The Tibetan rice diet is one of the most complex, but at the same time effective methods of cleansing the body. The principle of the diet is to eat soaked rice. To ensure a constant volume of rice grains, it is recommended to carry out preliminary preparation, which lasts 5 days.

The stages of preparing rice for the Tibetan purification method are:

  1. The first day . Prepare 5 containers (glasses, jars) and draw numbers from 1 to 5 on them with nail polish or a marker. Pour rice (2 tablespoons) into container No. 1 and fill with water to the brim. Leave the rest of the containers empty.
  2. Second day . Rinse the cereal in container No. 1 and refill with clean water. Pour rice into bowl No. 2 and pour water, as on the first day.
  3. Day Three . Rinse the rice in vessels #1 and #2 and fill with clean water. Pour a portion of cereal into container No. 3 and pour water.
  4. Day four . Pour rice into container No. 4, rinse the contents in the remaining vessels and fill in fresh water.
  5. Day five . Pour 2-3 tablespoons of rice into container No. 5, and repeat all other manipulations.
After such preparatory actions, proceed to cleansing, which should last for 40 days. On the first day, rice from vessel No. 1 is used, and on the second, rice from vessel No. 2 is cooked, on the third, rice from vessel No. 3 is used, etc.

Don't forget to fill empty containers with new portions of cereals, in order to provide a daily portion of soaked "five-day aging" rice. Also, do not forget to regularly rinse the rice in other containers.


Porridge is prepared from soaked cereals, which must be boiled in water without salt, sugar, oil or any spices. Rice is consumed in the morning instead of breakfast. Half an hour before a meal, you should drink a glass of any liquid (water, tea, herbal decoction). Then for 4 hours you need to give up any drink or food. If you do not suffer from an ulcer or gastritis, you can not boil the rice, but eat it raw. The efficiency of cleaning from this is greatly increased.

Cleansing the body with rice by age

Rice therapy according to this system involves the use of cereals for breakfast in the form of lean and unleavened porridge. Cleaning is carried out in this way:

  1. Pour 3 kilograms of rice cereal with 10 liters of clean water;
  2. On the second day, change the water by washing the rice well;
  3. Continue the procedure for the next 3-4 days, until the water drained from the rice becomes clear;

  5. Pour dry cereal into a paper or cloth bag.
After the cereal is ready, you can start cleaning. To do this, every day in the morning, cook porridge from one tablespoon of cereals. The procedure continues until dry rice runs out.
