Autumn is probably the most charming and mysterious time of the year, marked by special colors. Poets and artists of different generations dedicated their inspired poems and paintings to autumn, helping to reveal this time of year in all its magnificent colors.

Autumn has three autumn months - gentle, velvety September, rainy and stormy October and piercingly cold November. In autumn, nature prepares for a long winter rest. And if in September, autumn comforts us and nature in a friendly way, with the gentle rays of Indian summer, enchanting with its beauty, then with the onset of the second half of autumn, the weather begins to hint to us that winter is coming, and the sky is increasingly covered with gray, rainy clouds.

In autumn, everything freezes, trees and flowers, birds fly away to warmer climes, and the low and cloudy sky mourns the past summer with tears of cold rains.

A wonderful time - autumn is one of the four seasons, learn about autumn and the autumn season, holidays, autumn signs, poems, autumn weather...

In the autumn season, lonely birch and aspen trees tremble, hedgehogs, bears, snakes and many other animals and insects prepare for hibernation. Carried away by the cold autumn wind, the cranes fly away from us to the southern countries, waving their wings to us goodbye...

The arrival of autumn strikes us to the very heart, bringing sadness and giving rise to an endless longing for summer. Autumn is the favorite time of the great Russian poets and artists, who in the owls glorified the deadly beauty of autumn in their numerous and immortal works. site/node/2820

Autumn is a time for artists and photographers who lose their peace every fall, capturing the beauty of autumn in parks, squares and forests, trying to steal a piece of its beauty from autumn.

Autumn in our country is divided into several seasons:

In the old days, autumn was celebrated three times:

In the autumn period, one can distinguish Indian summer, which begins at the end of summer from August 28 and continues until September 21, and Indian summer is already divided into periods:

According to the astronomical calendar, autumn begins on September 22, the day of the autumnal equinox.

According to the phenological calendar, the beginning of autumn is associated with the beginning of the flight of birds, as well as with the falling of yellow leaves and the beginning of the first frosts. There are two periods of early autumn:

From the onset of the first frost until the end of leaf fall;

From the end of leaf fall to the beginning of winter.

Autumn- lasts 93 days, starts on August 27 – and continues until November 26.

Folk signs of autumn

If the autumn is warm, there will be a long winter.

If there are a lot of rowan trees in the forest, it means that autumn will be rainy, if there are few rowan trees, it will be dry.

If there is a large harvest of rowan - expect big frosts.

There is a large harvest of nuts, but few mushrooms - which means the winter will be snowy and harsh.

Squirrels make a large supply of nuts - expect a cold winter.

There is not much skin on the bulbs - the winter will be mild, there is a lot of skin on the bulbs and it is rough - the winter will be harsh.

The more ants create anthills, the harsher the winter will be.

A lot of cobwebs portends an Indian summer - and a clear autumn with a cold winter.

If cobwebs spread over plants in the fall, it will be warm.

In the fall, bees seal the hive entrance with wax, leaving a barely visible hole - this means that the winter will be cold, and if the bees leave the entrance open, the winter will be warm.

If it's gray in the fall, wait for a red day. site/node/2820

If the leaves fall quickly, you can expect a cold winter.

Expect a harsh and long winter - if the leaves fall late.

Although the leaves on the trees have turned yellow, they are falling weakly - frost will not come soon.

If the leaves of a birch tree begin to turn yellow on top in the fall, then spring will be early, and if they turn yellow below, then spring will be late.

In autumn, chickens begin to molt early - there will be a warm winter.

If you see mosquitoes in late autumn, it will be a mild winter.

Hares have a lot of fat - expect a harsh winter.

Holidays in autumn

Orthodox holidays in autumn

Nativity of the Virgin Mary, Exaltation, Intercession, Kazan, beginning of the Nativity Fast;

Autumn - state and professional holidays

National Unity Day, Knowledge Day, oil and gas industry workers, tank crews, machine builders, forest workers, motorists, autumn equinox and others.

Autumn folk sayings

Spring is red with flowers, and autumn with sheaves.

Spring is hungry, although it is red, and autumn, although rainy, is nourishing.

In autumn, sparrows also feast.

Autumn - eight weather changes.

Spring rain soars, autumn rain wets.

In the spring, the rain will pour down like a river - you won’t see a drop; in the fall, the rain will sift through like calico, but you can even scoop up the water with a bucket.

Autumn is when the horizon drops low, autumn sobers us up, makes us look at things a little differently, as if through colored glass. Autumn, like colored glass, colors our world in one color - first blue, then red, and then dull gray. site/node/2820

Autumn, like a light cold breeze, disperses castles in the air and returns us from heaven to earth after a hot summer, yes, we think - autumn sobers us up.

With the onset of autumn in our forests, you can collect good harvests of mushrooms and berries.

Autumn is one of the most beautiful times of the year and, unfortunately, the most fleeting, because it is in the fall that we begin to notice how quickly time passes: you look, only yesterday the trees were green, and through their numerous foliage, the gentle sun shone through, and today the leaves turned yellow and began to crumble to the ground. Autumn is a solemn, beautiful, albeit fleeting time of year, a time of inspiration and creation for artists and poets.

Poems about autumn

Autumn time - Love's charm!

Autumn time -
Love charm!
Indescribably sweet
Withering features.

Autumn time,
You have become a chrysanthemum!
Famous rumor
Already running after you.

Autumn time!
It's like she got drunk
Nature's juice of sleep,
Love did not quench.

Autumn river
Tired, cold.
The water is muddy,
It flows sadly.

"Autumn time
The charm of the eyes!
Why did you doom
Are you summer on exile?

Autumn time -
Poetry Vocation!
Worthy of a pen
Great creations.

Autumn time!
Summer has become a thing of the past.
The poems were written in vain, -
They should not see the publication.

Autumn time
Law of the Universe -
Calm down, it's Winter
Coming out of exile.

Woman named autumn

Wanders through abandoned dachas.
Maybe it brings good luck
Maybe she'll cry secretly.

Open the windows and doors.
The woman was probably tired.
This is autumn, this is loss,
Or just weak nerves.

Who does she look like?
Reflected in the darkness of the night?
And - frost, suddenly - on the skin!
We are very close with her.

And again questions, questions,
As if filled with guilt...

Woman named Autumn
Will become a young Spring.

A. S. Pushkin

The sky was already breathing in autumn,
The sun shone less often,
The day was getting shorter
Mysterious forest canopy
She stripped herself naked with a sad noise.
Fog lay over the fields,
Noisy caravan of geese
Stretched to the south: approaching
Quite a boring time;
It was already November outside the yard.

*****************************
A. S. Pushkin

October has already arrived - the grove is already shaking off
The last leaves from their naked branches;
The autumn chill has blown in - the road is freezing.
The stream still runs babbling behind the mill,

But the pond was already frozen; my neighbor is in a hurry
To the departing fields with my desire,
And the winter ones suffer from mad fun,
And the barking of dogs wakes up the sleeping oak forests.

Queen Autumn

Autumn comes again with a royal gait,
Queen Autumn does not ask for anything.
Proud posture, look of heavenly blue,
Golden dress, thin figure of the Goddess.
A web of lace, a look from under a veil,
And the sounds in the royal hall fall silent.
Sighs of admiration, gentlemen of maples,
Rdeya, bowed their heads in bow.
Birch trees curtsy, embarrassed,
Timidly hiding behind a golden fan.
A lace leaf spins in the air,
He sits trustingly on my shoulder.
Golden leaf, I won't touch you
I’ll just carefully adjust the crown in the fall.

Every day the wind is sharper

Tearing leaves from branches in the forest......

Every day it’s early evening,

And it's still getting late.

The sun hesitates, as if

No strength to rise...

That's why morning rises above the earth

Almost lunchtime.

Autumn landscape

I love the forest path,
Without knowing where, wander;
Double deep track
You go - and there is no end to the road...
The green forest is all around;
Autumn maples are already blushing,
A. the spruce forest is green and shady;
Yellow aspen sounds the alarm;
A leaf fell from a birch tree
And, like a carpet, it paved the way...
You walk as if on water, -
The foot makes noise... but the ear listens
The slightest rustle in the thicket, there,
Where the lush fern sleeps,
And a row of red fly agarics,
What fairy tale dwarfs are sleeping...
The sun's ray is already falling askew.
The river appeared in the distance...
Wheels on a shaking mill
They are already making noise from afar...

I. Bunin

The forest is like a painted tower,
Lilac, gold, crimson,
A cheerful, motley wall
Standing above a bright clearing.

Birch trees with yellow carving
Glisten in the blue azure,
Like towers, the fir trees are darkening,
And between the maples they turn blue
Now there, now here, through the foliage,
Clearances in the sky, like a window.

The forest smells of oak and pine,
Over the summer it dried out from the sun,
And Autumn is a quiet widow
Enters his colorful mansion.
Today in an empty clearing,
Among the wide yard,
Air web fabric
They shine like a silver net.

Plays all day today
The last moth in the yard
And, like a white petal,
Freezes on the web,
Warmed by the sun's warmth...

Autumn

Autumn holiday in the forest
It's both light and fun.
These are the decorations
Autumn is here.
Every leaf is golden -
Little sun,
I'll put it in a basket
I'll put it on the bottom.
I take care of the leaves...
Autumn continues
At home, at my home
The holiday doesn't end.

Yu. Kapustina

In a golden carriage
What's wrong with the playful horse?
Autumn galloped
Through forests and fields.
Good Witch
Everything changed:
Bright yellow color
I decorated the earth.
Sleepy month from the sky
He is surprised at the miracle.
Everything around is sparkling,
Everything shimmers.

Golden autumn

Autumn. Fairytale palace
Open for everyone to review.
Clearings of forest roads,
Looking into the lakes.

Like at a painting exhibition:
Halls, halls, halls, halls
Elm, ash, aspen
Unprecedented in gilding.

Linden gold hoop -
Like a crown on a newlywed.
The face of a birch tree - under a veil
Bridal and transparent.

Buried land
Under leaves in ditches, holes.
In the yellow maple outbuildings,
As if in gilded frames.

Where are the trees in September
At dawn they stand in pairs,
And the sunset on their bark
Leaves an amber trail.

Where you can't step into a ravine,
So that everyone doesn't know:
It's so raging that not a single step
There is a tree leaf underfoot.

Where it sounds at the end of the alleys
Echo at a steep descent
And dawn cherry glue
Solidifies in the form of a clot.

Autumn. Ancient Corner
Old books, clothes, weapons,
Where is the treasure catalog
Flipping through the cold.

Autumn

I let my family leave
All loved ones have long been in disarray,
And the everlasting loneliness
Everything is complete in the heart and nature.

And here I am here with you in the guardhouse.
The forest is deserted and deserted.
Like in a song, stitches and paths
Half overgrown.

Now we are alone with sadness
The log walls look out.
We did not promise to take barriers,
We will die openly.

We'll sit down at one and get up at three,
I'm with a book, you're with embroidery,
And at dawn we won’t notice,
How to stop kissing.

Even more magnificent and reckless
Make noise, fall off, leaves,
And a cup of yesterday's bitterness
Exceed today's melancholy.

Affection, attraction, charm!
Let's dissipate in the September noise!
Bury yourself in the autumn rustle!
Freeze or go crazy!

You also take off your dress,
Like a grove shedding its leaves,
When you fall into a hug
In a robe with a silk tassel.

You are the blessing of a disastrous step,
When life is sicker than illness,
And the root of beauty is courage,
And this draws us to each other.

Vladislav Khodasevich

Golden light in the altar,
The windows have colorful glass.
I come to this temple at dawn,
In autumn the heart faded...
The prophetic heart has faded...

Sad. Autumn feasts
Autumn hung red fabrics,
Rejoicing...
The wind is like a groan of belated sobs.
The leaves rustle and dance as they fly up.

Bright morning. I'm at church. So early.
Gold ripples in the slow sounds of the organ,
The heart sighs more submissively, more measuredly,
Revealed by the needles of thorns,
Needles of autumn thorns...
Thorn - autumn.

EARLY AUTUMN

Early autumn of dying love.
Secretly love gold colors
Early autumn, dying love.
The branches are transparent, the alley is empty,
In the pale blue, blowing, melting
Strange silence, beauty, purity.

Leaves with a sigh, under the wind that tenderly touches them,
Quietly take off and roll into the distance
(Thoughts about the past in a tender vision).
To live and not to live is good and not a pity.
With a sharp sickle that cuts painlessly,
Both delight and sadness are compressed in the soul.

Clear sun - without the former rebellion,
Rain - like drops of flowing dew
(languid caresses without the former rebellion),
The smell of roses in the gardens.
There is a spring of calm tenderness in the heart,
Happiness is without jealousy, passion is without threats.

Hello, blue, autumn days,
Linden gold and aspen crimson!
Hello, autumn days before separation!
Pale - above bright days - crown!
Days of unsaid words and moments

Golden autumn

It gets cooler in autumn. The days are already shorter because it gets dark early. Trees are shedding leaves. They are very beautiful, they have rich colors: red, yellow, orange. Increasingly, a strong wind blows, spins the leaves and easily lowers them to the ground. At times the sky becomes cloudy and it rains. I love this time of year, you can walk through the park and admire the golden autumn nature.

Golden autumn

Autumn is a very beautiful time of year. It’s a little sad because the leaves are flying away, but standing under the colorful leaves is pleasant and fun. Nature says goodbye to us until spring; chestnuts and acorns shed their unusually beautiful fruits. Yellow maple leaves appear golden in the sun, making the park even brighter and sunnier. You can collect all these autumn gifts and make a beautiful craft out of them that will remind us of this wonderful time all winter.
Autumn smells like apples and rowan berries. There is nothing more beautiful than a carpet of colorful leaves. What a pleasure it is to run through it. I love you, my golden autumn! And I will miss you very much.

Semyon Vinogradov

Golden autumn

Autumn is the brightest time of the year. All the trees dressed up in colorful outfits. Maples - in red caftans. Birches - in yellow sundresses. Oaks - in brown frock coats. Everything shines in the bright autumn sun. There is such beauty that you can’t take your eyes off it. I really like golden autumn. In autumn I like to walk in the forest.

Yura Zaitsev

Warm autumn

Autumn has come. The sun gilded the tops of the trees, painted the leaves in variegated, bright, beautiful colors. Leaves hang on the trees like gold coins. A warm autumn breeze blows, and the leaves turn into small airplanes. The cloud will fly by, the wind will die down, and the leaves will fall onto the water and turn into autumn boats. Other leaves will fall to the ground and cover it with a colorful carpet. When you walk on it, the leaves rustle like fried chips. And immediately a good mood sets in. And I want to roll around in the leaves. In the sky, a flock of birds flies south, saying goodbye to us until next spring.

Autumn

In every season, nature is beautiful in its own way. This year, the beginning of autumn gave us many bright and sunny days. The sky is not yet overcast. The leaves on the trees delight us with different colors. Red, yellow, green, orange leaves dressed the forest in bright dresses.
Warm days at the beginning of autumn are called “Indian summer”. In September and October, people pick mushrooms and cranberries. Children make crafts from leaves, cones, and acorns.
Unfortunately, the colorful and warm autumn is quickly ending. The leaves are falling, it is raining more and more often, and the first snow may even fall. Nature is preparing for winter.

Sasha Penzin

Autumn

Autumn is a very beautiful time. Only in autumn there is such a diverse palette of colors. The leaves change their usual green color to red, brown, yellow, burgundy. And in mid-autumn the trees shed their leaves to rest in winter. At this time it is pleasant to wander around the park, when the foliage rustles under your feet. We also love to go to the forest to pick autumn mushrooms. The main autumn mushrooms are honey mushrooms. But I don’t like that it often rains in the fall. And they change our plans for the walk. But in the fall there is an “Indian summer”. It’s as if nature wants to bring summer back. The sun is shining brightly and I can’t even believe that it’s already autumn.

Denis Gorlov

Golden autumn

Autumn is a wonderful time of year. The azure sky attracts the eye with its purity and cloudlessness. The sun, like a golden ball, is rolling across the sky. Trees change their “clothes”. Leaves, like multi-colored coins, cover the branches. The grass reaches out to the last warm rays of the sun. It seems that all nature is calming down and enjoying this wonderful time of “golden autumn” before the harsh cold winter.

The maples dressed in scarlet. They stand, thoughtful, at the edge of the forest, as if they are sad that October has come. Sometimes they quietly drop their carved leaves. A sudden gust of wind mercilessly tears away the autumn beauty from the sad maples.
How tender the golden birches look among the green pines. They lowered their branches and are sad that the cold will soon come. Yellow-green oaks stand like huge giants, with their branches spread out.
High in the sky, cranes are crowing loudly. They gather in flocks and fly south. Somewhere in the heights wild geese call to each other. It becomes very cold in their native land, and they are forced to fly to where it is warm. Only sparrows fly around and chirp loudly, because they have nowhere to rush.

The last bell rang. Exams passed. Graduation day off. A new time is ahead. A new time in your life is ahead. Adulthood is ahead. Along with this adulthood, the wind of new worries will burst into your life. The rain of new hobbies and hobbies will knock on the window....

The city... Noisy, dusty, fussy, suffocating with exhaust fumes and deafening with the incessant roar of cars. It’s cold and dark... Thousands and thousands of people run past, looking down and seeing nothing around them except their own problems. People are sleeping...

Autumn was walking around the city. In the alleys and botanical gardens, shaking off their outfits of all traffic light colors, trees were erotically exposed. In shops and exhibition halls, repeating and, as if catching up with the natural striptease, counters were rapidly exposed...

Autumn has come. The foliage on the trees turned golden, and there was a coolness in the air. From time to time the sun came out, illuminated everything around and painted the forest in bright and cheerful colors. The wind tore leaves from the trees and carried them to God knows where. The leaves were fluttering...

I like autumn. In autumn, the forest is transformed, dressed in the brightest and most variegated colors. In autumn, nature calms down and gives you time to think. You can wander through the autumn park and dream. I especially like to walk during the period that people call “Indian...

How many guises does this capricious steppe autumn have? So she turned into an angry, hateful mother-in-law, covered herself with an old woman’s gray scarf and, well, slammed doors throughout the cold, uncomfortable house. And everything is wrong for her, and everything is out of place. She angrily chases tufts of tangled grass across the steppe, tugging at the prickly braids of a young honey locust, her unloved daughter-in-law. And then suddenly she will howl, wail, and burst into cold tears, and cry, cry, nothing can calm the disturbed old woman. But suddenly she will peek out from behind a gray cloud with the edge of a warm, soft sun. And cheerful winter trees will flash in its life-giving rays, and smile green smiles around the world. How tenderly, with what maternal care autumn cherishes its green babies in a black fluffy cradle. And it happens that she will turn into a rich, beautiful bride. Then autumn will dress up her girlfriends in the forest stripes in the most elegant sundresses: light yellow, like maple leaves, and crimson-red, like wild steppe cherries, and brown, like young oak trees, and purple, like privet and euonymus . How many outfits her friends have! And what kind! And above all this cheerful and colorful wealth spreads a high and autumn-lightened dome of a transparent blue sky. And small spiders hung on thin cobwebs and flew to God knows where...

Description of late autumn

How sharply late autumn differs from that “original autumn” about which Fyodor Tyutchev spoke with transparent tenderness. The brightest and purest colors flash on the canvases of artists depicting the early evening of the year. And perhaps the best of these paintings is Levitan’s “Golden Autumn”.

But when the leaves fall from the trees, the grass in the steppe withers, the blue of the sky turns pale, then autumn becomes the property of graphics. The whimsical ligature of branches of naked trees works best with black ink on a white sheet of paper. And the thinner and sharper the pen in the artist’s hands, the more sincerely he will convey the sad charm of late autumn.

Bright palette

Autumn is a magnificent artist. Birch and linden trees are turning yellow calmly and gently. The maples are also turning yellow, but in their own way - brightly, strongly. The foliage of rowan and cherry trees becomes densely crimson. Hammered copper and old bronze decorate autumn apple and pear trees in steppe gardens. Heavy brown rust eats up the greenery of the oak forests. The bushes of euonymus and privet fill October with a deep purple tone. The chestnuts will remain in their brownish-yellow foliage until snowy November. And on the edges of the forest strips, poles flare up like cold fires. There is probably not a single shade of yellow, orange, red, purple that autumn would not throw on our steppe gardens, forests and copses. And only the silver poplars, never succumbing to the charm of autumn, drop their patterned leaves in their summer green dress to the ground...

Description of the Don steppe in autumn

How many thoughts the autumn road evokes...

Along the Don, covered with leaden autumn ripples, all the way to Semikarakorsk, a flexible ribbon of asphalt highway runs, the road is bordered by stripes of a steppe forest flaring up in the October fire, it runs through fields of winter crops, crosses the reddish-brown panels of floodplain lowlands... a town of glass-enclosed greenhouses flashes by. Sprinklers sway with their widely spread wings. It is impossible to take your eyes off the dear pictures of the Don autumn.

To the native steppe dweller there is nothing dearer and more beautiful than the autumn gold of the Don region. And indeed, our Don steppe is incomparable in its beauty and capricious uniqueness! She has so many fabulous forms, unexpected, unexpected transformations.

So she turned into an evil mother-in-law, covered herself with an old woman’s gray scarf and, well, slammed doors in her cold, uncomfortable house. Everything is wrong for her, everything is out of place for her. She angrily chases tufts of tangled grass across the field, tugging young honey locust by its prickly braids, like an unloved daughter-in-law. And suddenly she begins to wail, howl, and burst into cold tears - nothing can calm the disturbed old woman.

Suddenly autumn will peek out from behind a gray cloud with the edge of a soft warm sun - and cheerful winter ones will flash in its animal rays, and smile green smiles around the world. How tenderly, with what maternal care the steppe autumn cherishes its green babies in a black fluffy cradle!

And it happens that she will turn into a rich, beautiful bride. Then he will dress up his girlfriends in the forest stripes in colorful sundresses: light yellow, like maple leaves, and crimson-red, like wild cherry, and brown, like young oak trees, and purple, like privet and euonymus. How many outfits her friends have! And above all this cheerful and colorful wealth stretched a high, autumn-like, spacious and enlightened dome of transparent blue sky. And small paratrooper spiders hang on thin cobwebs and fly to God knows where. Then autumn will turn into a generous mistress, who does not even count her wealth, and will begin to throw countless treasures into the bins of our land, into barns and elevators, at collective farm bazaars and fairs.

That's how diverse it is, our magnificent steppe autumn!

November

Our Don steppe is beautiful! Thin gray clouds slowly float across the blue and green sky. The blossoming winter crops burn and shimmer with green fire in the red-crimson frames of the forest stripes. Fresh layers of plowed land under the cool autumn sky seem to be covered in ink black as night. Having described a smooth arc, a noisy flock of rooks flew across the forest line. She slowly descends onto the plowed field and begins her work.

The steppe garden is very good in the time of pre-winter dormancy. Under the grayish autumn sky, the bronze foliage of apple and cherry trees smolders dimly. They stand quiet, sad, and their souls become sad. The air in the forest belts is saturated with the strong, sour smell of fallen leaves. This autumn smell is incomparable and unique...

Autumn in the North (northern autumn)

Autumn in the North is very beautiful, and it comes quickly, but does not last long. The lemon-cherry lights of the birch trees go out. Larch needles quickly turn yellow and fall off. The hills turn dull brown. Cold, lingering rains begin. Snow will soon fall on the wet ground. He falls and melts. And the tops of the hills are already steadily white until the new summer.

Description of autumn in artistic style: how to write an essay correctly?

March 14, 2015

Very often in Russian language lessons they assign essays on the topic “Seasons”. As a rule, such work allows the student to develop descriptive skills and the ability to construct texts of various styles. A descriptive essay is built according to certain rules. Typically, such creative work is performed in an artistic style. The most popular topic is the description of autumn.

Artistic style: how to write in it?

The artistic style of speech is the style of any literary work. It is characterized by an abundance of images, epithets, metaphors, personifications and other tropes. Texts of this style are very bright and emotionally charged. Describing autumn in an artistic style is one of the most fertile grounds for work. After all, many writers wrote about this time of year; autumn attracted them with its colors and tranquility.

How to write an essay about nature?

To correctly describe the golden autumn, you must first prepare a plan. The plan can consist of any number of parts - it all depends on the imagination and the required volume of the essay. An approximate “skeleton” of any description of the season might look like this:

1. Changes in nature with the arrival of autumn.

2. What advantages does autumn have?

3. What do we see outside the window?

4. My attitude to the time of year.

Based on these points, you can write a good paper that will not resemble “butter,” and there is always such a danger when writing an essay.

Sample work

So, describing autumn in an artistic style is a rather difficult task. You need to have a good vocabulary, the ability to construct sentences, observation skills, and a sense of beauty. What might an essay look like?

Changes in nature with the arrival of autumn

Golden autumn has arrived. The sky became dimmer and there was a fresh smell in the air. Although it is still warm, it is no longer as warm as in summer. Everything suggests that nature, after a couple of months, will plunge into a serene winter sleep. The nights are getting longer and the days are getting shorter. More and more often, flocks of migratory birds are visible in the sky, heading to warmer climes. Everything that happens evokes some sadness, because for some reason the quiet “dying” of nature always reminds us that human life is also finite.

What are the advantages of the season?

Despite this, many writers and artists looked forward to this time of year and openly admired it. Why? Quiet serenity, a riot of colors, unique aromas - all this attracted such masters as Pushkin, Levitan, Tyutchev. “The charm of the eyes” is what Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin called autumn. It’s hard to disagree with him, because autumn really is very beautiful. But what, besides beauty, can attract attention? Right now, when nature falls asleep, the most amazing dreams, fantasies and thoughts come to mind. Perhaps they are not as bright and positive as in the spring, but they are more philosophical and deep. For many, another autumn is a reason for action and life changes, because almost immediately it is followed by a new year. For others, autumn is an opportunity to reflect on everything that came before, analyze your life, delve into yourself, and correct something. Apparently, this is why the description of nature in autumn in works of art always has a symbolic meaning.

What do we see outside the window?

There is so much to write about this time of year! The leaves on the trees turn from bright green to first pale, then gradually turn yellow. It is especially beautiful in the autumn forest, where different types of trees grow. Then there is a sea of colors: from bright yellow to dark brown. On the aspens, red trembling leaves are burning with thousands of lights, and on the maples there are carved bright stars, as if they had just fallen from the sky. It is very easy and pleasant to relax on a soft carpet of fallen leaves, which nature generously gives us. The sky is almost always gray, it seems to sink lower. But when it’s a clear day, the trees look even more beautiful against the blue sunny sky. (Don’t be afraid to overdo it with images and tropes, because describing autumn in an artistic style requires special sophistication of speech.)

The most beautiful autumn time is Indian summer. The air becomes even clearer, even cleaner. It seems that the world has suddenly awakened again, but this is only a short-term phenomenon. Therefore, in the Indian summer you definitely need to take walks in the air. A light breeze brings cobwebs that stick to your face, but for some reason it doesn’t bother you at all, on the contrary, it even seems pleasant.

And then the trees suddenly become almost naked. They seem so defenseless without their magnificent robes! Through birch groves, bare blackened fields, haystacks... It is especially pleasant to look at the changing panorama from the car window, to watch how one landscape gives way to another.

What do I like about autumn?

The description of the golden autumn should be completed with this paragraph. Of course, someone will say that autumn is dirty, damp and cold. However, if you think about it, you can certainly find a lot of advantages at this time of year. Some people like to walk, others like to draw autumn, harvest, prepare for winter... Their opinion expressed in the text gives it meaning, emotionality and evidence.

When writing an essay, you need to remember the following. The main thing is that the description of autumn in the artistic style is succinct and complete. Also, the text should be divided into meaningful segments (paragraphs).
