Hello dear. This article will slightly contradict the article about. But what can you do if the laws in our country are not followed by everyone, in the field of education this is especially true for private universities. Thus, we can immediately say that those universities that accept without the exam after college are mostly private. There has already been an article about it, in short, I don’t like their teaching method at all “you just pay us, we will keep it to the last”. Perhaps closer to the diploma, they will generally forget about student debts, but don’t hesitate about the fact that you have to pay to be reminded.

I wrote a lot in the introduction, it's time to quote the law a little and tell where to get universities that do not adhere to it too much.

Is it possible to enter a university after college without the exam

If you remember the law, it turns out that it is possible, but not for everyone. The bottom line is that a very limited circle of people can now enter an institute or university after receiving a secondary specialized education without the Unified State Examination, here it is:

  • college graduates who completed their secondary education in 2009 or earlier;
  • applicants with disabilities;

So, if you received an education after 2009 and, thank God, everything is in order with your health, then you will not be able to enter without passing the exam. More precisely, they should not be able to, but there are at least 2 options for how you can outwit the system and not take the exam. Here they are:

In order to find universities that are ready to teach applicants who did not pass or could not pass the exam, you have a wonderful thing - search engines. And so, if suddenly you were inflamed with a desire to donate money to someone who doesn’t know and get what you don’t know, then open Yandex or Google and enter something like “admission to a university without an exam.” You will be given a bunch of institutions that call themselves universities that are ready to take your money and promise to issue a diploma in 4 years. The most resourceful of these universities will also promise guaranteed employment, but you should definitely not count on this.

In the end, I would like to say that the exam is not at all a terrible procedure. If you have prepared at least a little, then pass and score a sufficient number of points for admission.

Peace for everyone!

Do I need to go to college after college?

In order to decide whether to continue your studies at a higher level, you must weigh the pros and cons, taking into account the specifics of your situation. It is important! You can read online about what you need to do. However, be aware of the current situation. Are you going to work in your specialty? Does higher education have a big impact on your future salary? Do you want to go further?

That is, as a rule, you need to do it, since in most areas of the labor market, a higher education received leads to an increase in your salary. However, this does not apply to all areas. If we talk about a number of non-standard ones, then, for example, your success in the IT field will not depend on the number of diplomas. Here everything is decided by your skills, which can be acquired in many places: by getting a job as an intern in a web studio, by taking paid courses, by using tons of information on the Internet. And if you have finished honey. college and want to become a good highly paid specialist, then you cannot do without a university. Think. And do not forget that, of course, the depth of knowledge gained at a university is much higher than at a college.

Do I need to take the exam after college when entering a university in 2018?

Article 70 of the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" says that the admission of graduates of secondary vocational education entering the bachelor's and specialist's programs at the university is carried out based on the results of entrance examinations. The university has the right to independently establish the form and list of these tests.

In short, you don't have to take the exam. You can go to college after high school without the exam. However, you can pass the Unified State Exam on a par with 11th grade graduates, there is no ban on it. And, perhaps, passing the exam is not a bad idea.

Yes, entrance examinations are convenient, but there are also disadvantages. If you take entrance exams, then it is unlikely that you will have more than 2 attempts (that is, 2 different universities) to pass them. Taking into account the fact that graduates of secondary vocational education can also pass the exam and apply to 5 universities for 3 directions in each according to its results. Everything is individual. If you are aiming at a particular university and don’t want to go anywhere else, then entrance examinations are a priority.

The deadlines for submitting documents are determined between June 20 and July 10, as you must have time to submit documents before the start of the entrance exams. The entrance exams themselves begin on July 11th and end on July 26th.

Universities conduct preparatory courses for vocational graduates. You can sign up for them and prepare for the entrance test at the university.

Choose a university after college

We have a huge number of higher educational institutions on our site. Come in and choose.

After the ninth grade, many students enter colleges or schools. After all, after graduating from such an educational institution, they receive not only a full-fledged secondary education, but also a demanded working profession.

After studying, you can immediately get a job - in the modern job market there is now a lack of specialists with secondary vocational education. But many of the graduates are in no hurry to go to work - they plan to continue their education in higher educational institutions. There is a tendency among schoolchildren to go to colleges in order to get advantages in entering a university and not take the exam, which for many is quite difficult.

Why go to university after college/technical school?

So is it worth it to continue your education after college. The answer here is unequivocal - it's worth it. Moreover, college graduates have the opportunity to enter a university without the exam. They can combine work and study by choosing a correspondence or evening form of study, or they can study according to an individual schedule. It all depends on the abilities of the student and the rules of the educational institution itself. For the prospect of career growth and improvement of their skills, without higher education it will be difficult to achieve good results. For many positions, the presence of a diploma of higher education is provided for at the legislative level. If knowledge of theory is also confirmed by practical skills, which is typical for college graduates, then the chances of finding a prestigious and well-paid job increase significantly.

How to choose a university and do I need to take the exam?

After graduating from college, a natural question arises: where can I go next? Graduates have the right to choose any higher educational institution. They can continue to study in an already chosen specialty, or they can choose a diametrically opposite one. After all, it often happens that way - as they grow up and learn, young people come to understand that this is not their calling and the soul does not lie in the profession that they chose before.

If a university entrant chooses a specialty that is not similar to the one he studied in college, then he will act on a par with ordinary school graduates. Passing the exam in this case will be mandatory.

Previously, college graduates enjoyed great advantages over school graduates when entering college. In 2015, all of them were canceled - graduates of schools and colleges now enter the university on equal terms. Such a radical step is due to the fact that there is a growing shortage of mid-level specialists in the labor market, and the state bears large costs for their training, while in fact a very small percentage of graduates go to work. Admission to the university after college in 2016 will take place in the form that the educational institution itself chooses (traditional exams, interviews, tests). But, benefits, although limited, remained.

To enter the institute after college without the exam have the right:

  • graduates who wish to continue their studies in a specialized specialty (this benefit has time limits and is valid only for a year);
  • people with disabilities (disabled children);
  • graduates who completed their secondary education before 2009.

Many colleges practice concluding agreements with universities for the further education of their graduates or are branches of "towers". In such cases, admission to a university after college will be carried out according to the contract.

What course do you enter after college/technical school?

According to the innovations of 2015, all applicants enter the first year of the university, whether they are a graduate of a school or college. But each institute or university has the right to an individual approach to this issue. Since the educational process in the last years of the college corresponds to the first years of the university, at the request of the student, the option of individual training is possible.

Many universities provide an abbreviated program option in their curriculum for those students who have excellent academic performance and pass all the additional examinations provided. When entering an institute after college, it is imperative to find out if there is an opportunity to study under an abbreviated training program, and indicate in the application about your desire to study under such a program.

Some universities practice the “Weekend Classes” form of study, which is very beneficial for those who plan to combine study and work.

How long does the training last

According to the new legislation, the duration of study at the institute for graduates of schools and colleges corresponds to its curriculum:

  • 4 years - bachelor's degree;
  • 5 years - specialty;
  • 6 years - master's degree.

Why is it easier for college graduates to study at a university?

College graduates, especially if they continue their specialized education, really study at a higher educational institution is much easier. After all, they are already well acquainted with the basics of their future profession; while studying at college, they had an internship in production and are familiar with many subjects not only theoretically. They have real ideas about the conditions and features of the work, which are often not as ideal as in textbooks.

From this we can conclude that using college education as an intermediate link between secondary and higher education is quite justified and has many significant advantages.

In order to get higher education without the Unified State Examination, it is necessary to know which categories of citizens have this opportunity and under what conditions.

If this question worries an applicant who simply did not cope with the exam, then it is quite difficult to choose a university for him.

Among universities that do not pay enough attention to the number of points scored on the exam, there are institutions with creative specialties. To enter such an institution, first of all, it is necessary to have talent in the relevant field.

Many universities in Russia accept applicants without the Unified State Examination who already have a secondary specialized education. At the same time, it is possible to enroll immediately in the 2nd course.

Who can get a higher education without passing the exam

The possibility of entering an educational institution without USE results depends on the reason for their absence. Consider the categories of citizens who have the opportunity to enter the university without passing a single exam.

The reasons why a person may not have USE results are different. Here are some of them:

  • secondary education was obtained in a foreign country;
  • disability;
  • more than 1 year has passed since the exam;
  • the school was completed before the introduction of the exam;
  • did not have enough scores to pass the minimum threshold of the exam.

Citizens of other countries who graduated from school in their home country and wish to receive higher education in the Russian Federation can enter a Russian university without the exam. For this category of students, the Government of the Russian Federation allocates quotas. However, foreign applicants will still have to take entrance exams.

Citizens who did not pass the exam due to disability or health reasons have the right to take the exam in a form convenient for them.

The last three listed reasons are a more serious obstacle to admission to a university. Nevertheless, options for continuing education after school exist for these categories of citizens.

How to get a higher education without the exam

Despite the stringent requirements of educational institutions for the availability of USE results, there are options for entering a university for all applicants.

One of the most common ways to “get away from the exam” is to enter college on the basis of a 9th grade certificate. After three years of college, you can get higher education without the exam. The disadvantage of this method is the loss of one year: instead of two years in grades 10 and 11, it will be necessary to study for three years in college. At the same time, in some universities there is the possibility of entering the second year of the university immediately after college, then there will be no loss of a year.

Important point! Admission to a university without the Unified State Examination after college is possible if this college is located at the university, admission to which is planned.

When transferring from one educational institution to another, the USE results are also not required. Therefore, having entered one university after college, a student has the right to further transfer to any more desirable university without passing a single exam.

Many universities hold various olympiads and sports competitions. Applicants who have a medal for a prize at such events get a chance to enter a specialized university without passing a single exam.

The possibility of entering a university for those who graduated from school before the introduction of the Unified State Examination exists in some institutions, but only in the evening or correspondence department.

Citizens who already have a diploma of higher education and wish to study again at a higher educational institution can enter without the exam.

Do not enter a university without an exam

It is quite possible to get an education without USE results. The only thing to keep in mind is that in most cases, tuition without the results of a single exam will most likely have to be paid. The only exceptions are persons entering out of competition based on the results of competitions.

It should also not be forgotten that for those who did not pass the exam, there is the possibility of retaking it for the next year. During this time, you can carefully prepare, and then the probability of successfully passing the exam is quite high.
