for a couple of seconds. And once you're ready, use the full time reversal technique:

1. Imagine a gray light behind you. Use your visual memory to fill in the gray space with past details that are related to your question. Focus on it. Let the emotional connections of the past enliven the vision of gray space.

2. Now, turn your attention to the space around your body. Imagine white light around. Dimly feel the gray space of the past behind. This white space around you is real. Where you are now. What does the question mean to you now. Feel a strong desire in yourself to know the answer to your question, which grows out of the gray past behind you. The question that is now burning in white light.

3. Before you - a huge darkness. It looks like a wall of black clouds. With the utmost effort, try to see the answer to your question in the dark unknown future before you.

4. Hold for a moment behind your back the image of the gray past with all its emotions that you remembered, the white light around you with a strong desire to know the answer, the swaying darkness of the unknown future in front of you.

5. With an effort of will, make the gray space move from behind towards you. At the same time, make the dark space move forward towards you. Let the gray and black pass into white. Let the black pass through you into the space behind you. LOOK FORWARD! Remember what will happen. Remember the answer to the question asked in the past, which is both present and future. NOW!

MEDITATION ON THE SIX OF WANDS

The first form of the ritual is the vibration of Hebrew letters using colors. The letters are grouped into three traditional groups:

2. Take a deep breath, then say "Aleph" slowly. It needs to be vibrated. The forms of the ritual differ in the order of the letters, the visualizations can change at will. Other visualizations can and should be involved, especially those based on correspondences between Hebrew letters and astrological symbols. The two parts of the cosmic cube ritual are designed to create an enclosed astral space around the ritualist. To begin with, you should use color visualizations. Try to visualize each part of the cube in relation to the rest.

Traditionally, tarot cards were primarily used to predict the future. They were also resorted to if a person wanted to understand his past or an already existing situation, to see the connection between the past and the future. All this remains to this day. Most modern tarot readers, both amateurs and professionals, use cards only in this way. With all this, there have long been more non-standard practices associated with tarot cards. Just not everyone knows about them.

Why Meditate on Tarot?

Few people realize that you can meditate on tarot cards, although true professionals in their field come to this intuitively.

What is this meditation for? Here you can ask the answer question - why do we meditate in principle? Personally, I and, probably, many do this in order to better know myself, my Self, to learn to better understand and feel my energy, my inner world, in order to realize the current moment. Tarot meditation has similar goals, but first of all it is a deeper understanding of the card, its influence on a person or situation.

Types of tarot meditations

Personally, I practiced 3 types of meditation. They are quite different and have different purposes. Let's take a look at each.

Meditation on a random card.

This is a mixture of contemplation and laying out the card of the day. But if the card of the day is simply interpreted and then hidden back into the deck, then in this case we continue to contemplate the card for a long time, opening our minds to new information and for a deeper understanding of this lasso and its symbolism.

Process.

You tune into the same wave with the cards, select only the major arcana from the deck, shuffle them, and then draw a random card and place it face up. The card should be contemplated for as long as you see fit or until you get the feeling that you have received some new information about the card.

Meditation on a specific card.

As for the process, this meditation is almost identical to the first one, however, we draw from the deck not a random one, but a certain major lasso. The goals here are completely different and they depend on the card you choose.

Process.

You can choose the lasso that you want to better understand, and then, contemplating it, you will better feel its essence. Or it could be a card in which you see a strength that you lack at the moment. Then, while meditating on it, you will be able to discover new facets in yourself, find in yourself what you lacked, or even “receive” this power from the card to some extent.

Entrance to the map through the astral.

It is more complicated here, so I will immediately explain the terminology. I adhere to the theory that the astral is all our visualization, dreams, illusions, hallucinations, imagination, etc. Also, through the astral we can get direct access to pure intuition. That is, this meditation is again a deep knowledge of the map, but with the help of intuition and the astral.

Process.

You choose the major lasso that you want to understand better, examine it (no more than 30 seconds) and close your eyes. Then you relax, even out and slow down your breathing. Imagine a white dot in front of you, which gradually grows and approaches you - this is your astral gate. Gradually, you begin to distinguish the general features of your lasso depicted on this gate (you can also represent the gate in the form of a Hebrew letter that corresponds to this lasso). When the gates are in front of you, go through them, leaving in front of you the image-plot depicted on the map. Now give this plot a liveliness - let something move, move, wind blow, etc. From now on, relax, let the images themselves arise, change and disappear. Watch the events. Next, try to get to where it all began, where the origins are. Follow the path from the origins to the plot that you observed at the beginning. Then try to follow what happens next and how it all ends. In the course of all these actions, you can ask questions to any creatures, objects, objects. At the end, imagine the gate in front of you again and exit through it back. When you're ready, open your eyes.

Look again at the map. If, for example, you suddenly notice that you simply forgot some obvious object on the map or did not see it before, then it is quite possible that it does not have a deep meaning and was drawn by the artist “for beauty”. Analyze the information received, listening to internal Perhaps a card that seemed dangerous and threatening will eventually give you a sense of harmony and calm.

As I wrote above, some tarologists intuitively come to such practices, trying to delve into the very essence of tarot cards and their symbolism. Personally, I believe that tarot meditation is a purely personal matter and everyone can do it in a way that is comfortable and effective for him personally. Therefore, it is not necessary to adhere to strict rules - just take your cards and meditate, as your soul tells you. And rest assured that it is the right thing to do.
