Imported peppers may contain nitrogenous fertilizers. This possibility is supported by the fact that peppers are on the list of foods containing pesticides. One can only guess what such a Bulgarian pepper will bring us - benefit or harm.

Only in summer, during the growing season, pepper shows exceptionally useful properties. Of course, this does not mean that pepper cannot be bought in winter, just that its medicinal effectiveness will be much less.

It is worth noting that pepper, as well as all vegetables, is most useful fresh. During heat treatment, 70% of useful substances disappear without a trace, and bell peppers baked in the oven can harm us. When baked, substances are released that increase the risk of caries.

Well, even the sweetest pepper has its own "peppercorn", but this does not diminish its uniqueness and health value.
