How to make chicken nuggets at home


  1. Chicken fillet, cleaned of fat and films, cut into large pieces. The ideal size is approximately 2x3 cm. Do not cut too small so that the taste of the meat is not lost.   5. Now comes the most important moment - frying. Before deep-frying homemade nuggets, I heat a saucepan with refined oil to a boil. If you don’t have a saucepan, any narrow and tall saucepan will do (less fat will be used). As soon as the oil warms up, I put chicken pieces into it - in small portions, 6-7 pieces each, so that the nuggets fry evenly.

Preparation:

  1. Beat the chicken fillet a little with a kitchen hammer.
  2. We cut it crosswise into strips 2-3 cm wide.
  3. Place the chopped fillet in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and spices.
  4. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours. You can even leave it overnight. This will only make them tastier.
  5. Place the corn flakes in a tight bag and crush them using the same hammer. You can also use a blender, just don't grind too hard.
  6. For the lezone, combine eggs, water and a pinch of salt.
  7. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator that you put there to marinate.
