Hooray! Hooray! March 8th is coming soon! – representatives of the fair sex dream. On this day they will accept congratulations from men of all ages. It is impossible to imagine this day without flowers, gifts and... crafts.

Always on the eve of this holiday, children in kindergartens and schools express their creative talents by making handicrafts for their mother, sister or grandmother, and then look forward to the opportunity to give them as gifts. For example, as a child, I couldn’t wait for the holiday and gave all my gifts and crafts much earlier. And then she sat down again to sculpt, glue and draw new ones, inspired by generous praise for her creative efforts.

Children enjoy making crafts. Thanks to this activity, they can not only congratulate someone in an original way, but also develop fine motor skills, concentration and creativity.

Beautiful crafts can be made from anything. Nowadays, there are many bright and interesting materials available. Entire stores are dedicated to hand-made art. Today we’ll look at several successful craft ideas that children can make from scrap materials and purchased items on their own or with the help of adults.

Kids learn a lot in kindergarten. Before the holidays, they learn to make their own souvenirs that can be given as gifts.

Any gift needs to be wrapped beautifully. Children even from the younger groups of kindergarten can cope with this craft.

Souvenir candies:

To make it you will need simple materials:

  • Cardboard tubes. You can use toilet paper tubes, kitchen foil, etc.
  • Wrapping bright paper.
  • Threads, tape.
  • Jewelry, sparkles.
  • Small pre-assembled gifts.

First, let's prepare the basis for the future packaging - tubes. Remove any remaining paper and cut into pieces.

You also need to prepare small gifts. They must fit freely into the diameter of the tube.

Cut the wrapping paper into pieces and wrap them around the tubes.

If necessary, secure the paper with glue so that the candy does not unroll prematurely. Carefully tie the paper at one edge of the candy with a beautiful ribbon.

Now all that remains is to fill the candy with gifts and decorated elements, and tie the second edge of the paper with a ribbon.

The process of making souvenir candy takes little time, and even small children can cope with this task; of course, adults should help them.

For older children (schoolchildren), the task can be set a little more difficult. Almost all adults have mobile phones, and mother will be happy to carry her smartphone in a case made by her beloved child.

To do this, children need to know the size of their mother’s phone and prepare pieces of felt in beautiful colors, buttons and thread in advance.

First you need to cut out the main piece of felt for the cover. When calculating the size of the future cover, keep in mind that the side seam will be 5 mm. fabric on each side. You need to add 1 cm per seam to the width of the phone.

Fold the main piece of fabric in half and sew on both sides (side and bottom) with threads, as shown in the image below.

From felt of bright colors you need to cut out several small flowers.

Sew the prepared flowers onto the cover using buttons. The original gift is ready.

You can also make a stylish necklace for your mom or sister with your own hands.

To do this, you do not need to have a special skill and you will not need rare expensive materials. All you need is:

  • Multi-colored threads.
  • Thin rope.
  • Lock for jewelry.
  • Transparent glue.
  • Wire.

First you will need to cut the rope to the required length. If you do not have a clasp on the necklace, the piece should be long enough that the necklace can be pulled over your head.

You need to fix the thread on the rope with a knot and glue it. Carefully wind colored threads in pieces 2-3 cm long onto the rope, tie the thread and secure it with glue, as in the figure below.

Do the same with threads of a different color. After this, wind a thicker dark thread crosswise on the side, as shown in the image below.

Wrap the edges of the dark threads to the rope using wire, the ends of which must be carefully cut off and pressed to the inside of the rope.

Now we prepare tassels from the same threads that we wound on the necklace.

We cut the bundle and tie it with thread.

Wrap fluffy tassels to sections of thread of the appropriate color.

All that remains is to secure the lock or tie the rope in a neat knot.

Thanks to simple instructions, kids will prepare a stylish and beautiful gift.

For this craft you will need the following:

  • Glue.
  • Scissors.
  • Stapler.

  • Decorated ribbon.

First of all, let's prepare the packaging for the bouquet. To do this, fold the openwork napkin in half. Try to make the patterns match.

After that, fold it again.

Now unfold the napkin and cut out a quarter of the napkin along the lines.

Make several cuts in the center.

Lubricate the edges with glue and form the napkin into a cone and secure.

You will need to make a pen from plain paper. To do this, fold a piece of paper in half, and then cut it into two equal parts along the line, as shown in the image below.

Roll the pieces and glue them together.

Now carefully insert the roll into the hole in the middle of the napkin and secure it with glue.

To make flowers, we will need colored thin napkins.

First, fold the napkin in half twice.

Start twisting the napkin at a slight angle. You should end up with a bud that needs to be secured with a stapler.

Thus, it is necessary to prepare several buds. Then cut out squares from a green napkin.

Carefully make a cut in the middle, as shown in the photo.

Now you need to insert the bud and secure it with glue.

When all the elements of the bouquet are ready, they need to be assembled into a coherent composition. To do this, you need to lubricate the buds with glue and secure them to a cone-shaped package.

The handle of the bouquet can be decorated with a beautiful ribbon. Even small children can make such a bouquet.

A beautiful bouquet can be made from sweets and paper.

For the craft you need to prepare:

  • Wooden skewers.
  • Chocolate candies.
  • Adhesive tape.
  • Scotch.
  • Colored corrugated paper.

You need to cut 27 strips of 4x15 cm from corrugated paper. As a result, you should get 9 tulips, that is, 3 petals for each flower.

You also need to cut 9 strips of green paper. Size 2-25 cm.

You will also need to cut a long strip 1 cm wide from green paper. It will be needed for winding.

Now you can start making flowers. The red stripe in the middle needs to be twisted. Then fold it in half and carefully pull out both ends, giving it a convex volume.

You will get petals like this:

On a skewer with sweets you need to attach 3 petals, forming a bud. You can secure the base of the flower with tape.

A wooden skewer needs to be wrapped in green stripes.

Here they are in finished form:

To make leaves, strips of green paper need to be twisted in the middle, folded in half, and double-sided tape attached to the bottom edge, then secure them to a skewer.

The best DIY flower ideas for March 8

Rose

We will need:

  • red and green paper;
  • scissors;
  • dye;
  • brush;
  • glue;
  • pencil.

Manufacturing process:

We cut out a strip from red paper so that the bottom is smooth and the top is wavy. Touch up the “waves” with red paint. After they dry, they need to be cut. First, we retreat 6 centimeters and cut through the paper, then we repeat all the manipulations with scissors every 3 centimeters. It turned out to be several rectangles. The corners of each of them need to be twisted with a pencil in such a way as to form a triangle. These will be rose petals. You also need to make cuts on the bottom side. They are performed strictly in the center of each petal. After this, the cuts need to be glued one on top of the other, overlapping. When the workpiece dries, you can twist the bud. Spread the bottom with glue and create a rose. To make it more magnificent, you can make another such blank and stick it around the bud. We twist a tube out of green paper and glue it well. This will be the stem. We also cut out leaves for the rose. We glue them to the stem. After this, we fix the bud on the stem and that’s it, you’re done! Make several of these roses. Form a bouquet. Wrap it in beautiful decorative paper and your loved one will be delighted.

We have to:

  • bright red napkins;
  • green paper;
  • scissors;
  • glue;
  • cardboard.

Manufacturing process:

You need to cut out several circles from napkins. The size and splendor depends on your desire. After this, take one circle and glue the two sides only at the bottom. You will get a petal. Do this with all mugs. For gluing, it is better to use dry glue (pencil), because the material is very delicate and PVA or silicate can damage it. You need to cut out a base from cardboard on which the poppy petals will be held. Let's start collecting our flower. Each red piece needs to be carefully straightened at the top and glued to the cardboard base at the bottom. Do this with all the petals until the entire base in several rows is filled. We glue each next tier in such a way that the petals “look” upward more and more. After this, coat the center well with glue and sprinkle in a few poppy seeds. Next, we make a stem and leaves from green paper. We put everything together.

We will need:

  • satin blue fabric;
  • cardboard;
  • candle;
  • scissors;
  • marker;
  • thread;
  • needle;
  • golden beads.

Manufacturing process:

Draw several petals on cardboard. They must be different sizes. The main thing is that the base is narrow and the top is wavy. Cut along the contours. The result was patterns for further work. We apply them to the fabric, outline them with a marker and cut them out. The more satin blanks there are, the more magnificent it will be. After this, over a burning candle, you need to slightly burn the petals on all sides, without touching the bottom. This process is necessary to ensure that the material does not crumble. In addition, the blanks will acquire a beautiful curved appearance. Next, we begin the stitching process. It is better to use thread for work that matches the color of the fabric. We start sewing with the largest blanks. We connect them in a spiral in such a way that the tip of each next petal moves by 4 millimeters. At the end of the product, that is, at the very top, there should be the smallest petals. Sew several golden beads in the center. The smaller their size, the more beautiful. Pack such a product in a transparent box, tie it with a decorative ribbon and the most beautiful gift for March 8 with your own hands is ready!

Snowdrops

We will need:

  • beads of three shades (white, yellow, green);
  • green cabin;
  • wire (preferably copper);
  • gypsum;
  • capacity;
  • brush;
  • polyethylene;
  • paints.

Manufacturing process:

First we prepare the wire. It needs to be cut into pieces of about 65 centimeters. Then we fold each piece in half. Next, we make the petals for the snowdrop. To do this, you need to put three green beads on the middle of the wire. After this, one metal end must be threaded through two beads, leave one and close the triangle. We make the next row using this method: add one white bead to each side, and insert a green one in the middle. We weave the entire petal using this method. The weaving pattern is as follows: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-7-6-5-4-3-2-2-1. As is clear, 1 and 2 are green beads. Using the same method we make the next petal. But we don’t complete the last two rows, but take one end of the wire and thread it into the first petal between the third and second bottom rows. Where the green beads are. After this, we string two more green beads and close with another wire the unbraided petal. The result is a workpiece of two parts, connected to each other at the sides. Next, you need to thread the wire between the penultimate and last row. We string one bead onto it and stretch the second tail of wire. The ends need to be twisted. You need to make the rest of the petals in the same way. There should be five of them in total. The last one is connected by both sides so that a closed circle is obtained. At the next stage we make the stamens. There should be three of them in each flower. To do this, take a wire and string six white beads and three yellow ones. We stretch it to the middle. After this, the end of the wire must be threaded through the white beads again in the opposite direction. Having made three such blanks, you need to twist them together and insert them into the center. Ready! You need to make several of them. Let's start making leaves for snowdrops. You need to make two threads on both sides and twist them. The result will be something resembling a spiral. You need several pieces of these leaves of different sizes. After this, you need to connect the buds with the leaves. Next, we make a plaster base. To do this, take a prepared container, put polyethylene in it and fill it with plaster. It should have a thick consistency. We stick our flowers into the plaster. Then we make a very liquid solution from plaster and water. It should be applied with a brush to the stems of flowers. When everything is dry you can start painting. We paint the stems green, the plaster mold blue. At the base it is black. This is an imitation of a thawed patch. After the paint has dried, we cover it with varnish.

At the same time, the process of making such gifts has a beneficial effect on the child himself, since it develops fine motor skills in his hands, promotes imagination and creative self-realization.

Chocolate maker “To Mommy on March 8th”

A beautiful chocolate card, where you can put your sweet surprise, will complement the main gift in an original way. In addition, the chocolate bowl can also be used as an envelope for money, or you can put tickets for a concert or trip into it.

If you give just sweets, then after they are eaten there will be no memory of the gift, but if you present them in a chocolate bowl, then after the tea party you will be left with a beautiful postcard and a sea of pleasant impressions. Your beloved mother will be pleasantly surprised by an unusual handmade gift.

To make a chocolate maker using scrapbooking technique, we will need:

  1. Thick white cardboard;
  2. Blue paper with polka dots;
  3. A sheet of paper in a box;
  4. Glue;
  5. Ruler;
  6. Awl or sharp scissors;
  7. Scissors;
  8. The inscription “To Mommy”;
  9. Decorative paper flowers;
  10. Stamens;
  11. Gauze;
  12. Hair fixation spray;
  13. Pastel purple and blue;
  14. Half beads;
  15. Ribbon;
  16. Double-sided tape;
  17. Pendant "Heart".

To begin, draw a diagram of the chocolate bowl on a checkered sheet of paper, or print it out on a printer. This master class has a ready-made template. The dimensions of the postcard correspond to a standard chocolate bar.

Place a ruler along the fold line and draw the awl firmly to mark the fold lines so you can easily bend the cardboard.

Glue the chocolate bowl together.

Glue the chocolate bowl together. Glue a small strip of tape on the bottom to prevent the chocolate from falling out.

Let's start decorating the front side. Cut the cardboard with the pattern to the required size, cut out the inscription.

Now you need to tint the edges of the decorative cardboard. Use the sharp edge of a pair of scissors to rub together the blue and purple pastels. Dip a dry cotton swab into the pastel and rub it along the edges of the picture.

Cut a piece of gauze, spray it with hairspray and scrunch it up.

Twist the stamens together and glue them to gauze. Plant decorative paper flowers on the glue, add an inscription, and decorate the whole thing with half beads.

Using a ribbon, tie a metal heart to the gauze, tie a bow, and scorch the edges of the ribbon with a lighter so that they do not fray.

Make a bow at the bottom of the card and decorate it with half beads in the shape of a flower. Hide the edges of the tape under the back of the cardboard.

Using thick double-sided tape, glue the decor to the chocolate card. Thanks to this tape, a space is created between the card and the decor, and the finished product looks more interesting and voluminous. On the inside, glue thin satin ribbons to the edges of the card so that it can be tied.

Now you can write the warmest and most sincere words for your mother, put a chocolate inside, tie it on both sides and the gift is ready!

DIY gift for grandmother on March 8

DIY paper teapot

This teapot will be a wonderful gift for your mother or grandmother. Every housewife has beautiful plates and a salad bowl in her arsenal, in which she serves delicious holiday dishes to the table when guests arrive. An ordinary tea party with visiting friends is a completely different matter. It does not provide for the use of plates with appetizers and meat dishes, so it will not be possible to surprise guests with beautiful dishes.

What do you usually serve tea bags in? In a box or on a platter? This master class will give you an original idea for an unusual and beautiful presentation of tea bags.

You will learn how to make an extraordinary paper stand for tea bags. It is made in the form of a teapot. Interested? Then quickly prepare the necessary material:

  • a piece of wrapping paper with a bright print;
  • a sheet of white cardboard;
  • glue stick;
  • scissors;
  • pen (pencil);
  • stencils in the form of a teapot and a small cup;
  • heat gun;
  • ruler;
  • braid, openwork flowers, bows and other ready-made decorative details.

First, take a sheet of cardboard and cover one side with brightly colored wrapping paper. To securely connect these materials, use a glue stick.

The result is a sheet of thick cardboard with a print in the form of roses.

Now prepare your stencils. Images can be found on the Internet and printed on a printer. If you know how to draw well, then draw the silhouettes of a teapot (teapot) and a small cup yourself.

Trace each stencil 2 times, placing them on the colorless side of the cardboard.

Cut out the blanks and cover them with wrapping paper on the other side.

You get these 4 parts that are needed for subsequent work.

Cut 2 strips from the remaining cardboard. One should be 5.5 cm x 15 cm in size, and the second should be 2.5 cm x 9 cm.

Cover each blank with wrapping paper with a picture of roses, and then fold it twice.

Now you need to assemble all the parts into a single structure. First glue the stripes using a glue gun. Apply glue to one of the parts of the teapot and fix the curved strip, as shown in the photo. Glue a narrow strip to the cup.

Glue the second part of the teapot and cup to the strips symmetrically to the first.

You get 2 blanks with deep “pockets”.

Now the cup needs to be glued to the teapot.

The main work is done, all that remains is to decorate the stand. You can use pieces of braid, bows and flowers.

Glue bows to the central part of the craft, flowers to the lid of the teapot, and place strips of braid on the bottom and top of the teapot.

This is what the finished craft looks like.

You can put napkins in a large “pocket”, and tea or coffee bags in a small one.

Or this option: in a large “pocket” place tea bags with different flavors and coffee sticks, and in the small hole of the cup there will be bags of sugar.

This original stand for bags of tea, coffee and sugar will become a real decoration for a tea ceremony. It will cause surprise and genuine interest among guests, and the tea drinking process itself will become twice as enjoyable.

Crocheted potholder for grandmother for March 8th

Another gift for grandma in the same red and white colors is an elegant potholder, which can also serve as a napkin for hot dishes, decorate the kitchen, and make it more comfortable. The potholder is knitted in two colors with single crochets using elongated loops. Leftover yarn can be used for knitting.

Materials and tools:

  • inexpensive Karachay yarn in two colors;
  • hook number 3.

Abbreviations used in the text:

  • RLS – single crochet;
  • Dc – double crochet;
  • VP – air loop;
  • runway – air lift loop;
  • DC – double column.

We start knitting with the Amigurumi sliding ring. We work with red yarn.

1 row. We place the free end of the thread in the left palm, and wrap the working thread around the index finger of the left hand. Insert the hook into the ring, pick up the thread and knit a loop, securing it to the ring.

2nd row. 3 runways, 15 SSN. We tighten the ring tightly at the free end and knit the connecting loop into the third lifting air loop.

In this row, together with the runway, you should get 16 CCHs. Next, we knit the entire fabric with single crochets.

3rd row. 2 RLS, * 1 RLS, DC (i.e., we knit 2 RLS in one loop of the previous row)* Repeat the pattern between the stars until the end of the row. The increase in the following rows will always occur above the last of the doubled columns, which will divide the circle into 8 sectors. We finished the row with a connecting loop.

4 row. 2 runways, * 2 sc, US. Repeat until the end of the row. We finished the row with a connecting loop.

5 row. 2 runways, * 3 sc, double the fourth column. Repeat until the end of the row. We finished the row with a connecting loop.

6th row. 2 runways, * 4 sc, double the fifth column. Repeat until the end of the row. We finished the row with a connecting loop. When knitting a connecting loop, change the color of the yarn to white.

7th row. We knit with white thread. 2 runways, * 5 sc, 1 US. Repeat until the end of the circle. We finished the row with a connecting loop.

When knitting a connecting loop, change the color of the yarn to red.

8 row. We knit with red thread. 2 runways, * 6 sc, double the seventh column. Repeat until the end of the circle.

We finished the row with a connecting loop. When knitting a connecting loop, change the color of the yarn to white.

9 row. We knit with white thread. 2 runways, * 7 sc, double the eighth column. Repeat until the end of the circle. We knit a connecting loop and change the color of the yarn to red.

10 row. We knit with red thread. 2 runways, * 8 sc, double the ninth column. Repeat until the end of the circle. We knit a connecting loop and change the color of the yarn.

11, 12, 13, 14 rows. We knit with white yarn.

We double one column in each sector. Otherwise we knit similarly to the previous row. Each sector should have 14 single crochets. When knitting the connecting loop of the fourteenth row, change the color of the yarn. We cut the white thread and fasten it. We won't need it anymore.

15 row. In each sector after the double stitch we knit 2 sc, the next stitch we knit with an elongated loop into the stitch of the thirteenth row, the next – into the stitch of the twelfth row, the next – into the stitch of the thirteenth row.

On each of the eight sides of the polygon there are two groups of loops of different lengths. Between them we knit two sc, after the second group of loops we knit 3 sc. We finish the row with a connecting loop.

16th row. We continue to knit 15 sc each with red thread, doubling the sixteenth stitch. We knit this way in each sector.

17th row. We knit in the same way, doubling one stitch.

18th row. We finish knitting according to the same pattern, only after finishing the last circle, we knit a loop. We collect 16 VPs and, closing them in a ring, tie the ring with twenty single crochets.

Now you need to lightly steam the product using a damp iron, giving it a finished look. The potholder is ready.

DIY crafts for a friend

If you want to give your girlfriend some jewelry or a scarf with flowers, but you think it’s not very interesting, then take it and make it yourself! Such a gift will be individual and will definitely not leave your friend indifferent. And you can put a piece of your soul into it, and at the same time show your imagination and love for your friend. In this master class prepared by Anna Moiseeva, we will crochet an easy necklace!

In order to knit such a necklace we will need:

  • blue, light blue, white thread;
  • hook 1.75 mm;
  • scissors;
  • needle;
  • chain.

To knit such a product, it is better to take thin yarn. The thinner the better. Our necklace will consist of 7 circles. 1 of them will be the largest and will be located in the center. The remaining 6 are 2 sets of 3. The sets will be the same.

Let's start knitting from the central one, that is, from the largest circle. We knit 12 sc in a slip stitch with blue yarn. We close the circle with a joint and tighten the ring.

We knit 1 row with blue yarn, adding every 2 stitches in the row. Closing the row, change the thread to white. We perform a row, adding every 3 loops of the row.

And we just have to knit the last row. In it we make additions every 5 loops of the row. The central circle is ready.

The next circle will consist of only 4 rows. First, we form a slip loop with blue yarn and work 12 sc into it. We will consider this to be the first row.

Then we change the thread again, but now to white. Add through 2 loops. Once again we change the thread to blue and knit a row, making increases every 3 loops of the row.

We knit 1 more exactly the same circle. We just have to connect the last 2 circles. These are the smallest parts of the necklace.

Again we knit 12 sc in a slip stitch with blue thread. Then we change it to blue. We perform a row with an increase through the loop.

We knit the same circle again. Now we just have to assemble the necklace. To do this, you first need to lay it out to understand how to sew the parts together.

Then we sew 2 smaller circles to the central large circle. Sew on different sides.

And then we sew others onto these parts. And at the end we sew on the smallest circles.

The last step will be the chain. We attach it to the loops of the circles. The crochet necklace is ready!

In order to make this gift, you need to purchase a vase for candies and the candies themselves, which, naturally, must be tasty and beautiful in appearance. You can also use a decorative box, a satin bag, a basket for small items, and more as a candy dish (instead of a vase).

Also, to make a gift you will need several short satin ribbons of any width (or thread) for winding scrolls and paper “scrolls” for wishes. Chains and beads, as well as various decorative elements, can be used as decoration and addition.

On the paper prepared for the scrolls, you need to write wishes, wrap the paper and tie it with ribbon or thread. The number and size of the scrolls should depend on the size of the vase and the number of candies. The color of the ribbons should be in harmony with the color of the candies and vase or be neutral.

Candies must be placed in a candy bowl, and scrolls with wishes should be beautifully placed between and on top of the candies. The gift is ready - stylish and fast!

Champagne with sweets

A traditional and at the same time banal gift for colleagues and teachers on March 8th is wine, champagne and sweets. In order not to change its essence, but to surprise with its design, you can create a unique bouquet of sweets or decorate the bottle in this way.

This one gift will contain champagne and goodies at the same time. It doesn’t matter what kind of candy you choose for this, chocolate or caramel, if you know the taste preferences of the woman to whom you will give such a bouquet - great! Well, if not, then it’s okay, take the most common ones and believe me, such a bouquet will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.

To work you will need colored corrugated paper, cardboard, a plastic yogurt jar, scissors, tape, ribbons for decoration, thread, champagne and 7 sweets.

Making a bottle skirt. Cut the corrugated paper to the width of the circumference of the bottle, two heights of the skirt. In this case, one edge should be 2 cm shorter.

Fold it in half and stretch the paper wide along the fold line. Using a short edge, glue the skirt to the neck of the bottle with tape.

We wrap the long edge with thread to match the paper.

Using a lid of a suitable size, draw a circle on the cardboard - this will be the base of the cap. We use a yoghurt jar to make the top of the hat.

We wrap the blanks in paper and glue them together.

We cut out rectangles measuring 5 cm by 8 cm from corrugated paper, rounding the upper edges with them. Using your fingers, we stretch the petals wide along the upper contour, creating a gentle wave.

We begin to wrap the petals on the candies. One flower will need 5-7 petals.

We combine the blanks into a product. Tie a ribbon to the hat and glue a candy flower. Additional decoration if desired.

Glue flowers to the skirt in any order.

Petals made from green corrugated paper will look beautiful with flowers. Decorate the neck of the bottle with a lace veil. The original gift set is ready.

A classic gift set for a woman can look like a real work of art. Such a gift will not leave any woman indifferent.

DIY postcards for March 8

As for the postcard, which does not require too much effort to make, you must use cardboard for its base, and the design can be done as appliqué, decoupage, scrapbooking or origami. It doesn’t matter what style such a card will be in, the main thing is that it should evoke tender feelings, be spring-like, bright, preferably with some flowers and contain warm words of congratulations. Usually there are no difficulties with materials for such a gift.

A fluttering and weightless butterfly landed on a postcard intended to congratulate loved ones on a wonderful holiday - International Women's Day. This gift is quite possible for a child to make if he is already a schoolboy. Mom will be happy to receive this elegant product, and the child’s efforts will be appreciated. Since the card was made for congratulations on March 8, you can get a little creative and make the central figure not quite ordinary.

Let the butterfly’s wings remain chic and spreading, bright and eye-catching. But let the body itself be made in the form of the number 8. This is the main highlight of the proposed present. Not everyone will dare to play with a simple insect figurine like this, but the result will be truly beautiful.

To create the same bright and unusual postcard, prepare:

  • thick cardboard base;
  • plasticine for creating a background, design, inscription and additional decoration;
  • a toothpick that will allow you to draw on plasticine and also attach small balls.

Making a greeting card with your own hands

Take everything you need for work. A big plus is the brightness of the plasticine; the brighter and more attractive the color of the material itself, the more expressive the postcard will be. Selecting shades of plasticine is already half the success.

To begin, very carefully apply juicy green plasticine to the surface of the cardboard. Try to make the layer very thin and smooth the pieces in different directions. It doesn’t matter that the light surface of the cardboard will show through. This way we will create an unusual, slightly aged effect. In general, the craft will look harmonious.

Make a thin purple sausage. It should be long enough to form a number 8. Glue the ends together to make a ring, then cross over to create the desired piece. Make wings from bright orange plasticine. Knead the pieces of plasticine in your hands, then press them on both sides with your fingers, while simultaneously giving the wings a suitable carved shape.

Start assembling a beautiful insect. Of course, we only use the silhouette to decorate our wonderful card. Stick a figure eight in the center. Adhere to it on both sides of a pair of wings. Now we see a butterfly in front of us.

Roll out oblong white droplets from white plasticine. Make pairs of droplets of different sizes. These parts are intended to decorate the wings. Stick a few on each side.

Also, use a toothpick to glue red balls along the edge of the wings. Above the image of the insect, write “Happy Holidays!” In this case, there is no need to indicate March 8, because the number eight already appears on the postcard, so it is immediately clear what holiday the craft is dedicated to. Add patterns to the corners to complete the look.

A beautiful gift does not have to be expensive. The main thing is to do it from the heart and not spare your imagination. Pack the gift beautifully, tie a bow, and now present it to your loved one with beautiful words.

Greeting card with roses made of plasticine

It is customary to depict flowers on cards dedicated to International Women's Day. This is the most desirable and most beautiful gift for the fairer sex. And even if you don’t know what to give, flowers will always help out, it’s a win-win option.

But in this lesson, prepared by Elena Nikolaeva, we will not talk about how to choose a beautiful gift, but how to make it with your own hands. We offer an unusual three-dimensional option - a postcard decorated with a bouquet of plasticine. The central buds are roses, the additional branches are blue cornflowers. The card looks gentle and rich at the same time.

Materials for the postcard:

  • thick cardboard;
  • multi-colored plasticine: red, yellow, green, blue and white;
  • thin toothpick.

How to make a beautiful greeting card with your own hands

There is a canvas in front of you. It doesn't matter what color it is. Pay more attention to its density and size. Choose the size for your craft, as well as the background color that will perfectly match the buds in the bouquet.

Fill the background completely with bright plasticine. Since you need to independently apply bright plasticine in a thin layer to the surface, the color of the cardboard is not initially important.

A beautiful bouquet can be made rich and beautifully complemented with simple wildflowers, such as cornflowers. Florists often do this. For small graceful branches, prepare thin green threads and green leaves, small blue beads.

First glue thin green twigs with leaves under one side of the card.

Then press down each leaf with a thin needle to make the surface more realistic and textured.

Collect small cornflower flowers. To do this, combine 4 blue balls together, press with your fingertips to get petals. Insert a white ball into the center. Attach the resulting flowers to ready-made branches.

Make 10-20 blue wildflowers. Stick in different places. Press down the white bead in the center with a toothpick on top, and also press down each blue petal.

Now move on to the rose leaves. They should be much larger. Make green flat droplets. Draw veins on top with a thin tool.

Assemble several combinations of thin green threads and the resulting carved drop-shaped leaves.

Glue green leaves randomly over the field branches.

For beautiful roses, prepare red plasticine. Cut small pieces from the block.

Press and smooth each piece so that you get a flat, oblong petal.

Start twisting the petals into spirals to form beautiful red buds.

Form 3 buds. This will be enough to fill the picture.

Attach all the rose heads to the bouquet. Now you have a wonderful flower arrangement.

To make the inscription “Congratulations!”, stick a pink stripe somewhere on the side. Make an engraving with the sharp end of a toothpick.

If desired, fill the empty space with small multi-colored plasticine balls to create a rainbow-colored picture overall.

A beautiful greeting card with a bouquet of plasticine flowers is ready.

Handmade gifts for any occasion are highly valued and arouse interest and tenderness towards them. Of course, you can’t say for sure that any woman will be happy with some small gift that you make with your own hands. After all, many expect chic and elegant gifts from their other halves. In such cases, a homemade gift can be given as a complement to the main and exquisite one.

Hello dear friends!

The long-awaited spring will come very soon, and this means that the most women's holiday is approaching - March 8th. And as a rule, in every kindergarten they prepare a congratulatory party for mothers, grandmothers and sisters, at which the child gives a gift in the form of handicrafts made with his own hands for his loved ones and relatives! And the teachers give these gifts to the children; they help the kids make wonderful works that will undoubtedly move their mothers to tears, of course, tears of joy.

And I have prepared an interesting selection of beautiful crafts for different kindergarten groups, choose and create beauty, and this selection of ideas will also be relevant for mothers who want to make crafts with their children as gifts for grandmother, kindergarten teacher, aunts and sisters.

Choose the most beautiful work and create with pleasure with your little ones, and don’t forget to cook something delicious together for the holiday.

Craft for March 8th in kindergarten from plasticine and corrugated paper

Of course, a bouquet of tulips will be the most suitable gift on this day.

We will need:

  • plasticine (old one will do just fine);
  • glue stick;
  • scissors;
  • plastic spoons - 9 pieces;
  • disposable cup;
  • corrugated green paper;
  • red and white paper napkins.

Stages of work:

We form a large layer of plasticine and place it inside the glass. So that the bottom is completely covered.

Cut the napkin into two parts. As a result, we get two red two-layer squares. We coat one of them with glue. First along the edges, then in the middle. This must be done very carefully, otherwise the square will simply tear.

Place a plastic spoon on a napkin, diagonally.

For a whole flower, you need to make three such petals.

Roll the plasticine into a small ball so that it can fit inside the spoon. If you use new plasticine, you will need about half a brick to make a ball.

Place a plasticine ball into one of the petals.

Thus we attach two more petals. We get one tulip. Don't forget to fix the bud near the beginning of the handle.

Now let's start making the flower stem. Cut out a small strip of corrugated paper and coat it with glue.

Wrap paper around spoon handles. We start from the place where we tied our bud.

The red tulip is ready. In this way we make two more flowers: red and white. Then we decorate them with leaves and insert them into a previously prepared glass vase.

The bouquet of tulips is ready. Here are a couple of similar ideas:

Making paper flowers for mom

A very easy bouquet of flowers. Little children will love making such a bright gift.

We will need:

  • ruler;
  • scissors;
  • paper glue;
  • a simple pencil;
  • double-sided colored paper.

For grass we will take 2 green leaves. And for flowers - any tones you like.

Stages of work:

First, let's make the base. Fold the green sheet of paper in half. From the opposite edge of the paper fold, measure 6 cm and draw a line.

Carefully cut perpendicular strips. From the fold line to the place where we drew the very first stripe. We make another, exactly the same, blank.

So that the remaining lines of a simple pencil are not visible, we turn the sheets of paper over to the opposite side. Then we glue our blanks into one sheet.

Apply glue to one of the uncut edges. And we attach the second side to it. As a result, we get green grass. As we already remember, the pencil marks remained inside.

We twist the paper grass into a small flower bed. We glue the outer edge so that the structure does not turn back. Now we straighten it and make it more magnificent.

Let's start making flowers. You can simply cut them out. But if you want them to be the same size, make a template.

Draw a flower, cut it out and trace it according to the template. As a result, we get twelve flowers.

To ensure that the circle is even, take a cap of glue stick and trace it with a pen.

Now we cut out the centers and glue them to the flowers.

To decorate the bouquet we will make a bow. To do this, cut out four yellow stripes. One: 1.5 cm wide and 30 cm long. And three more: 1 cm wide and 15-20 cm long.

We coat the largest strip well with glue and glue it to the middle of the base of the flowerbed. This will be the ribbon of the future bow.

Take one of the remaining strips and coat its edges. Now we bend them towards the middle, slightly overlapping. We do this with two more stripes.

Next, we re-coat the middle of the bows and stick them on top of each other. As a result, we have a beautiful yellow bow. Glue it to the yellow strip. Finally, we glue the previously prepared flowers.

Here is another version of this craft, but with the addition of leaves.

DIY gift for March 8th for the second youngest group

Even the smallest children can make such a simple flower.

We will need:

  • cardboard toilet paper roll;
  • glue stick;
  • red cardboard flower;
  • two green pieces of paper;
  • green felt-tip pen;
  • scissors;
  • a strip of green paper (to wrap the sleeve).

Stages of work:

Let's start gluing the green strip. It should be slightly wider than the bushing itself. 1.5 cm on each side.

Coat the green paper with glue. We place the bushing on it and wrap it. Now we bend the paper on both sides, inside the sleeve.

Now we decorate the leaves. To do this, use a green felt-tip pen to draw veins on them. Then we bend each leaf about 1.5 cm.

We coat the folded corner with glue on the front side of the leaf and attach it to the green stem. We make a cut above the leaves, about 1 cm on each side.

Insert a red flower into the resulting cuts. If you use your imagination a little, you can get these interesting versions of this craft.

Making a lily from cotton pads for the kindergarten by March 8, 2019

But I also found a simple option for creating a three-dimensional applique; children of the middle and junior groups can handle this work. You can make calla lilies using this principle; they also turn out very beautiful!

Crafts made from salt dough for older children

And of course, don’t forget about crafts made from salt dough. Today we will make flowers like these. Even a child can make them.

We will need:

  • salty dough;
  • brush;
  • watercolor.

Stages of work:

First you need to prepare the dough. Mix: A glass of flour, half a glass of salt and half. glasses of water. Mix everything well. The dough should come out soft and pliable, but not stick to your hands.

For small children, modeling from salt dough is much easier than from plasticine. After all, you don’t have to knead it in your hands for a long time to warm it up.

Don't forget to put the dough in a bag so it doesn't dry out.

Now let's start making flowers.

Roll half the dough into a log and place it on a piece of cardboard. Now you need to flatten it into a layer.

Roll the second half into a sausage. Cut it into small pieces. Roll each into a ball.

We flatten the first three on a large layer. These are the future centers of flowers.

Before gluing all the parts, brush the dough with water.

Now we roll three elongated droplets. Attach to the main part, narrow side out. We draw veins on them. And in the middle of the flowers there are small holes. This will make the flowers look more realistic.

To make the patterns even, you need to sharpen the end of the brush.

Then we form flowers from the remaining balls. In the middle of each flower petal, make a couple of folds.

All that remains is to decorate our craft.

After that, dry it in the microwave or oven. At the lowest power, no more than five minutes. This will make the product more durable than when drying on radiators.

You can decorate your refrigerator with this gift if you attach a large magnet to the back.

How to make a 3D postcard for March 8

A good present for World Women's Day would be this 3D card.

We will need:

  • scissors;
  • black marker;
  • glue;
  • glitter;
  • double-sided cardboard in three colors: yellow, green and fuchsia.

Stages of work:

And cut out a square of yellow cardboard 15 by 15 cm. Bend it in half, then again. As a result, we get a smaller square.

Bend one half of the sheets into a triangle.

We do the same with the second one.

Using scissors, we round off one edge of the triangle and get a petal connected to the rest on both sides.

We unfold it in the form of a flower. In the middle, draw a small circle with a marker and paint it black. Then carefully cut off one of the petals.

We coat the edge of the petal with glue and glue the opposite one onto it. We get such a voluminous flower.

We coat the middle, near the black circle, with transparent glue and decorate with sparkles. Turn the flower over to remove excess glitter. We also make seven more flowers.

Now we bend them in half and glue three flowers together. The picture shows the places that need to be coated with glue.

Apply glue to the places that are also highlighted in orange.

Glue another flower.

We attach two more flowers. Places that need to be lubricated are also indicated.

We only have one yellow flower left. Glue it on top of the entire composition.

Finally, fold the fuchsia cardboard in half. Glue it inside, first one side of the composition, and then the other.

We unfold the card and we get a voluminous bouquet of yellow flowers. Here's a postcard with a surprise.

You can also simply print out the pictures and let the kids color them themselves:

And here’s what a beautiful card you’ll get for grandma:

These are the simple gift options presented in our article. The child can cope with many of them on his own. You may need a little help from a teacher. But still, be sure to try at least one of the gift options for March 8th.

And I wish that everything would work out for the children, and that their craft would please their mothers and grandmothers, and that they themselves would be delighted with the work done!

The task of all men is to provide their women with attention on March 8th. If the husband or loved one can buy a gift, then the sons can make their own wonderful gift from scratch. The most beautiful DIY crafts are made very simply and take little time.

Such work has become traditional in schools and kindergartens. The most popular gift material for mom is colored paper. It is the most convenient way to make a pleasant surprise for a spring day.

Every child wants to surprise his mother, especially on such a spring day. For the holiday, children make various crafts in schools. Anything can be used as a material. In second grade, children can be asked to make clay figures and then paint them. Mothers and grandmothers will put such toys as a souvenir on a shelf or attach them to the refrigerator (magnet).

Crafts made from colored paper

Option #1

You can create a very beautiful craft from colored paper. It is suitable for primary school children. It is done quickly, but it turns out very beautiful.

To create a craft you will need:

Colored paper (green, red, white and yellow);
PVA glue;
scissors;
purple felt-tip pen;
simple pencil.

Creating a masterpiece:

First, lay out all the tools and materials in front of you. First of all, we will make weed. Take a whole sheet of green paper. Now start folding it into an accordion from any edge. You can start from the top or from the bottom, as you wish. Make sure each fold is the same size. When you reach the end, connect the conics to make a fan.

Now he will make tulips. Draw the simplest tulip on red colored paper and cut it out. Fold the red paper four times to make 6 more flowers. Attach the tulip to the paper and trace with a simple pencil. Cut carefully. The result should be 7 tulips.

Next, cut out the daisies from white paper. We do it according to the same principle as tulips. But in addition to the flowers, we also cut out the centers from yellow paper. We also make 7 flowers. We attach the centers to each daisy using glue.

All that remains is to assemble our composition. Glue tulips to the ends of the fan, alternating with an accordion. And scatter daisies in the center and glue them too. Our craft is ready!

Option No. 2

Also, children in first grade can easily make flowers using the origami technique. Since Women's Day is celebrated in the spring, you can make a bouquet of tulips. These will last a long time and delight the mother’s eye.

Colored paper (5 sheets of red and 5 sheets of green);
scissors.

Progress:

We begin to create a festive bouquet from a bud. Take a sheet of red colored paper and place it in front of you. Grab the top right corner and fold the sheet diagonally to the end. Draw a line and cut. The result should be a square and a wide strip.

Bend the square diagonally, then straighten it. Take the upper left corner and also bend it diagonally, then straighten it again. Now reach out so that both fingers on your right hand are on the same diagonal, and your left hand is on the opposite side. Bend the square into a triangle.

Now take the left corner of the first triangle and flip it to the right. Then turn the craft over. Now there are 3 corners on one side, and 1 on the other. Where there are 3, turn one corner over to the opposite side.

Look carefully. There should be a hole at one end and 4 petals at the other. Blow into the hole as if you were inflating balloons. Then bend the tips of the petals.

Take a piece of green paper and cut a strip the same size as the red paper left over. Then wrap it lengthwise into a thin tube. So our stem is ready. All that remains is to stick it into the hole on the bud. Thus, you need to make the remaining flowers. The result should be 5 tulips. You can experiment with colors and make tulips of different colors (yellow, red, orange).

Option #3

By March 8th, all women are usually given a mimosa. These yellow flowers not only lift your spirits, but also give off a wonderful aroma. You can make such flowers with your own hands. They will delight mom and grandma all year long.

Required tools and materials:

Colored paper (green and pink);
simple yellow napkins;
PVA glue;
a simple pencil;
ruler;
paints;
scissors;
disposable cup.

Progress:

Let's start making the stem. Cut a long strip of green paper. Then twist a thin tube. Apply glue to the ends and wait until they dry. If you don't have glue on hand, use a stapler.

Let's start making flowers. Mimosa flowers resemble fluffy balls. Take yellow napkins and cut 3 cm strips. Fold each strip in half. Next, make cuts along the entire length and roll it up.

The opposite side should be fluffy. Make a lot of these balls. Do the math at the end. It is necessary that the number of flowers be odd. Then glue the fluffy balls to the stem. You can install them tightly to each other, in small piles.

But we will just end up with a bare stem with flowers, so we need to attach leaves. Cut out two long ovals from green paper. Fold in half and make cuts. Spread the leaves, apply glue to one end and attach to the stem.

Original beadwork

By March 8, boys in junior classes for mothers and grandmothers can make their own crafts from colored paper, and girls from beads. Now we will show several ways to create a souvenir.

Small bouquet of flowers

Even a first grader can handle this craft. But basically, only from the 3rd grade do they begin to teach beading. There is nothing complicated in this technique, the main thing is not to rush.

Required materials and tools:

Round beads (pink, green and purple);
wire (not thick enough to fit twice into the beads);
yellow beads;
small, decorative vase.

Progress:

First we make the buds. Each flower will consist of 5 identical petals. Take a piece of wire, about 10 cm. Insert one pink bead into one end. Wrap the other end and insert the end into the hole, but from the other side. This way you will fix the beads. Now string two pieces and go through them with the other end. Then do the same with three pieces.

The result should be a small pyramid. You should also do up to 5 beads, then go down. That is, first: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5; and then: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. At the end, twist the two ends of the wire along the entire length.

Use the same principle to make the remaining petals. We will need 10 pink petals and 15 purple petals. By the way, the leaves are made according to the same pattern as the petals, but from green beads. It's not difficult to count, we need 10 leaves.

For the centers, take a 10 cm wire and secure the bead. There should be 5 centers in total.

The next step is to collect our bouquet. Take 5 petals, place the middle in the center, and twist everything. Take two leaves and also twist them around the stem. Then straighten everything out. Also add all the flowers. Insert the finished bouquet into a vase or tie it with a beautiful ribbon. This is how easy it is to make small souvenirs. To add a spring mood, all the petals can be made multi-colored.

Creative works made from salt dough

Souvenirs made from salt dough will be a wonderful surprise for mom or grandma. This is a safe method, since it does not require piercing or cutting tools. In order for you to get beautiful figures and not fall apart, you need to properly prepare the salty composition. First, we will describe the recipe for salt dough, and then we will describe the process of work.

Required ingredients:

Wheat flour;
fine salt;
water.

Preparing the dough:

Take flour and salt in equal quantities and mix. Add some water and knead the dough. Then you need to put it in a bag and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After which you can safely begin sculpting. If it seems to you that the dough is not elastic at all, add a little cream. This will be useful for your hands, and it will be more convenient to sculpt figures.

For a souvenir:

Ready salted dough;
gouache paints;
brush;
water;
magnet.

Progress:

Now it's up to your imagination. You can make small flowers in a basket. First, make a round basket and attach a handle. Place 7 or 9 small flowers inside, like a chamomile, but with 5 petals. Leaves may stick out on the sides.

When everything is ready, you need to wait for the dough to dry and become stone. Then dip your brush in water and start painting. The basket can be made brown, the flowers pink, and the centers yellow. Accordingly, the leaves turn green. You can sprinkle glitter on top.

Our advice to you! Do not wet the brush too much in water, otherwise the paint will run off and the whole craft will be ruined. Next, when the figure is dry, you will need to glue a magnet on the back side. This is an original souvenir that mothers and grandmothers can make for March 8th.

All children want to surprise their mothers on this wonderful spring day. They come up with various souvenirs with their own hands. Kids can make gifts from colored paper, and older kids can do serious things. In general, crafts can be made from anything. You can sew a pillow and embroider a picture of your mother on it. All you have to do is take a photo on a flash drive to a photo salon, and they will transfer the image onto paper.

You can use simpler advice, especially if you don’t have time. Make a card out of cardboard by folding the sheet in half. Then cut out a big figure eight and glue it to the card. Glue flowers around the entire perimeter of the number. Inside you can write beautiful wishes for mommy.

Such gifts are always appreciated as they are made by hand. Your soul was put into their preparation. Use your imagination and surprise mothers and grandmothers with your surprises on this magnificent International Women's Day.
