Mudras - yoga of gestures(Part 1)

Mudra yoga - the art of mastering and directing energy

The material was prepared and edited by Elena and Evgeny Lugovoi

Each person in this world is special, and is a creative conductor and concentrator of various energies of the Universe. The quality and nature of these energy flows depends on the purity and harmonics of a given personality. Mudra yoga of gestures teaches us the correct use and management of energy flows.

Mudra, translated from Sanskrit, means "giving joy", another translation option is "seal", "gesture", lock, closure; in Hinduism and Buddhism - a symbolic, ritual arrangement of the hands, ritual sign language.

Mudras are an Eastern practice that distributes cosmic bioenergy through subtle channels inside and around the human body. In other words, this is a kind of gymnastics - yoga of the hands, which allows you to control energies, or exercises to influence biopoints and energy channels of the fingers. And if it’s quite simple, then mudras are a powerful way to influence oneself, thanks to which one can find inner peace and health. This is one of the most proven, centuries-old methods of self-improvement that can be practiced anytime, anywhere.

Mudras came from the depths of millennia, from the pre-Aryan period of Indian history. Hindus believe that Shiva, one of the three supreme gods of the Hindu pantheon, transmitted these movements to people through his dance - he is called "The world-creating power of cosmic dance." Ritual gestures - mudras were used in temple dances. Mudras came from Hinduism to Buddhism. Nine basic mudras, called Buddha mudras, were used to mark the different stages of meditation. Then mudras became one of the elements of Buddhist iconography - each position of the hands in the image of the Buddha carried a certain symbolism.

Many of these movements are universal, because the hands are a tool for interacting with the world, and gestures are one of the ways of non-verbal communication. Hands serve as a conductor of a powerful flow of energy, so any movement of the hand causes a change in the electromagnetic field around the body. The skillful use of this practice helps to heal oneself and other people, balance male and female energies, gain inner strength and peace of mind, eliminate chronic fatigue and anxiety, significantly improve a person’s emotional state, get rid of fear and anger, alleviate and cure many diseases, beneficially affects the entire human body.

(Attention! There are some features of the description of the meaning and use in the Indian and Chinese methods of mudra yoga. This is due to the peculiarity of the perception of multidimensional reality by the Indians and the Chinese. There is no mistake, you can use the understanding of both systems together.
Attention! The process of performing any mudra must be conscious, that is, strive to see and feel your multidimensionality, the energies of your aura, the vibrations of your karmic activity, your soul-atma. Then execution will be orders of magnitude more efficient and faster than the "dumb" approach.)

Meditation is a spiritual yoga practice that allows a person to find harmony in body and mind. There is no magic in it. This is a fairly simple exercise that helps not only relieve psychological stress, but also relax physically, balance all processes in the body. It is noteworthy that meditation has no restrictions and contraindications. People of all ages, genders and religions can meditate. Giving training just 20-30 minutes a day, you can significantly improve your mood and well-being.

Like any exercise, meditation has its own technical rules and conditions. Musical accompaniment, silence and proper breathing are, of course, significant components of the practice. But the most important is the posture for meditation.

Why is correct posture important?

A comfortable position of the body provides calmness of the mind and nervous system, deeper concentration. This is especially true for beginners. Because enlightened yogis have excellent stretching, physical strength. They can "twist" into complex asanas and meditate in them. Meditation poses for beginners are more familiar and natural body positions. With regular practice, they will allow you to dive deep into the consciousness almost anytime and anywhere.

Meditation enhances the energy current in the human body. For beginners, the wrong position can have a negative meaning, or bring no result at all, except for wasted time. Therefore, the position of the body should be comfortable, give stability and keep the spine straight. The correct posture for meditation is the key to a successful exercise. Only in this way will energy circulate freely throughout the body, saturating, activating and healing every cell, every organ.

Poses for Beginners

Starting to choose a posture for meditation, you should not be equal to yoga instructors or acquaintances who have been practicing meditation techniques for a long time. It is necessary to proceed from the physical capabilities of your body (state of health, stretch marks). It is best to start with easier positions and gradually complicate them.

Turkish pose

The yogic name for this pose is sukhasana. This is perhaps the most common posture for meditation. This is what most beginners prefer. The cross-legged pose is also ideal for people with joint mobility issues.

Technique:

Diamond Pose

It is also called vajrasana. This meditation posture is also very comfortable and does not require special physical training. To perform it, you need to kneel, put the foot lifts on the floor. Then lower the buttocks on the heels, while crossing the toes of the feet. Straighten your chest, lower your shoulders and relax. Reach up with the crown, while the chin is slightly lowered. The hands should rest on the knees with palms up or in mudra. To achieve greater comfort in the diamond pose, you can put a thin roller or pillow between the buttocks and heels.

Sitting on a chair

This is a very easy and comfortable posture for meditation, which can be practiced not only at home, but also where you need to relieve tension and recharge a little (for example, at work). It has no physical contraindications and can be practiced by almost anyone. To do this, you just need to sit on a chair, straighten your spine, open your chest, lower your shoulders. Legs should be parallel, chin slightly lowered. Put your hands on your knees, palms up, or hold in mudra.

sage pose

This is a great pose for energy attunement. It is medium in complexity, so you need to prepare physically for it: warm up the muscles of the legs, stretch the joints.

Technique:

Lotus position

This is the best posture for meditation. Experienced yogis call it padmasana. It closes the energy inside the body and does not allow it to flow outside. In this position, joint endurance plays a huge role. For those who do not have local problems, it is not harmful. People with diseases of the joints of the legs should not be used in practice.

Before proceeding with the technique, it is necessary to stretch the hip joints, knees, ankles. To get the maximum comfort, relaxation and benefits that meditation brings, the lotus position must be performed taking into account all conditions:

Important Points

  • Meditation takes place exclusively in an upright position, so the practice of "lying down" does not bring any benefit other than relaxation.
  • No matter how effective and powerful this or that posture for meditation is, you should not experiment. The position of the body in spiritual practice should be consistent with physical fitness and health. Only in this case, you can get a healing result.
  • It happens that even detailed descriptions do not always give a visual design of the chosen posture for meditation. Photo images in this case are the best helpers.
  • Eyes during meditation should be closed or half open.
  • Breathing must be controlled. It plunges a person deep into consciousness, helps to tune in and relax. In addition, focusing on the breath will help to get rid of annoying and disturbing thoughts, which will make the practice deeper. Therefore, the breaths should be deep, and the exhalations should be slow.

Wise. Hand position for meditation

When performing one or another meditative technique, the position of the hands is of great importance. At first glance, this may seem like an unimportant aspect, but rishis and yogis of all ages, and later our contemporaries, have discovered that incorrect hand position can seriously interfere with successful meditation practice. This is especially true for beginners, but as a person begins to subdue the mind and body, the position of the hands ceases to play any significant role.

However, in this book we are dealing with people who have yet to experience meditation, and therefore we emphasize the need to use the correct position of the hands.

There are a large number of hand positions called hasta wise. We are not going to describe them all, as there is no need to; we will consider only those that turned out to be applicable and useful in meditative practices.

jnana mudra

In Sanskrit, the word jnana means "intuitive knowledge", and the word mudra(in relation to the topic of this discussion) means "posture"; thus, this hand position is known as the "intuitive cognition posture".

Execution technique

Sit in any meditative asana.

Bend the index fingers of both hands so that their tips touch the inside of the base of the respective thumbs.

Straighten and slightly spread the other three fingers.

Place your hands on your knees, palms down. Three straightened fingers and a thumb of each hand should point down towards the floor. Relax your hands. Now get ready for meditation practice.

Alternative option

Often jnana mudra is performed by connecting the tips of the thumb and forefinger. In other words, the thumb and forefinger form a circle. This option is in no way inferior to the basic provision described above.

Symbolic meaning

This mudra is not only very convenient for meditative practices, but also has a variety of symbolic interpretations. Of these, the following are the most famous: straight fingers - little finger, ring finger, middle finger - embody the three categories of nature. That is, nature is subdivided into three arbitrary aspects: tamas (inertia, laziness, darkness, ignorance, etc.); rajas (action, passion, movement); and sattva (understanding, purity).

These three states have to be overcome successively in order to move from darkness to light and from ignorance to knowledge. The bent index finger embodies the individual manifestation of consciousness (jivatma).

The thumb symbolizes universal consciousness or reality. The individual (index finger) bows to the higher consciousness (thumb) and acknowledges its unsurpassed power. But at the same time, the forefinger and thumb touch each other; this shows that although they appear to be separate, in reality the individual and the higher being are one. This symbolizes the pinnacle of yoga.

Chin mudra

In Sanskrit, the word chin means "consciousness"; therefore, this position of the hands can be interpreted as the "position of consciousness".

Description

This mudra is very similar to jnana mudra. Similarly, the tip of the index finger can be placed at the base of the thumb, or it can touch the tip of the thumb.

The difference lies in the position of the hands on the knees. In the rank mudra, the hands are positioned so that the palms are facing up, and the back of the palms rests on the knees. Straightened fingers should be directed forward from the body. The symbolic meaning is the same as in jnana mudra.

Chinmaya mudra

In Sanskrit, the word chinmaya means "manifested consciousness"; in other words, the world of phenomena around us, which is generated by the consciousness-substrate.

Execution technique

Fold your fingers in the same way as described for jnana mudra. Bend three straight fingers so that their tips point towards or touch the palms. The position of the index and thumb remains unchanged: they either touch the tips, or the tip of the index finger rests on the base of the thumb. Both of these are correct. Place your hands on your knees, palms up or down.

symbolic meaning

Four folded fingers symbolize the final aspects of the world around us. The folded fist shows that the phenomenal world is severely limited, blind and unconscious. The thumb pointing forward signifies consciousness and the transcendental aspect of being that permeates all that exists. It is often considered different or separate from the material world, however, in reality, the manifested universe is identical with consciousness and imbued with it. The material world is inseparably and closely connected with consciousness. This is indicated by touching the thumb and forefinger.

In addition, the folded fingers represent the physical, bioplasmic, and mental aspects of life. These are not all aspects of a person, because there is still consciousness. All these aspects are inextricably linked, but it is consciousness that is transcendental and is able to come into contact with infinity and the whole. This shows the thumb pointing forward from the limb symbolized by the other four fingers.

Again, this mudra symbolizes yoga - the realization that the individual (four fingers) is identical with consciousness and is directly connected with it. In addition, four fingers can symbolize the gradual unfolding of higher states of awareness. That is, the pinky, ring and middle fingers correspond to different aspects of the material world - from stones and trees to animals and birds - which are becoming more and more conscious. In the end, a person appears who, it would seem, is nothing more than mind and body, and at the same time, as far as we know, only a person can develop awareness sufficiently to know his indivisible oneness with consciousness. This is again indicated by the connected thumb and forefinger.

General remarks

There are many other hand mudras. Many yogis and sages of antiquity are depicted demonstrating characteristic mudras. These mudras have a symbolic meaning, neuropsychic meaning, and have the ability to awaken inner forces in a person. In other words, the individual performs the mudra and tries to experience the inexpressible and indescribable meaning contained in it. In this way one can awaken inner forces that otherwise remain latent and dormant. That is why the wise are so powerful.

Neuropsychic influences

If you have read the chapter on prana, you can appreciate the importance of the bioplasmic or pranic body(1). Although we are not normally able to detect this finer aspect of our being, prana is nevertheless constantly flowing in the physical body.

Some of this prana flows from the fingertips. Hand mudras are methods for redirecting prana or bioplasmic energy inward; that is, fingers and hands touching the knees close some of the prana's circuits and it stays in the body instead of being lost.

Performing mudras along with meditative asanas

These hand mudras should be performed in conjunction with meditative asanas(2). Choose any mudra.

Mudras can also be performed in meditative asanas such as vajrasana and virasana. However, in the case of vajrasana, the hands are placed on top of the hips, and not on the knees, and in virasana, the hands should lie one on top of the other or on the feet.

Self-observation meditation is always done with closed eyes. This condition is very important and must not be violated.

body position

Self-observation meditation is best done in Simplasana or, if leg stretching allows, in Siddhasana. Both of these postures have already been discussed in the same chapter, in its section on breathing practice.

Hand position

For self-observation meditation, the most simple and convenient position of the hands is “open palms”, shown in Fig. 138.

Rice. 138. The position of the hands "open palms".

In this position, the hands rest on the hips just above the knees, with the back surface down. Both palms are open and the hands are relaxed. Another hand position for meditation-introspection is the goat mudra. In this position, the hands also lie on the hips slightly above the knees, with the back surface down. However, the fingers form a specific "horned" configuration. The middle and ring fingers are bent, and the thumb is superimposed on top of their nail phalanges, forming a “ring” and thus creating an energy closure. We keep the index finger and little finger straight, making a certain effort for this. This effort of straightening the index finger and little finger should not be excessive, but their complete relaxation should not be allowed. Mudra "horned goat" is shown in fig. 139.

Rice. 139. Mudra "goat".

This mudra activates the release of energy through the manual yang channels (the release of energy along the outer surface of the hands).

Another hand position for meditation-introspection is called “kneeling fists.” In this position, both hands are clenched into fists, which are placed on the hips just above the knees. The setting of the fists is vertical (see Fig. 140).

Rice. 140. The position of the hands "fists on the knees."

This position of the hands has a general activating effect due to the stimulation of the foot Yin channels. Therefore, it is especially recommended if your problem is sleepiness during meditation.

The next, also very strong in its effect, although more difficult than the previous ones, is the “palm-fist” position. In this position, the palm of one hand "hugs" the fist of the other hand. At the same time, we hold both hands in front of us in weight, approximately at the level of the solar plexus. Elbows should be down and shoulders well relaxed. The palm-fist position is shown in fig. 141.

Rice. 141. The position of the hands "palm-fist", hands in front of you, on weight.

For most people, it's best to keep your hands in the "right palm wraps around the left fist" position. In this case, the strongest impact is provided on the left hand and the left side of the head (on the energy system of the left half of the head, which in most people is in a much worse condition than the right one). In this position, you should keep your hands most of the time, and in the opposite position, much less. The exceptions are those rare people whose energy asymmetry has the opposite character.

The position of the hands "palm - fist" is of particular value precisely because of its asymmetry. Thanks to this, we get the opportunity to carry out an asymmetric effect in order to correct the energy imbalance between the right and left sides of our body. When tired, the hands can be temporarily placed on the hips, with the back surface down in the previously discussed “open palms” position. After resting in this simple and comfortable position, the hands return to the “palm-fist” position again.

Many options for hand positions give rise to the problem of choice. Which one to choose? Two different approaches are possible here, each of which is most suitable for a certain category of people. There are people who have a strongly expressed need for clarity, precision and certainty. It is best for them to choose a single option and in the future strictly and invariably follow it, without resorting to any other options. For such people, I recommend choosing the position of "hands on weight, in front of the stomach, the palm of one hand hugs the fist of the other." The most important is the position "the right palm embraces the left fist". When tired, we change it to the opposite position (“the left palm hugs the right fist”), however, meditation should be started and ended in the main position “the right palm hugs the left fist”.

Another category of people prefers stability and immutability to creative search, novelty and diversity. For such people, I recommend periodically changing the position of the hands throughout the lesson, according to the methodological principle, which I gave the name "to ride the crest of an energy wave." The fact is that in each period of time, the maximum of the energy wave periodically circulating along the microcosmic orbit falls on a certain zone of the energy system, on certain energy channels. If the method of practice corresponds to the current energy situation, then we are “on the crest” of the energy wave and our practice will be the most effective. If the energy wave has not yet reached this zone or has already passed this zone, the effectiveness of meditation will be much lower. For example, if at the moment the energy is entering through the foot Yin channels, it is best to keep your hands in the “fists on your knees” position, any other position will no longer be as effective. If at the moment the energy goes out through manual yang channels, then there is nothing better than the “goat” wise. If at the moment the movement of energy flows along the left side of the body is most active (at the same time, breathing is carried out to a greater extent through the left nostril, that is, during this period the left nostril breathes better than the right one) - then you need to keep your hands in the position “the right palm hugs the left fist". The opposite position is no longer suitable for such an energy situation. With such a methodical approach, it is possible to change the position of the hands only when the given energy situation “resounds”, only when it exhausts itself and another energy situation comes to replace it. In other words, when the energy wave passes further. Thus, this methodical approach is characterized by a constant search for the optimal fit into the subtle reality, into the energy Tao of our body.

I want to say right away that neither of these two approaches is better than the other, if we consider them in an abstract way, without reference to a specific person. There is no best and worst methodological option, but there is a suitable or unsuitable for a given person. One should not impose on a person that style of energy meditative practice that is unnatural for him, which causes irritation and rejection in him. So feel free to choose the option that suits you best and do not think that it is worse than the other option. For you, it will be both the most convenient and the most effective.

Another very common position of the hands is shown in Fig. 142. In Indian tradition, this position is used for a respectful greeting and is called "namaste". In the “namaste” position, the arms are folded at the chest, palms facing each other.

Rice. 142. The position of the hands "namaste".

This position is used in all traditions, especially in Buddhism and Christianity. From the point of view of energy, it has a very strong effect on the manual yang channels (energy output along the outer surface of the hands). However, a strong release of energy through manual Yang leads to inhibition of manual Yin channels, including the pericardial channel, which is responsible for the immune system and respiratory organs. Excessive practice of meditation in the namaste position, not balanced by competent work on the manual Yin channels, can greatly damage the health of the practitioner. As a negative example, one can cite the fact that in many Buddhist monasteries in Tibet, the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis among monks reached 70% (data from the modern lama Ole Nydahl). In my opinion, the reason for this (albeit not the only one, but quite significant) is the abuse of incense (smoking sticks) in combination with the excessive practice of the namaste position. The position of the hands "namaste" is specialized and very powerful in its effect, therefore, when using it, it is important to remember that it is by no means self-sufficient, that it has both its indications and its contraindications. In my opinion, the namaste position can only be used occasionally and for a short time, but not as the main position for prolonged meditation.

These are the requirements for the external form, for the position of the body in which we perform meditation-introspection. As for the inner content, i.e., the meditative technique of self-observation itself, it is described in great detail in a separate chapter, in Part I of this volume, where the interested reader should turn to refresh this material in his memory.

Preparatory exercises

In principle, self-observation meditation can be performed without any prior preparation. However, for most people, it is best to do the preparatory exercises. They take a little time, but they bring a lot of benefits. Thanks to these wonderful exercises, the effectiveness of your subsequent meditation is greatly increased.

1) Release of the shoulders.

This exercise is performed while sitting in Simplasana with the hands in the open palms position. The execution technique is as follows: slowly and consciously raise your shoulders up; then, just as slowly and procedurally, we lower our shoulders down. Should be avoided abruptly dropping the shoulders down, which is the most common mistake when performing this exercise. Next, it is very important to take a short meditative pause (about 5 seconds) in the lowest position. During this pause, you need to make sure that the shoulders are fully lowered down, and try to qualitatively relax the areas of the shoulder girdle (those areas where the military has shoulder straps). The exercise is shown in fig. 143.

Rice. 143. Exercise "Release of shoulders": (a) lower position; (b) top position.

Raising and lowering the shoulders should be done smoothly, slowly and consciously. The recommended number of repetitions is from 6 to 12. More repetitions are only welcome. For all its simplicity, “shoulder release” is a very powerful and extremely effective technique. This exercise is of particular value for people who have an increased level of anxiety and are prone to obsessive fears. Such psycho-emotional problems as their energy substrate have a chronic blockage of energy flows in the area of the shoulder girdle (the very place where the military wears shoulder straps). On the physical plane, this corresponds to a chronic muscle clamp in this area.

2) Repetition of the mantra "om".

This very important preparatory exercise is performed with your eyes closed. The hands rest on the knees, with the back surface down in the “open palms” position. The mantra is certainly pronounced aloud (sung), not necessarily loudly, it is quite enough in an undertone. The first sound "o" should have a certain length, but not too much. It is of a supportive nature. The main sound in this mantra is soft, but filled with hidden power and organ sound "mmm". This sound is pronounced - it is sung much longer than the introductory "o". With the correct performance of the “om” mantra in its second, main part, while the organ “mmm” is sounding, subtle vibrations are felt in all the main resonators - in the throat, skull and chest. The epicenter of these vibrations is a very important area under the nose from an energetic point of view, corresponding to the location of the acupuncture point Renzhong (the most important emergency point). The beneficial vibration of the mantra "om" eliminates all kinds of stagnation in the information space of our psyche. It crushes and destroys (and not in the metaphorical, but in the very literal sense of these words) various unhealthy intrapsychic formations, such as all sorts of obsessions and stereotypes, perseverative mental structures, overvalued ideas, etc.

Naturally, the repetition of this mantra creates extremely favorable conditions for the subsequent meditation of self-observation. The recommended amount of time to complete this preparatory exercise is three to five minutes. If desired, this time can be increased.

In order for self-observation meditation to be successful and highly effective, an optimal level of brain activation and, accordingly, an optimal level of energy supply for mental activity is required. Without proper energy supply, neither high-quality concentration of attention nor full awareness is possible. Therefore, when in a state of lethargy and drowsiness, it is best to practice either full breathing or meditation-presence instead of self-observation meditation. Another obstacle to the successful practice of self-observation meditation, an obstacle of the opposite nature, is energetic excess. We are talking about excitable and hyperactive people for whom meditation-introspection is very difficult and unproductive. There are two major reasons for this. Firstly, these people are so bursting with excess energy, they are so tense and impatient that sitting quietly in meditation is simply unbearable for them. Secondly, even if they have managed to force themselves to sit still, in the prescribed posture with their eyes closed, they are constantly identified with the contents of their psyche. The fact is that the energy supply of the psyche is very high, and awareness, and hence the throughput of the channel of consciousness, lag behind sharply. Thought forms have high energy saturation and dissolve with great difficulty. But identification with them is very easy. As a result, instead of meditation-introspection, uncontrolled meditation-cultivation of pathological dominants takes place. And after half an hour of such a tortured “meditation”, instead of calming down and mental silence, there is even more overexcitation and an even greater overflow of consciousness with thoughts and emotions. Therefore, such hyperactive people should not immediately start meditation. First, they need to burn off excess energy through intense, to the point of exhaustion, physical activity. In this way, the disturbed correlation between the energy and informational parameters of the personality is leveled. To do this, you can use any form of physical activity: long (30-60 minutes) run; intense, to profuse sweating, gymnastics and so on. After that, meditation-introspection will be much better.

The second recommendation for hyperactive and restless people is a special technique for doing meditation. In this case, during the entire time of meditation, it is necessary to alternate (arbitrarily) periods of performing the “om” mantra (the second preparatory exercise) and periods of “pure” meditation of self-observation, in proportion, approximately, “fifty-fifty”.

Finally, for people who have an increased level of anxiety, or who suffer from obsessive fears - in a similar way, it is recommended during meditation to alternate periods of performing "release of the shoulders" (the first preparatory exercise) and periods of "pure" meditation-introspection. The same meditation technique is recommended for deeply introverted people (introversion is excessive immersion in one's own inner world, combined with isolation, isolation and communication difficulties).

For such people, the main attention should be paid to removing the muscle clamp from left shoulder girdle. For anxious people, for those who suffer from various phobias - the main attention should be paid right shoulder girdle.

IN meditation practices of yoga hand position is of considerable importance. Our fingertips are full of sensitive nerve endings. In terms of energy, powerful streams come from them. energy. By connecting fingers in a certain way, energy flows cross. And this affects the entire human energy network. Which, in turn, can affect level of awareness And success in meditation practice.

Chin mudra

Chin mudra also called wise consciousness. Connect the tips of the thumb and forefinger. We straighten the remaining three fingers, the hand is placed on the knee, palm up. Don't stress - the arm must be completely relaxed .

It is said about this mudra that the thumb symbolizes Absolute, Universal Consciousness. Index finger - soul, individual consciousness. Connecting these fingers it is the union of the individual with the absolute. The three extended fingers are the three qualities of nature: sattva(calm) rajas(activity), tamas(laziness). This mudra, as it were, symbolizes unity of individual awareness with the universal, and separation from the qualities of nature.

It's absolutely universal mudra. Anyone can practice it, and it will contribute to success in any meditation practice.

Chin mudra can also be performed in another way - the tip of the index finger is placed on the base of the thumb, and the tip of the thumb is placed on the second phalanx of the index finger. The fingers are as relaxed as possible. Both of these mudra options give an identical effect, so the practitioner can choose the most comfortable option for him.

Wise

Many traditions consider human fingers as conductors of energy meridians in the human body. Each part, each phalanx is “responsible”, so to speak, for the behavior of a certain organ of the human body, for its energy structure.

Having learned what effect this or that position of your hands has on you, you can significantly make your life easier and harmonize it. You can act on a whim, but isn't it better to consciously make adjustments to your own well-being?

Mudras are finger positions that create energy configurations that affect you in a certain way.

By performing the necessary mudras, you can improve your health, awaken your spiritual powers, but remember - mudras are not a panacea. If you continue to knock your head against the wall, then the plaster will not save you from another concussion. Develop, improve and adopt the information you need for this.
